Al, Luis and Julian came to my rescue as always when I needed to have my house put back together with not only high quality work but also professionalism and personal touch. You cannot go wrong with Envy Restorations team.

Al was the project coordinator on my non-insurance reconstruction job in my kitchen. Al was very quick to answer calls and seemed to have a solid handle on what was going on with the work crews. The original estimation of 2-3 weeks for this project turned into a few days. His crews did an excellent job in their skilled areas.

Excellent experience. Team was professional and courteous. We were kept informed at each step and all work was done as and when expected,

I was put onto Envy by Edge restoration in Tucson. At first, the reps up in Mesa I was talking to were very helpful. Once they handed me off to Mike, a project manager in Tucson, it went to hell. He didn’t even try to work with my insurance company on a price, I didn’t have a guest bathroom for two months because of him. He always claimed he reached out to my adjuster and he never did. Eventually he just stopped communicating with me. So I went with a different company. Funny thing is the other restoration company did the job under what his estimate was. If you’re in Tucson and have a home insurance situation like I did, I don’t recommend them in Tucson. Can’t speak for their service in the Phx area that’s why I didn’t mark it down to 1 star.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Envy Restoration was terrible from the start. The project began with their sister company, Edge, which did an average job. They failed to cover the dryers and surrounding area with plastic, which I assumed was standard practice. Once Edge collected the dryers, we tried to contact Envy for two and a half weeks before someone finally came out to provide an estimate to finish the work (this should have been done when Edge was there).

In the meantime, our hot water heater was connected to a portable unit until the restoration was completed. The plumber called us every day to check in. Both my husband and I called Envy several times, and the receptionist always assured us that someone would call us back, but it never happened as promised.

When the estimator finally arrived three weeks later, he promised to get everything moving within 48 hours. Again, that didn’t happen. When I reached out to him for an update, he advised me to contact my insurance representative. This wasn’t my responsibility, but I did reach out, and he released the remaining funds to us so that we could hire a different company to complete the work and reconnect our hot water heater.

Sunrise Restoration responded within 30 minutes, provided us with an estimate, helped us find a new plumber, and finished the job beautifully in less than a week and for a lower price than Envy. They were professional, and their work was excellent. I cannot say the same for Envy. Overall, it was not worth all the headache, hassle, and runaround to work with them.

On December 18th, the hot water pipe burst in my master bathroom underneath the slab. It was a homeowner’s worst nightmare come true! And right before Christmas! I did all I could to mitigate the damage by using my shopvac and carpet shampooer to suck up water for more than 30 hours straight until a plumber could get here. I couldn’t turn off the main water to the house because the knob broke off of the shut off valve ‍♀️ So the only thing I knew to do was to suck up as much water as I could until a plumber could get here. Unfortunately, even with all of my efforts, the damage was done as the water spread like wildfire in the walls and floor of both the bathroom and bedroom, totally destroying the cabinets, tile and carpet. Edge Recovery and Ikmar Plumbing were called in to do the remediation side of the job and fix the leak, which was under the slab foundation. Once the leak was repaired, then Dean at Envy Restoration stepped in to work with me on the renovation side of the job. He worked closely with my homeowner’s insurance (Farmer’s) to make sure everything was covered. I was very blessed to have an amazing adjuster from Farmer’s, who I’ve been with for more than 40 years, and they took excellent care of me. Dean assigned TJ as the project manager of my job and he came right away to go over everything with me and survey the damage. He could not have been nicer!!! He then assigned Will to come repair the walls, paint and trim both rooms and make all of those repairs. Will was such an enormous blessing and wonderful to work with!!! He did a fantastic job repairing the walls and patching everything up, so well that you’d never even know there had been any damage. He was so thorough, always here when he said he’d be here and he went out of his way to pay attention to detail. Envy has a true gem with Will!! So it was no surprise when they promoted him to project manager in March!!! He trained under TJ and because he lives closer to me, he was assigned as an assistant project manager under TJ and handled my job for the most part. Will took such great care of everything from beginning to end and I’m forever grateful to him. I’m incredibly grateful to both Will and TJ for EVERYTHING they did for me!!! Desek installed the new tile flooring and he did an outstanding job!!! He, too, was a joy to work with and I love love love my new floors! Julian and Luis then installed the new cabinets, retextured and painted the walls around the sink and installed my old vanity. They did a fantastic job and were amazing to work with too! They went above and beyond by also installing 2 new faucets and putting up my new towel bars and hooks! Thank you!
What meant the most to me was how seamless the entire project was! I was very stressed out in the beginning, mainly due to sheer exhaustion from sucking up water and hauling it outside to dump constantly for 30 hours straight, but once Edge Recovery got here, everything kicked into high gear pretty quickly and they made the process very seamless. Edge, AZ Pack Out and Envy work very well together and really compliment one another. There was not one person that I encountered at Envy through this entire process that wasn’t very friendly, kind, thorough and professional! Everyone from Dean, Bob, TJ, Will, Desek and his partner, Julian and Luis are one incredible group of people! Thank you to each and every one of you for all you did to not only restore my bathroom and bedroom back but more beautiful than ever! It sure took a long time (exactly 5 months) but it was so worth the wait! I can’t recommend Envy any higher!!
The star player, for me personally, was Will. He was very compassionate, an excellent communicator, respectful and very professional. He is so dedicated and reliable, genuinely cares about the customer and is a joy to work with. You made a wise choice in promoting him to project manager!!! Envy, you have a true gem with that one and he really makes your company shine!

Had a leak in the bathroom 14 weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. Guy wrote ~10 estimates and all of them were missing critical elements of the restoration (such as the door to the room) and never did they get it right. They also damaged our 3 month old carpet and never repaired it.

My experience with envy has been a roller-coaster. The company had gone through some recent changes which pushed our project out A LOT longer than expected. However once Will and TJ came out things moved a lot quicker. Their communication, professionalism and work are all top notch. I'm glad that we had these two working on our home.

They were efficient and professional. I feel they went above and beyond to do a great job. Their help gave peace of mind and took away a whole lot of stress!

Envy is excellent to work with the utmost professionalism. Al is incredibly knowledgeable and is a straight shooter and kept everything/everyone on track. Highly recommend Envy for all your remodeling needs.

Al was a rockstar on this job! He was attentive, professional, and made sure that everything was taken care of. When problems arose, he was immediately on top of things and made sure to stop by frequently to see how things were progressing and that I was happy with the contractor's work. He was honest, kind, proactive and professional!

I would not recommend and question the credibility of this company. Our Project Manager was named Al and he guaranteed a certain amount that we had for our flooring, and we were so excited to find the perfect flooring, to say he is sorry but his general manager would not approve the additional cost. So we started now at ground zero. If you are a homeowner in Flagstaff, I highly recommend not going with this company. We are waiting for a refund from them so we can begin the search for a trustworthy and caring company.

Very happy with Envy. Having Sunday as my Project Mgr. was the best of all. This whole water heater damage restoration/ renovation came on the heels of my father’s passing. She held my hand thru the whole process and saved my sanity! She’s worth her weight in gold. Netzar and Oscar did a great job too and went above and beyond . I would highly recommend Envy!

Had a great experience working with Al our project manager who was available to answer our questions and concerns throughout the project, even on weekends. He got the work scheduled and done in two weeks which was a relief after a long time without function bathrooms. Also appreciate the courteous attitude of Julian and Luis who did majority of the work at our house. They were thorough and tidy in the work area and even went the extra mile with helping us fix minor things in our bathrooms. All in all, i recommend this team for their work.

Envy Restorations got my place put back together after water damage from my water heater. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

We had a pipe leak in our exterior wall. This is the second, unfortunate, water leak we've dealt with in our house, but both times Envy has come to the rescue. They took care of everything from the restoration to the repair, and communication was great. I hope I never deal with another leak in my walls, but if I do I know who to call.

D and Manuel did an amazing job with our floor. Lots of prep work to get the job done and done the right way!!! Great job guys. Thanks Robert for organizing this to make it happen. Love the floor!

Envy did an amazing job reconstructing our hallway and bathroom after water damage from a broken pipe in our attic. They were fast and professional and worked directly with our insurance company.

They did a good job with the repairs, but the customer service is lacking. They do not talk to each other. There was a lot of big talk about the project managers being so great, but they did not execute well. They are also pushy with getting reviews.

Once the damaged area was dry, it took another 4 business days, not including the weekend, to get a PM out here before the work could start. At that point, I'd been without hot water for 2 weeks, going on 3. The day the PM was supposed to come, he called and said he had an emergency with someone else, as though that was my problem. I explained that I didn't have a temp tank installed because I didn't want to delay completing the job. He made it like I needed a temp tank right away and that the job would take longer. So, i had the plumber install a temp tank the next day. The next day, the other PM called me, threw his coworker under the bus saying I shouldn't rely on him.

He came the next day, unannounced and said they were ready to start the work, but I needed to have the plumber remove the temp tank that they just installed. So, as I imagined, that only delayed the work more as the plumber was unwilling to do that. I went a total of 1 month without hot water, minus the 4 days I had the temp tank that delayed the work.

Once they started the work, they realized there were still more wet areas, so they had to bring the fans again. When one of the guys came to pick up the fans before he left, he was trying to get me to scan a card to leave a review. I told him I'd leave one once the work was done and that I was trying to eat my lunch to get back to work. He was adamant that I leave a review. I couldn't get the stupid thing to scan, so I kept saying I'd do it later and motioning for him to leave. He wouldn't leave, so I had to get rude and just started walking towards him aggressively and towards the door for him to get out. What kind of tactic is that to have some guy try to bully people in their own house? I'm a veteran and not a small person, so I wasn't scared, but I could see how that could scare someone, and it was completely inappropriate.

I had to email and text to request final pictures or sign off to get my final insurance payment.

Then, the other day I get a phish bait looking email saying I owe $4000 to E Restoration. I tried to call Envy directly, but I've yet to receive a call back after a few days now.

They did a good job, but you can tell that they have the good ol boy system in place because the customer service is non-existent. And, now I'm afraid that they do not have secure systems or are trying to double bill me? I don't know because they don't answer or call back.

If you have a choice, don't go with them.

Al Califano did a great job managing the project. The work was finished in one day! Alberto and Alberto and their team were top notch too.

It was a pleasure working with Envy on our bathroom remodel. Al and Alberto were especially helpful by offering their professional opinions on our vanity and flooring. Envy also helped us manage the reimbursement process with the insurance company. We highly recommend Envy!

Envy did a great job for us in putting our upstairs bathroom back together after a toilet leak. Al and his team were great, they had good ideas for replacing the damaged flooring. They did a very professional job, and we highly recommend them.

I had an unfortunate situation and Envy was quick to respond and help navigate me through the process seamlessly. Al, the project manager was transparent, trustworthy and on time. Recently we had a shower leak in our master bathroom. What a nightmare for us! For a while our house was torn apart while repairs and mitigation were going on. Envy Restoration was the company who came out to do the rebuild. I've never had experience with any Restoration company, so I didn't really know what to expect. Fransisco, who was our project manager, reached out right away. He was very helpful to us in understanding how the process would go. Spencer, the Estimator, came out first. He got us the estimates and got all the insurance paperwork going. When Fransisco and his crew came out, we thought the rebuild might take a few days. Our living room wall was especially difficult, as the paint scheme was two-toned and very unique. They did a FABULOUS job of matching the colors and making it look like the original! They worked SO hard and efficiently, they were able to restore walls, inside and out, paint, replace trims, and make our house look beautiful again in ONE day! They were very professional and polite, and made us feel like their VIP customer!

Had a water heater go bad. Their sister company, Edge restoration, came and did the mitigation, and did a wonderful job. Before they finished, they were supposed to set up a time with Envy to come and complete the build out. I waited for almost a week, while making several un-returned phone calls, to a number that only had a voice mail, without a company greeting, just a "leave your number at the tone") to set an appointment. I finally had to call Edge, who then had to call a couple times before even they could reach Envy. Daniel with Envy finally called and explained they charge $300 for the estimate, and that they wouldn't be able to get out to do the estimate (let alone the build out) for a few to several days, meaning I would be without hot water for yet another week or so, minimum. Edge was great, Envy was horrible. I would highly NOT recommend these folks. Terrible business.

Rep ghosted us for weeks until I text that we received a check from insurance. Got a call in seconds after several calls and texts were ignored. After Jeffrey received the breakdown of the check and amounts, he disappeared into the vast unknown, never to be heard from again. He could have just told us it wasn't enough to justify his time but I guess that would require consideration for another. Think twice if your project isn't 10k+.

When a car crashed into my kitchen, Envy provided reassurance and great customer service. I feel good knowing they will take great care of me if I need them again! My home was put back together even better because of Envy Restoration.

Everyone from Envy Restoration were great. We had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an excellent job. I hope we don't need them again but if we do we would hire them.
