Luis and his crew did AMAZING work painting the exterior of my home. I'm very pleased with the results - they went above and beyond. They were respectful and pleasant to work with.

Last week CertaPro painted all our trim on our home. The painters were very professional and did a fantastic job! This was our 3rd project with them and will definitely use them in the future!!

The whole process from talking through finished painting was smooth, hella quick and Kevin and his guys did a great friggin' job. And if not for a last minute add on my part, they would've had a 2800ish sq ft house done in 3 days.

This is the third job Javier and Edgar have done for us. They are amazing! Very professional, on time, clean and neat, no mistakes! I would recommend them to anyone.

I called CertaPro, last week, to get a quote on exterior stucco repairs. Woodpeckers left some pretty nice sized holes in south facing wall. Javier and Edgar arrived this morning, six days later, to fix the wall. They were on time. They explained what they would be doing. They patched up the Woodpecker damage and the holes left when utility systems were replaced and moved. The repairs look great! That side of my house looks brand new!

Our community-wide wrought iron painting project was a resounding success from start to finish! The team even managed to begin work ahead of schedule, ensuring a swift and efficient process. The painting was completed to a high standard, and an onsite meeting was held to review the work, addressing any necessary touch-ups immediately. Called CertaPro to come out to repair, seal and paint my exterior block walls. Everyone worked efficiently, did a great job, and left no trace of being here except great looking walls. They even came back to do a little extra work I asked for, without hesitation. You don't get this level of customer satisfaction anymore. I am more than happy.
They also painted our house three years ago. It still looks great with no issues. I will use West Valley CertaPro again.

Very satisfied with the interior painting services we received on our 2350 square foot house with 10 foot ceilings. It took 4 days with two painters. Every day they were on time, respectful, friendly, and cautious with our 4 cats making sure they were never ask risk of escaping while they came in and out of our house. They kept their workspace neat and tidy, making sure to always clean up after themselves daily and their work was impeccable. Very happy with our painters Javier and Edgar. We are repeat customers. Scheduling an appointment for estimate was easy online. Showed up when promised and knowledgeable. Prompt in scheduling the work. Painters arrived on time and did excellent work. Overall another 5 start job for us. Would recommend and will definitely use again and again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The painters were amazing. 2300 sq foot house painted in 2 days by 2 painters. They arrived on time cleaned up before they left the first night and asked me how it looked periodically through the day. I had a few pieces of really heavy furniture they moved and put back and they even moved my fridge and painted behind it! Before they left the last day they made sure they got most of the paint drips off my tile floors (some were in grout so wouldn't scrape off) and there wasn't a drop on any of my carpets.

Professional, timely and reasonably priced. Jorge Cruz (the painter supervisor) was responsive to my concerns and respectful. He did a very thorough job and cleaned up well.

The painters showed up on time, were professional, and took extra care of our items when moving them. We expected them to do a great job, and they did.

Some issues getting started but excellent prep and finish. I will use again for either exterior or interior painting. Great value for money.

UPDATE: April 14th:

While Candido and Leonardo did a fantastic job with the painting they did accidentally cut a wire to our irrigation and when I contacted Fernando at Certa pro to have it repaired or reimbursed I was told to have our landscaper do it and send them the bill. I did that and sent Fernando the bill and it's been months and I still have not received any reimbursement. I also emailed about having some other stuff painted within the house and I received an email saying that they would come out and then never heard anything after that.

Candido and Leonardo were our painters. They both did a fantastic job and we asked Fernando if we could potentially have them both back for the exterior of our house. After having the same two people in your home for entire days for a week straight you start to become friends. I learned about Candido's daughters and joked with him about crazy drivers on the road.

Every concern we had was met with a fix, touch ups were done toward the end, everything turned out great.

We needed to have a 48' commercial trailer sanded & painted. The team went over and above even bringing out a water wagon because we didn't have outside access to a hose bib for clean up. The trailer looks like new. We will definitely reach out if we have future jobs. Thank you!

Had a terrific experience from start to finish. They took our cabinets from cherry to gloss white and they came out terrific. We even had them come back and do a laundry room area as well. Randy and Lonnie Made an extra effort to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. Will be looking to have them do our exterior in the coming months.

We had an amazing Certapro experience from start to finish.

First, they sent out Nathan to give us an estimate. He walked the house with me and listened thoroughly to what I was asking for. We were upfront that we wanted to get a few quotes before deciding— there was never any pressure from CertaPro to make a decision. CertaPro was in line with other quotes we got, but the Duration Home upgrade was a nicer paint product than their competitors were using.

Scheduling happened almost immediately after we agreed to the quote, and they were able to get our project started in the next 3 days.

Javier and Edgar came to paint. They both showed up on time (actually about 10 minutes early but they didn’t ring the doorbell until it was the time they were supposed to arrive.) They got started right away taping walls and laying out plastic. They were the most respectful people we have ever had come in and do work on our home. They made sure to ask if it was alright before using the restroom or eating lunch in the kitche rather than out in the heat.

After a day and a half, Javier and Edgar had the place painted and cleaned up. There were two small spots that I had asked to be touched up that they completed without pushback. I signed and they were gone. The project manager, Randy, called to make sure everything was how we wanted it soon after they left.

Would recommend and would use again the next time we need painting done.

I needed to get the trim on my house re-painted. I had no idea who to use. I went on-line and checked out several companies that did exterior/interior painting. I called CertaPro Painters as they had a facility in my area and overall good reviews.
They sent a sales associate out that same day to review my trim and provide a cost estimate. The sales associate provided me a comprehensive quote package detailing the work to be done, the materials to be used, photos of the areas to be painted and a firm cost. He indicated they could get to my house in about a week.
The cost was within my budget, so I accepted the contract. CertaPro Painters had a team out in less than a week and started my job. The guys were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job including masking off areas of my house, adjacent structure, shrubbery and pool areas to ensure no over-spray got on anything. They completed the job in a little over two days during some of the hottest days this year.
They indicated a problem with the gamble roof facias on the Southwest side due to the condition of the base wood caused by its age and wear by the prevailing winds and elements over the years. They checked with their job supervisors and got the OK to scrape, sand, prime and paint with their optional higher-grade paint made especially for weathered wood that filled in the cracks and crevices and improved adhesion of the final coat. The finished result looked great.
Best of all, the upgrade was done with no added cost to me. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters.

Started off so good! Then the job started and workers are confused did not do a professional job and the site boss never showed back up at end to supervise. Master bath painted wrong color. Company owner Nathan- really did not care about how unprofessional our experience was. Don’t use them!

Simply amazing!!

The entire process beginning with the consultation, to day 1 and completion date exceeded my expectations. The workers prepped the entire house (no shortcuts were taken) and left the exterior of my 4k+ sq ft home looking immaculate; like new!!

Painting included both of the two car and single car garage doors, side gate, backyard cement block wall and three types of colors on the house.

The workers always picked up their work items before leaving each day.

I will be calling them for interior work in the future.

I would recommend CertaPro of the West Valley. The sales associate, Mark, was thorough and professional. He kept me up to date on the process through texts and email. Luis and his painting crew were very efficient, finishing my one-story exterior in a day and a half. Pricing was fair, about what I expected for the amount of prep and repairs needed. The house looks great, and I am 100% satisfied.

During the estimate process with this paint company, we asked numerous questions. We selected this company after interviewing around seven others, based on their promises, the professional appearance of their quote, and their reasonable pricing—not too cheap, not too expensive. We live in a custom home fixer-upper in a desirable neighborhood, taking our time with one project at a time.

Unfortunately, our job was delayed right from the start, even after we removed all of our lights and fans for them. The delay was due to their workers attending weddings and a shortage of staff. When they finally started on Monday, we were not at home during the day. Upon completion, we inspected the house and were shocked at the numerous issues: unpainted trim, poorly cut-in areas, paint splatters of white on brown and vice versa, a brown line on the garage floor from lack of masking, gray stucco showing through the white paint on the back wall, and garbage left around. Our dogs were even eating paint chips left over from power washing and trash blown away by the wind. There was also paint overspray on expensive metal hose reels and black rocking chairs. We had to point out all these issues to them.

How could a professional paint company consider this acceptable? Save yourself the headache and choose a different company for your home painting needs. Now, I have to use part of my summer break from teaching to touch up paint, scrub paint off the floors, and clean my personal items. When I think of a professional paint company, I expect them to know their job as well as I know mine. They did mention they specialize in HOA-type homes rather than custom homes, which might help you in your decision-making.

CertaPro Painters are very good at their job. When they completed my house painting, the first words that came out from my mouth is EXCELLENTLY BEAUTIFUL. I recommend CertaPro Painters.

They were always on time . They went out of there way to help us
in moving things. They patch holes in the walls & matched the wall texture. At the end of each day they cleaned up & made the house as livable as possible. I would recocmmend them to everyone. In the near future they are the first one i'll be calling to do the outside of our house.

Nate and his crew did a great job. From the start when Colin came out and looked at the work, he gave me a quote quickly. The crew was able to start the following week and was done in a little over a day. Because of this, were able to turn that rental within 2 weeks and get it occupied fast. Certapro Painters Franchise In Litchfield Park, Az owned by Nathan & Jen Marmor. Actually should not get any stars. The Lack of Preparation on the job, one coat used in some areas, holes, cracks and some areas not scraped. Deviation from the quote and the original contract that their sales team Chris Stilwell wrote up. Area to be cleaned up daily was not we had to pick up, razor blades, cigarette butts, paper and plastic in the pool, empty beer cans wrapped in paper his was a daily occurrence. Pool equipment and windows so much over spray was to be covered. Insufficient work force job was promised 5-6 days but took nine days and 4 of the 9 days one guy only for a two story 3939 sq ft home and could not speak English sure they were hired in the Parking lot somewhere. We were even told by owner shame you don’t know Spanish. Failure to address repairs, cracks, holes, peeling paint, broken garage door glass panels, dying plants and trees, over spray but did fix rook tiles they broke we had pictures before the painters started. Day 8 the owner of the franchise pressuring us he wants his payment before the job is even done or we walk the property to address issues. We were turned over to a lien service but we had paid the company with a cashiers check and the lien company perplexed on why. Please don’t use Certapro Painters especially this Franchise company. The people coming to your home are not Licensed, bonded or insured they work under the owners License. Be very careful we have lots of video and documentation.

I had an awful experience with Certapro. They used subcontractors for my project, who both did a terrible job. Their website does not make it clear whether they will be using subcontractors or their own employees, so I guess it’s a gamble. In fact, their website mentions they have 25+ years of experience. While this might be true for some of their employees, the subcontractors most certainly did not, which makes their claim seem deceptive. I would not recommend using them.

We are so pleased with the Certapro of the West Valley team and their work. Considering the limited time we had , our sales rep Mark was able to give us a detailed quote within 24 hours of us calling him and he scheduled a team to start few days after. Our production manager was Fernando and site supervisor was Gati. The entire team was very professional and reliable , they answered our calls and addressed any questions on a timely manner. The exterior paint was done within a week and on budget. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the color . We would happily recommend them to friends and family. The CertaPro painters showed up on time and began work straight away. A few hours later, the commercial production associate stopped by to introduce himself and check on the project. Luis, who was in charge of the job site and his partner, wasted no daylight. They were efficient and left no mess behind as they worked. I am 100% satisfied and very happy I chose CertaPro.

Top notch! Did 2 jobs - one full interior on 3500 sq ft house and one exterior of 2000 sq ft house - both in the Phoenix area. Great jobs from start to finish.

Chris the sales rep was great. Thats about it. Our time frame was 3 days (he said 4 to be safe) 7 days later it was finally done. Painter was alone most of the time. Was told other was out sick but the Painter told me he was out of town. Never showed up when he said he would be there. Left early most days. Stayed really late the last day to try to finish but ended up having to come back the next day. Blue paint drips in our white carpet. Paint on door handles. Paint drips all over our kitchen floor. I made my self very clear that even though I wasn't happy it taking so long I did not want it rushed and sloppy. Paid online got a receipt, never taken out of my account. So I contacted them and they said it got stuck in lala land and I needed to pay again. Very disappointed in this experience.

The team, led by Louis, did a great job painting the outside of our house. It looks very good. They worked long hours to get the job done on time, we’re diligent about making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and gracious. When they had questions, they asked and even presented alternatives as to how to paint something. They cleaned up everything and showed extreme care for our property. We had CertaPro Painters repaint the whole exterior of the house, the property line walls and the wrought iron gates. We had a quote from another company for just the house portion of the project, and while CertaPro Painters initially was not the lowest bidder, we felt like the estimate provided was a great deal more thorough, complete, and they made it competitive, so we added the property line walls and gates to the project. We have a lot of hardscape around the home and yard and everything was well protected from any spills or overspray. Manuel and Kevin were very efficient at their work and arrived on time each day they were here. They provided expert advice or answers with any questions we had. They also were very efficient at spotting any touch up areas that needed attention. The whole project was completed very quickly, and at a very high quality. While we hope we are done needing any painting in the immediate future, we would definitely reschedule with CertaPro Painters if we did.
