They came out right away to give us a quote. Worked with our insurance so that they paid what they should. Did a quality job. We are very happy with the work they did. We will use them again if we ever need it.

Contacted back in late August about a drip edge that was not installed correctly on one corner of house which in the basement was producing a water leak cause the water was pooling right at the wall.

Was told that he had come down with Covid “3 times” & his entire crew was out with it too but once he came out of quarantine he would look at it. Never happened. It is now going into 2022.

A 5yr labor warranty but not willing to fix the issue.

Either a lawyer is going to get involved or I will get banother company to fix it & have the bill sent to Enterprise Roofing since I am under warranty. One way or another the warranty will be upheld.

Only reason we went with Enterprise Roofing was that they were recommended by several Courtesy Ford employees for doing their roofs.

Buyer beware.
