My installer went out of business after setting up our solar but never set up monitoring, which we paid for. Energy Solutions helped me for what we had been working on a year to fix. Not only did they help get the monitoring set up but they identified 14 of our 27 panels that were not set up correctly so they hadn't been producing for about 14 months. They have timely responses and are friendly to work with.

The inverter of our solar system went bad recently. I contacted Energy Solution Provider. Brad and Dave provided great help and timely service to replace it with a new one. I really appreciate Brad's updates on their schedule and making the replacement of our inverter as a priority. This is particularly important given our original solar installer is out of business. I highly recommend Energy Solution Provider.

Dave with Energy Solution Providers was a great call to make a solar repair on my residential install.
My solar installer Sunpower went bankrupt. They were terrible to deal with. One call with Dave and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed very easily.
I wish I had known about Energy Solution Providers when I originally installed my solar. They will be my next call when I'm ready for a battery install.

Called to get a quote for solar. Dave came out that day or the next. Great turnaround but after that he committed to a quote by that weekend. Than Wednesday hit and still nothing. I followed up and he told me end of day I would have that quote. One of his emails he accidently forward to me but it seems he was sending it to someone else to make the quote. Regardless I read the reviews and saw a handful of poor communication. Those seem to be the accurate review of this company.

Dave is professional, punctual and honest. First phone call and he answered, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issues with the system. Provided a very cost effective solution to my problem, he worked with the manufacturer to coordinate other rebates and shipping. The whole new inverter system was installed with-in a few weeks not months, which now a days is unheard of. His communication is amazing every step of the way, and I felt the price was more than fair. You are the best Dave!

Dave at Energy Solution Providers was nothing short of amazing. I have a 10 year old solar system already installed on my home. It stopped functioning and trying to find someone to diagnose the problem and repair it, proved to be quite a task. I could not find a honest company to deal with, that did not want a small fortune just to inspect my system($400-$500). The problem was already known to be a burnt out inverter, yet every company wanted to collect this fee. Thankfully I found Dave at Energy Solution Providers, and from the beginning, I could just tell he was different. He was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and did NOT try to upsell me in any way. Dave's company has been in business for around 20 years and they do new installations as well as servicing older systems. They provide service and cover the entire State of AZ and beyond and literally have installed 100's of systems. I had no concern about the quality of the work to be performed. Dave was just a great guy to work with in a business that often gets a bad name because unfortunately there are alot of dishonest people in it. He was super honest and extremely fair in price. He repaired my system for less than half of what anyone else quoted me and this was for the SAME job, and same work to be performed. Obviously I hired Dave and Energy Solution Providers to fix my system and the repair went flawlessly. I could not be happier. If it wasn't for Dave, I would not have been able to afford to get my system repaired. I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and honesty. I would have to say, it was the best home repair experience I have ever had. Thank you Dave!

DAVE was extremely responsive! Not only did he answer the phone on the 3rd ring, but he scheduled a visit for the next morning (...while on the way to another appointment...). He arrived a bit earlier than scheduled - which we appreciated - he was very thorough inspecting our upgraded solar panel installation (...on top of the 2nd story...) and existing Inverter. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us on what he found and what needed to be done to correct the situation caused by the original installer. He did not "sell" his services and only after we asked for a quote, did he provide a reasonably priced Inverter upgrade quote. We were lucky to find Dave and he pointed out that the "upgrade" done almost 5 years ago by the original installer actually was a "bait n switch" and we got a 2kW SMALLER Inverter than contracted for. THANK GOODNESS FOR DAVE ... we're now pursuing this smaller Inverter issue with the previous company! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Energy Solution Providers (DAVE HAYCOCK) to everyone! ... DIANE H

Dave answered his phone right away to make appt to inspect the system he set up on family’s house over 10 years ago. He came out the next day & replaced a blown fuse but found no other issues with glass panels or system. It is rare that the same person who installed solar 10-15 years ago is still in business but he is. Did a great job. Would highly recommend Dave’s company.

Dave from energy solution was one of few contractors that responded to my request for an inverter service or replacement. Prior replacing the inverter He also suggested changing the fuse just based on my error code readings. He was right. My system works now.

This is my 2nd Solar System with Solar Solutions and Dave and his Team did a great job. Open communication through a long tedious process got my first bill after system was activated and was $13 vs. $193 for the same month (October) last year. I got a number of bids Dave was the lowest and some of the other companies seemed a bit shady and have not been around as long as Energy Solutions. Dave will deliver if you give him the opportunity.

I hear this company and Dave know what they are doing, but I can't get them to respond to my phone calls or emails. I bought a home and asked for an inspection. They sent a receipt showing an inspection was done but didn't give me a breakdown of what was done. I have questions about my new system but can't get someone to answer them.

This was our second solar installation since moving to AZ 22 years ago. Dave is great to work with. Always punctional with appointments and quick to return calls and answer questions. Product so far is performing well, with the solar production being right in line with what was predicted. Would definitely recommend! We also had a 240V outlet added in garage for an EV at a later time. It involved running line thru attic to garage. Great job by Dave. Quick, neat, and functional. Very reasonably priced compared to most other companies we contacted.

Dave at Energy Solutions Providers was reasonably quick to respond and always followed through. Given that at the time he was pretty much a one-man operation, he delivered excellent service. He gave us a 6 month time frame; submitted all the paperwork to SRP and the HOA; let us know when we needed to follow up on something; gave us a breakdown of costs in his estimate, and overall delivered exactly what he said he would. We have had the solar panels up for a year now, and are delighted with the reduction in our energy bill. I very much like the ability to go online and check the output and estimate the next month's SRP bill.

We had an issue with one of the panels - the display quit reading. Took a while but Dave replaced the panel.

This is a process - takes at least 6 months from start to finish, given the paperwork and scheduling everything. Good company; small but growing. Have recommended them to others. Overall very pleased we went with them.

Had just shy of a 24Kw system put in over horse stalls - install went well. System is producing above what was anticipated and service since sale has been great!

Dave and his team did a wonderful job installing the solar panels, controller and electrics for my system. One panel developed a spot one it and Dave exchanged it for a new one. Then the same thing on another panel months later, again Dave replaced it at no cost to me and with a smile. I recommend Energy Solar Solutions.

We are VERY pleased with our Solar experience. Dave was always prompt and did everything he said he would. Done in a timely manner. Having very good results and love our $28 monthly bill from APS! He also saw that our deck roof needed painting and said if we bought the sealer, they would put it on. Was above expectations and not in the contract. Very thoughtful as my husband is 81 and doesn't like to climb ladders. We do not hesitate to recommend this company for your Solar System.

While traveling overseas I was in a panic with an issue that occurred with my solar system on a rental property. i contacted Energy Solution Providers for help. The company took immediate action and repaired my system. I'm very happy with the care, expediace and service they provided me!

Dave helped setup my PV system. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. I started having some trouble with the system tripping about a year later and Dave was very quick to respond and come over and check the system out. He was unable to find the any problem with the system however it kept happening intermittently. Some time later I found out that my AC unit was going bad and the PV system was working as it was supposed to - turning itself off when detecting a fault.
