I hired Endurance roofing for a couple jobs around my house including a roof repair, facia damage, and garage concrete repairs. What I really liked is they provided me with options so I could pick what worked within my budget and the quality of work was outstanding. Todd was exceptional at following up with me and keeping me updated. The company was also quick to schedule the work and complete the work when they said. Weather was an issue during one of the projects and Todd contacted me ahead of time and each day to let me know things would be delayed. I've been burned by contractors before so this was a welcome change!

I just had a new roof, siding and gutters added to my house. Endurance General Contracting did a fantastic job! The Project Manager was Jose Guzman. He is wonderful to work with. He returns emails, phone calls and texts promptly. I will definitely be recommending this company.

We had a great experience working with Endurance General Contracting and specifically Todd Legge. During a recent storm, we had an urgent issue and Todd was able to immediately dispatch an expert to assess the situation. They quickly implemented a temporary solution that prevented further damage, and as soon as the weather cleared, they returned with the necessary materials and completed the job promptly.

The entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job cleaning up, and the final result actually looked better than new. Todd and his team were practical in their approach—no over-engineering, just smart, effective work—and the pricing was more than fair. Endurance Roofing put a new roof on our house last year and although I think the work they did is acceptable, the customer service is disappointing. While at work, I get a notification from our security camera that a man in a hoodie and an unmarked truck is setting up a ladder to my house without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. (3 months after the initial installation.) After talking to him I call Endurance Roofing because I’m upset about the lack of communication and the trespassing and I’m not even offered an apology. Instead I hear excuses from a confrontational receptionist. I’m not at all impressed with the customer service.

My roof was leaking. I called Endurance and spoke with Jackie. She was very helpful and scheduled appt. I am now getting g a new roof. Thank you Jackie and Endurance Roofing.

Ryan and his team are very professional and did everything they said they would do and even did extra. That's not something you usually see once a quote has been given. They handled a difficult realtor with kid gloves and that made the final transaction of the sale of this property so much easier. Work was done nicely, roof where fireplace was not done quite right but they came and fixed it right up. The gutters are great! Only one problem, there were a lot of nails left in driveway.

These guys are the real deal! They text me after a storm as if they already knew I needed a new roof. I know nothing about my roof, but they came out on a Saturday and gave me a free roof inspection. Thought I was going to pay out of pocket but we got insurance to take care of it. Mike and his team will have my business for life! Process was super simple

Jose did a great job of listening to our needs and then followed up with coordinating the two different teams to do the work. The siding team did a great job of replacing the damaged siding with all the proper flashing and joint covers as well as added additional flashing. The gutter team did a quick and efficient job of installation with an almost perfect color match to existing gutters. Although this was not the largest job, all involved treated the project with utmost care and that was greatly appreciated. Based upon this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Jose and Endurance roofing for any siding and/or gutter job.

Jose was good to work with always giving updates on things and always texting and calling right away whenever we had any questions. We would recommend using them again.

Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. On time, did the work with minimal inconvenience to me. Price was well within acceptable range. They were unable to help me with a broken window, but put me in contact with someone else. The crews doing the tuck-pointing and drywall repairs were really awesome.
Mike responded quickly to give me an estimate and Tiffany went the extra mile to help me with questions and a few issues that arose. Will be using them for additional projects.

10/10 do not recommend. Their contract is incredibly rigid and their communication is absolutely terrible. After our first meeting it took 2 months and attempting to get out of my contract for them to begin any negotiations with my insurance for supplements.

They invoiced me incorrectly more than once and it took weeks of communication to get the amount correct. Only after I corrected their invoice did they finish their job and continue communication with insurance to capture the depreciation on my roof.

They gave me bad information on multiple occasions about timelines and inspection dates, and never did the communication come proactively.

It took them from July until March to get my roof done, inspected, and paid.

If you want a timely roof, don’t hire.

If you like clear and transparent communication with your contractor, don’t hire.

This is how they treated a referral from the owner’s cousin, never again would I do business with Endurance Roofing.

I worked with Marcus for our roof, dry wall repair (roof leak) and gutters project. Our project was delayed because of material shortage (shingles). Everyone and their mother got hail damage last year. But he kept in contact and worked with us to get our project done. We are very pleased with everyone who came to work on our home. Thank you Marcus and team.

It is rare to find an outfit that both leads in quality and price. Endurance Roofing came in just under other options, those larger firms that have to cover additional costs, and blew me away in their quality of work. Very dedicated to ensuring the customer is happy upon completion. Certainly work with them again. Jose Guzman was my contract throughout the process. Was excellent to work with! Kept me informed, led a great crew, and ensured a job well done. Had my roofing replaced, I'm already working on the next project with them as I would like to build a covered patio off the side of my house. I wouldn't hesitate in going the Endurance direction if you're looking for help with a project.

José did a great job. We really appreciate all the help with our roof inspection and recertification. Would recommend them.
