Endries just wrapped installing a 12.4 kw system on my home this month. The entire experience was excellent. They were incredibly patient with me, I first contacted them in 2021!

They did a great job on making sure I understood the proposal, what I was getting, what the process for permitting, installation, and commissioning would be. The hardest part of the process for me was paying the bills, and docusigning the interconnection agreement with WE Energies.

From my perspective it was a flawless experience and one of the smoothest home improvement projects I've gone through!

Endries did my solar install in Ozaukee County. Their sales, installers, and support staff did a fine job. If I had any problems a phone call got a solution underway. They were competitively priced and installed quality gear. This is not my first solar install and I was very happy with how well things went with Endries.

Give these guys a chance to give you a quote for your Solar install. The first company I called quoted me almost twice the cost of Endries and promised a bunch of lies. Endries Solar and Electric installed my system at a fair and reasonable cost and I would recommend them to my family and friends interested in Solar. Planning and installation was very professional. The control panels in my garage were upgraded and the installation looks great and not just slapped together. My system has been up and running great since the first of the year and I am already seeing savings in my electric costs.

Last late summer I had Endries install solar panels for me. I was very pleased with the professionalism all the way around dealing with this company. I have the room so I installed ground mounted panels about 150 ft from my house. So the installation was a little different than some I suppose with a trench burying cables etc. The whole process to be online was about a week or so and everything went as planned. I recommend letting this company give you a quote. Currently my electric bills are zero and just received a nice lump fed tax credit.

I highly recommend Endries. Excellent communication, honest, did everything they promised for the price they promised. I like that they are local and smaller but well established and very experienced. I sometimes hesitate to go with the lowest quote because I’m afraid I won’t get the best work. But Endries had the best price by far and did excellent work.

The 30% tax rebate on solar panels through the Inflation Reduction Act helped bring solar panels into a reasonable payback period so we decided to move forward with Entries who were super responsive and helpful while we were getting quotes and kept us in mind and got back to us when they had a product and updated proposal to share. The install was two days with a day for hookup and a day of troubleshooting connectivity, but the full team was always super responsive to help us get up and running. They took care of the Focus on Energy credit for us which was also very helpful. We love them and enjoy talking with the neighbors about them who stop by with questions.

Did a fine job my system was a add on >6 of my panels were to shed in a power outage as to not over heat my battery . but it has never worked that way it takes out all my 25 micro inverters out been trying to get them back here to fix the issue , had to hire Green link to fix the issue beware your contract is worthless after they get your cash

For a few years, my wife and I have contemplated solar energy. Being somewhat skeptical, I decided on a recommendation to give Endries Solar & Electric a call to start the process. I was connected with Will Madson. Will arranged an on-site visit to help evaluate our homes needs and my concerns, hesitations and question's. He was aware that I was unsure whether or not I would invest and was respectful of that which I appreciated. He prepared the estimate and cost approach for me and I sat on it for a year. With the incentives and rebates that are available, in 2022 I decided to call Will and let him know we’re ready to move forward. The rest, Will took care of. He just did what needed to be done and would update me on progress along the way. I’m glad we invested and worked with Endries. Since then, Will and I have started working on other projects! I don't write reviews often, but sometimes the experience is so outstanding that I feel obliged to do so. That has been the case with Endries Solar. The other reviews here are very positive, brief, and to the point. Great. But I'm going to share a longer review because our project was unusual and doing it with Endries Solar reveals a lot about the company, particularly its owner, Russel Endries.
I met Russel at the annual renewable energy fair in Custer, WI. I had been planning a solar system to pair with a geothermal heating/cooling system. That meant my electrical load - unlike most people - would be highest in the winter. I stopped at the booth of one of the major solar installers. I described my project and some of the ideas I had. They looked at me like I was some kind of unusual insect. One of the guys said, "Well, not sure how to help you, but you should go talk to Russel Endries; he used to work for us as a project manager and he might be able to handle something unusual like this." Happily, the independent business Russel had started - Endries Solar - had a booth at the fair, too. So I stopped by to chat. Thus began a 3 year relationship with Endries Solar.
Over that time, Russell came to my house several times to think through various design possibilities. I'm guessing that the unusual character of the project, coupled with my tendency to keep throwing out new design ideas would have left most contractors with noticeably less hair and less willing to continue. But Russel kept working with me until we settled on a system that involved a hand-tilting, ground-mounted structure that would allow me to make optimal use of bifacial panels and easily keep the panels clear in winter when I need to keep power coming to run my geothermal system.
This meant a system quite far off the ground (14 feet to be exact), requiring two seriously large structural poles (two 8-inch, 21-foot tubes, 500 lbs a piece). The tubes were installed by a sub-contractor with whom Russel had a lot of experience. Russel came for the installation, but not just to watch. He did a lot of the demanding physical labor. And the result of the work he and Mike (the subcontractor) did was remarkable; those two huge poles were placed to within 1/8th of an inch of the same height, which was way closer than the tolerance the system required. I was impressed.
The rest of the installation was relatively straight forward, and Russel's crew (both on site and in the office) was very efficient getting the physical labor done and all the paperwork. For our project there was even more than the usual paperwork. In addition to the typical Focus on Energy and local utility paperwork, we also had to go through a formal engineering review by the city engineer. Russel's office staff made all of this run smoothly and quickly.
In the end, all I can say is that our experience with Endries Solar was exceptional, which is saying a lot given how many curve balls we threw at Russel. He hit them all. It was a pleasure working with him from start to finish. So if you have a regular old roof installation or something a bit more challenging in mind, know that Russel has the experience and patience to get you there. Don't hesitate to hire these guys. I contacted Endries and Wil came out and did a site review. I explained what I was looking for and he set up and system to meet my needs. During the process they did all the paper work so I could get my rebates . My local utility does not handle a lot of solar installs so he worked with them and kept me posted the whole time. There was a question with my insurance and he contacted my insurance (with my consent) and was able to get that resolved. After, everything was up and running I could see my system online which turned out to be something I did but he said no payment until everything is resolved, Great company and great people highly recommend

They worked very professionally, always cleaned up and thought about the possible best way rather than what would be the easiest way. They were always ahead of the schedule. Compared to other quotes they were similar but offered a better service and for example a wireless control of the converter. Endries Solar and Electric installed our ground mount system, and we were up and running on Oct 3, 2019. My reasons for rating Endries highly: 1. Their quote was the most favorable of the three that I got. 2. They were extremely responsive, and very easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. I was always kept informed of the schedule and any necessary changes. 3l They were very easy to work with, and in my case I was able to negotiate a reduced price for work I was able to do myself (trenching and post mounting). 4. Good workmanship. 5. Russel Endries has gone the extra mile to try to establish communication between my Solar Edge inverter and the internet, which enables viewing each panel's performance history.
