Salvatore was my sales person, very knowledgeable and helpful in getting a good settlement with my insurance co. for replacing windows that had hail damage. The installation crew was very good and cleaned up when the job was done.

When we were approached by Sal from Encompass Builders after a bad hail storm, we were doubtful anything would come of it. Sal assured he would do all the work, and sure enough, though the process was long, we ended up getting almost all of our windows replaced, and our roof as well. Communication was always good, and the replacement Pella windows are beautiful. Would recommend to anyone

He was professional, worked with our insurance company, coordinated everything, kept me informed, and was readily available to answer questions. The work was done very well and in the expected timeframe by a terrific crew.

I recently had all the windows replaced in my home by encompass. The team was extremely professional, clean and friendly. They remove my window treatments and put them back up. They moved all the furniture and put it back in place. They also installed a garden window in my kitchen that was not purchased through their company. I would highly recommend encompass if you are considering having exterior or interior work done.

Would highly recommend this company. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Salvatore Badami from this branch and he was extremely helpful and a pleasure every step of the way. They fought with insurance to get our whole roof covered (which clearly needed to be replaced) despite insurance not wanting to cover all of it and went above and beyond every step of the way for us ,with roofing , gutters, and windows. Couldn't be more pleased with the service we have been provided and the customer assistance and constant communication of what was going on every step of the way! Can't recommend them enough ! They are extremely professional and make sure all the work is done properly and done to high standards.

Encompass employee Garrett Rhea came to our house to share what services they could provide. Garrett worked with the insurance company and got our roof and windows replaced. The staff sent to do the work was professional and courteous. They were tidy with the work they did and Garrett was an AWESOME project manager. He was easy to contact and very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend their services!

Encompass was amazing! No idea why they don’t have more 5 star reviews or reviews in general. Long story short it was a knock on the door, a five min conversation, very politely asking if “Garret” could check the roof for damage. I said go ahead, do everything you need to do and get back to me once you have everything squared away. If I recall three weeks went by, Garret was able to get my windows approved through insurance, he took care of everything the meeting with insurance adjusters, licenses/permits whatever in the background that happens was taken care of. I’m busy and we had a daughter going through Leukemia treatments at the time, so I was very handsoff and appreciated that I only had to deal with one person, all during Covid. Garret arranged Pella to come out to do the window measurements, they also were great and then eventually the installers for Encompass who were equally awesome. The 3 days it took to put windows in, you would never know that there was a team of professionals in the house. Amazing work. If you ever would like an opportunity to come look message me privately. I was particularly hands off but Garret asked me questions and explained everything step by step and I feel like if you wanted to be fully involved you could do that too, super easy person to deal with. Hands down couldn’t have been more happy with process start to finish, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I had a lot of hail damage, and my original contractor was incompetent in getting my windows and siding repaired/replaced. Wade at encompass builders came in and got this job finished quickly and did all the extra steps with my insurance company. Highly recommend.
