I was looking for a local construction company to do a small project (something I couldn't do myself) on a garage that I've been building. I gave EMT a call after seeing their rating and looking at a few reviews. Mike came out and was not only very personable, but took a genuine interest in my project and what I had done thus far. He explained to me how they would tackle what I wanted done and we also discussed a few options on finishing my garage. At the time I was really only interested in the small project I had called them for as I generally like doing as much work as I possibly can by myself. The guys who did the work were great and the price was fair, so I ultimately had them do all the siding as well. I will definitely be utilizing Emt Construction Services for any future projects that I need help with, and you should too.

EMT construction and Mike has been a great company to deal with. They are very understanding in terms of dealing with insurance jobs so if you have any issues with the property that has to do with insurance, they are great to work with. Additionally, they also do very good work and I have a great working relationship with them.

My neighbor recommended EMT to me after they were pleased with the work they had done. Mike did a great job handling the insurance company and getting what I needed for my roof and siding. Navigating an insurance claim is not easy, fortunately, Mike and his team at EMT Construction Services worked with our insurance company to get full replacement for both the room and the siding. Having the opportunity to select a new siding color was exciting and Mike was able to provide multiple color samples based on what we wanted for the final look. He also helped us better visualize the final look with a mock-up of our house with the color we chose.

I cannot give enough compliments to the crew that came to do the work. Their professionalism and attention to detail resulted in a job well done and we could not be more happy with the final results.

Mike and his Team at EMT Construction services did an amazing job on my Investment property in Minneapolis. It was damaged during a recent hail storm. Mike worked diligently with with our insurance company to make sure we got a new roof and siding. He also convinced them of extra work that needed to be done to meet the local building codes. They were also very patient with the process of the payments and worked with me to keep that all up to date. I will certainly use them again if needed, and highly recommend them for your residential construction needs.

I highly recommend EMT Construction Services! I had another company prior to them that never followed through and also didn’t fight for me. EMT got my siding and roof all covered with my insurance and it was done within two weeks time when they said! My house looks so good and the quality of work is top level! I can’t recommend them enough!

Mike, Craig, and everyone at EMT were great to work with. They completed a new roof on my home and some siding work to update the front of my house a bit. They were very professional and efficient. Their attention to detail and workmanship was more than superb. I had a lot of questions before, during and after the project and both Mike and Craig were there to answer my call. If I received voicemail, I get a return call almost immediately. Matt, their roofing foreman was great too. As a matter of fact, I had a question for him on a Sunday, not expecting a response until Monday. I received an answer within minutes. I would highly recommend EMT and their crews!!
