I called on October 28th and scheduled an appointment for November 2nd between 10 am and 12 pm to test tile flooring for asbestos. No one came to our home. At around 12:30 on the scheduled day, I call to ask if anyone is coming or not just to be picked up by a voicemail. I left a voicemail, called again an hour later, and it still went to voicemail. Very disappointed and frustrated because asbestos shouldn't be taken lightly and this is very unprofessional. Highly recommend going to someone else like we are doing

I had a chance to recently work with EMR Services, Inc and they were outstanding. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Professional, fast, and highly communicative. They take their job seriously. Even after abatement services, they came out to inspect a possible concern when we removed some trim to start some minor renovation.

They also work with the customer to make payment as comfortable as possible.

My husband and I are so grateful for EMR Services! They helped us quickly, responded to all of our questions, and even finished the asbestos remediation in a full day early. We were in a pinch to get the work done before we moved into our home in Chapel Hill and they were calm, helpful, and professional. Carlos and Lilly were both so responsive and we really felt like we were in capable hands.

We used EMR Services, Inc. for asbestos removal in our 1960's house we recently purchased. I appreciate the customer service and quality of work we experienced while working with EMR.

We reached out to EMR to help us with asbestos removal, and out of 7 companies, they were the only one to reply!! Working with their staff on getting me on the schedule to showing up and removal was easy and they helped me and everything they promised was delivered! I would recommend them to anyone!!

When we were mid-DIY demolition on a rundown property and found out that we had been pulling up asbestos tile without proper protection, we were in a state of deep panic. Not only did we realize we purchased a property that could be cost-prohibitive to renovate, we exposed ourselves and our children to a toxic material. I contact EMR and Tamara called that morning. The best way I can describe our conversation was that it felt like I was a child who had had a nightmare and Tamara calmed me down, gave me a warm glass of milk, and sent me back to bed.

EMR sent someone to the property on a Saturday to help us assess. They quickly found a reputable and knowledgeable third-party partner to run tests, and then helped us work through risk levels to determine what to mitigate. I felt their prices were fair - especially since other companies took 2+ weeks to return our initial calls.

I'm a high-touch customer and was probably annoying-ly so during this stressful project but Tamara always stayed calm and kept up clear communication. The crew came out and did the job over a weekend.

I need to have mold removed from my and walls It was quite a bit of work that needed to be done but they took the time to take care of everything and all my needs and the prices was great and I would certainly recommend them to anyone
