We had an appointment on October 6 they called and moved it to Saturday the 10th because the persons car broke down. Well the appointment was from11:00-1:00 I called at 11:40 and the lady said oh yes there still coming he had a couple of stops before us. Well no show so I called back no answer called back again an answering service took message that I wanted a manager to contact me, well again no one called so I have been calling since the 10th and getting no answer and that has been everyday about 10-15 times a day. Very frustrating I guess they don’t need the business. Absolutely wrong to lead people on we waited till till 4:00 yes we were stupid to wait that long but we were giving them the chance but no call no show. Terrible company.

Called this co. beginning of Sept to get an estimate for a property we are purchasing (but have to make repairs) in order to close, and the seller was unable to make the repairs due to financial reasons. This was told to the office and they came out to do the estimate. Due to us being the purchaser of the property, we were told we would get call when they arrived to be present. That never happened and they were apologetic and gave us the estimate for free, mind you the estimate only had a price and a few words describing the problem. We reached out 3 weeks later to get a specific detailed estimate and book the service. My husband called to speak with the contractor who gave the original estimate just to verify what was going to be done because our city inspection required certain things to bring the house up to code. He was told the contractor would call him back that afternoon, NOTHING. My husband called back, same message given, NOTHING. Then he called twice more (different days) and no one picked up. Then my realtor called and the lady who picked up was rude and curt, stating "The price is the price"....first and foremost, no one is questioning the price, we are questioning what is included and you would have known that had you returned our call. This place gave the the lowest estimate and completely lost our business with their poor customer service. If your work is anything like your customer service, we will pass.

In response to the Owner:
Your reply goes to show lack of professionalism. You all waived the $100 fee due to YOUR contractor NOT calling like promised. Your $100 was not an issue for us to pay, neither was the $7,000. And you stating we were not the owners means nothing because we were the ones paying you and you still came out to do the inspection knowing we were not the owners. Secondly, when my husband reached out to get specifics on estimate (after city inspection) he was told he would get a call back, he did not. We have the right to ask if there is anyway to do less for the time being and you have the right to say yes or no. What you don't have the right to do is allow your receptionist be rude and act as if we are a bother to you for getting more information. And you're right the porch is not fixed, but contractors come a dime a dozen and based off your customer service trust me, we aren't begging you to take our money but what I will / CAN do is leave you a bad review which seemed to bother you. Now you're super busy obviously since you can't return calls so I don't expect a response but I have time to keep going if you'd like. Have good one EMPIRE ;)

I had an appointment (for a downspout issue) scheduled with empire on Saturday, July 25th from between 11 and 1. It is now, Saturday, July 25th, 1:15. Company DID NOT SHOW UP!! Just called the office - and even though it says "Open, closes at 5 P.M." - NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!! How do these companies even stay in business?! Not showing up is rude and disrespectful. My time is just as important as anyone else's. Left a phone message, asking for an explanation - what do you bet, I'll never hear from them again?!

Fixed my gutters and fascia with great quality and attention to detail. Very communicative and friendly, were at the house when they said they would be and completed the job quickly and to specifications. Would recommend to friends and family and would hire again for future work.

Someone came out two weeks ago to give me an estimate for a gutter repair. Said he would email it back to me at the end of the day, never received. Called the office after two weeks the lady who answered asked for all my information again like it was the first time I called. Poor customer service if you didn't want the job should have told me when you were here. Having a another Company do my work!!

Hahahaha empire didnt play told Dan the man how it was. A company that responds like that. Im calling for a estimate today.

Two appointments for for an estimate were missed. The first time they called me to let me know they were not coming out due to rain. The second time they no called/now showed on me. I'm currently exploring other local companies.

I ended up working from home Friday, March 2nd. No one from Empire ever came out to my property. I have no missed calls or VMs on my phone from March 2nd. They completely dropped the ball and are playing the victim instead of taking responsibility. This is not the kind of company I would want to do business with.
