Elian's Snow Plowing

Carlos and crew got on the job the very next day. Cleared our roof of snow as promised. Seemed very careful, and gave good advice about not trying to chip away the ice dams as that could damage the roof, and instead they spread ice melt.

I can't say enough good things about Carlos and his crew. They are professional, responsive, reliable and fair. We have used Carlos several times and he just gets the job done without fuss and at a fair price.

I called Elian late in the afternoon on the heels of the biggest storm in a long time and asked him if he could clear our driveway by the next morning. He sent a crew out immediately and the job was done in a few hours. Incredibly responsive, kind and professional. Thank you Elian!
