I got much more than I had bargained for with Empire. My homeowners insurance was tossing me around for a roof replacement when I had several leaks reveal themselves after some storms rolled through and was coercing me into making multiple claims (with multiple deductibles) for partial roof replacements. I contacted Empire Roofing and Exteriors after Insurance had squeezed the second claim out of me for another partial replacement within a 3 week period of the first claim. Logan from Empire stepped in on my behalf to handle the insurance company and told me not to worry. Within just two weeks Logan successfully managed to turn my partial replacement into a full roof replacement AND he even worked with me to reduce the unnecessary loss of value resulting from the multiple claims. Empire treated me like I was family and I don't use that expression lightly. The roofing team came to the house after I had left for work and was finished up by the time I got home. No trash, debrie, or nail was left behind. Empire was methodical about cleanup and quality control throughout the process and after. Empire even had a supervisior on site the whole time who was very knowledgable and informative. I won't need a new roof for quite some time but I will check Empire's listed services for all future exterior needs. Trying to go up against an Insurance company alone was naive and I was out matched until Logan and Empire stepped in on my behalf. Save yourself the headache and hassle, call Empire FIRST.

100/10 recommend these guys! They went above and beyond for our home. We had some shingles missing from a windstorm, and I ignored it until it started leaking in the house. These guys were here less than 24 hours later in the pouring rain on top of my roof patching it with tarps free of charge to stop my leak until we could figure out a solution for a repair. They used their own materials while drenching wet and wouldn't even take my tip money i offered to let me buy them lunch for their generosity. Very professional, and no other company wanted to even come help me without money upfront. Don't ever pass up an opportunity with empire roofing. Their concern alone was enough to hook me to be a lifelong customer. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Was refreshing working with ‘Empire’, a gutter and roofing company that takes you back to time when companies stood behind their product and craftsmanship. They installed replaced a 3-4 inch with a six inch gutter in front of our Luxury cabin rental that was leaking and destroying our porch post and rail. It still leaked a bit after installation and they noticed a tree branch had fallen and dent some of the roof. They replaced all damage places coming out several times refusing to take a check till the full issue was resolved. Hire these guys and Empire…’Bravo!

Logan with Empire Roofing identified a problem with my roof when his team was installing gutter leaf guards. He provided a reasonable estimate and they completed the repair within about two weeks. Workers all seemed friendly and competent. Would recommend them for roofing work.

Let me start off by saying what an amazing group from the top to the bottom. So professional, kind and courteous. We got our roof done by empire roofing but they should have the word ninja in their company name!!! They came in the morning to do the roof and was so precise and organize and fast. Then on top of that my roof is so beautiful and they cleaned everything as if nothing ever happened. It was very impressive, and so amazing I could not believe it. If you are considering this company go for it, you will not be disappointed in this team nor their ninja abilities. If I could give 10 stars I would. Yall know no one is getting that in the world we live in today because it is hard to find quality work but not with Empire Roofing!!
