SHR repaired my fire place stack a roof. First I got a price from Angie’s list that was 3x higher (over priced) SHR,s price was realistic and what it should cost! Very professional and Quality workmanship. Thank you! They also recommend a A/C contractor that was also great!

When my roof had storm damage Shaun, from Southern Home Renovations, accessed the roof and contacted my insurance. He provided pictures and information that resulted in a quick settlement. Would have given 0 stars, but it won't let you. Don't bother calling them unless you have a major renovation. He came out and we discussed my project. Agreed on what was needed. Told us he'd get back with us in about a week or two. Never heard from him again and would not answer our calls or return our messages. We understand these guys get busy, but he didn't even have the decency to let us know he was too busy to take on our project. After not hearing from him for a couple of months we hired another company who completed our project in 3 days.

SHR has completed several projects for us and is by far the most professional contractor we’ve worked with! We highly recommend them and already have them lined up to complete another protect for us. They are responsive, professional, and have great attention to detail. We are very happy!

I had an issue with a leak in my window, it was installed poorly initially. They came in, identified the issue and fixed very quickly. Very reasonable priced as well!

I reached out to Southern Home Renovations last year about installing a fence in our backyard. We had the best experience with everybody involved! Paige was super friendly over the phone and got us in contact with Barry, who came out and did the estimate. The professionalism of this company is top tier for sure. The guy that came out and installed our fence came two days after Christmas and got to work. He worked tirelessly through the rain, snow, and cold weather and in the end produced a very nice and sturdy fence. Perfect for our dogs! 3 months later and we are still very happy with the final product and can’t wait to enjoy it for years to come.

The whole SHR team was such a pleasure to work with. With Barry being straightforward in explaining the process and patient with my inquiries, to Shaun, Paige and the crew for being so skillful, prompt and thorough. Communication was excellent. Kept their schedule, left the work area clean and very trustworthy (they worked on my 28(!) windows in my absence). I am beyond grateful to have found SHR.
