EDR responded quickly our basement flood and communicated about all the options to resolve our damage. Their team of professionals took control of removing carpeting and pad. Opened up areas that needed drying to avoid mold, using multiple dryers strategically to remove moisture. The dryers were put in place to avoid additional damage caused by our power/sump pump failure. They gave us cost saving advice and ways we could help save additional money throughout the process. EDR stands by there work, they did an extensive bathroom remodel, we were very happy with the work that was done. About a year after it was finished we noticed a couple problems had developed. We notified them about them and they came out and fixed the problems. We would definitely recommend them.

This company did a terrific job in helping us due to water damage in our home. Complicating the situation was that a pending sale of the home was occurring at the same time and the buyer became very nervous and questioned everything including the drying work being done. This put this company into a tough spot where they were in the middle of a transaction and not just trying to dry out the home. However, Emergency Disaster Recovery handled it very well and remained professional through the entire ordeal eventually helping to get the buyer comfortable and allowing the sale to proceed. Unlike the prospective buyer, having seen the work and process done by this company first hand, I had complete confidence in their work and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Full service fire and water damage company! I needed to utilize a large dehumidifier and they were timely and courteous. A smaller size company but they provide excellent customer service. Call them for a quote if you are in need of repair.

Needed some emergency roof patching done after shingles had blown off in a storm. Emergency Disaster Recovery was prompt in coming to evaluate the work needed to be done and providing an estimate. First class service from classy professionals. We were more than satisfied with the service provided... we were blown away by prompt, reliable people and the wonderful work they provided. Although we hope we won't need EDR's services anytime soon, we are relieved to know that they'll be there for us again, should disaster strike twice.

I called EDR on the coldest day of 2014 when it seemed a water pipe had frozen up. Concerned that a pipe burst was imminent, Andy responded instantly and was at my door within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be debris in a pipe blocking the water flow, and cleared the line in a matter of minutes, keeping my cost to an absolute minimum! The fact that it happened to have occurred on a sub-zero day was strictly coincidental.

I had a leak in my roof from a storm. Emergency disaster recovery came to my house to give me a quote and board up and tarp off the area. They came out within a few hours and replaced my roof in a day including cleaning up after! No more leaking roof! They did a amazing job. Thanks EDR!!!!!
