Amazing customer care and service. I've had my solar for roughly 3 years or so and they still have amazing customer support.

Fabian was responsive and available. Knew how how to get us up and producing. Going local is always a plus in my book when they do what they say they're going to do. Thank you to Fabian and his Elysium team.

Fabian from the roswell branch was excellent when I came to him with an issue with my solar panels. Response was very quick and helped me through several options until my issue was resolved!

If I could give no stars I would. I signed with this man ten months ago, paid an additional $3,000 to bump up my electricity, the tiles are up, I paid him in full two months ago (idiot!!!!!) and am still paying PNM a monthly bill and waiting to be connected to them. He no longer answers texts or emails. I've filed a consumer complaint with the New Mexico A.G. and am at a loss as to what to do. Hoping he will see this review, get me connected to PNM and convert my propane furnace to electricity, as promised.

Highly Recommend! We spoke to 4 other companies! And we Chose Elysium Solar and More for multiple reasons. # 1 they are Local not from out of town/state #2 They were honest and straightforward. Explained more to us about process and what to expect more then any other company we spoke to. #3 They were about 10k less then the others & they throughly explained everything without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Great Job Team Elysium! Keep up the Great Work! Our Electric bill was negative within the first 30 days! Highly recommend!

***BEWARE! Do not use this solar company! Fabian lied to us. It has been a complete nightmare. We found out they are just a sub contractor they don't even install a separate company will show up. They will rip you off like they did us! You will regret it! They blocked my calls! I tried going to there office listed on Google and it's a house, no one answered. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID WE ARE PREPARING TO FILE A LAW SUIT! ****

Having the roof done, but needed the 20 solar panels removed/replaced. First estimate was a little mind blowing to remove/replace, made call to 2 other companies, voice mails, but Elysium called back to give me estimate and they were 60% cheaper! Fabian and his team has kept me aware of their arrival and have kept in the time frame that was expressed. My 90 year old mother is happy with updates too ;). I will edit this after the replacement of panels, after the roofers are done, but was excited to give this review, which I don’t do often, but I thought this company needs exposure to the community. Give them a call, summer is coming :)
******March 11 technicians came back Sunday to re-install the 20 panels and made sure I’m back up :). Very happy with smooth transaction & their communication! ******

Got a system with Elysium installed in June of 2023. Couldn't be more happier with it (zero electric bill since October) and the service. Dealing with Fabian and Rodney has been a pure pleasure. Thanks for all the help and the deal I got. Keep up the good work.

I would give them a zero if I could - they will make promises to fix your problems for 2 years and then decide to charge you $2,600 dollars after telling you they would do it for free because they said that “They ALWAYS take care of their customers”. Owner started ghosting us, would not answer our calls or text - we now have a $40,000 system that saves us about $200 on our electric bill but we now have a loan payment of $235 - using this company was the WORST DECISION WE HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!
