Elite Windows & Siding

I cannot recommend Elite Windows and Siding. I am a person who rarely pays a company to assist on issues at my home. In my case, I needed a section of siding (fascia) replaced on my house. The job is beyond me, so I tried contacting Elite Windows and Siding for an estimate. After numerous attempts, over a month of trying, with little attempt to get ahold of me, I finally got Mr. Harris out to take a look at my issue. He said he would get a quote written up for me, and we could proceed from there.

It has now been a week since Mr. Harris left my house. I had not heard anything, despite emails asking about the status. Today, I received an email back, 1 week post inspection. I was told in the email that their "crews are not available to do a service at this time", even though no day, time, or any commitment whatsoever was agreed to. I have yet to hear even what the estimate for my repair job was.

A lack of customer service, a lack of communication, and a lack of follow-through. I do not recommend Elite Windows and Siding, if even trying to consider a job is too much work for them.

Our house turned out BEAUTIFULLY! We could not be happier. We had Mr. Harris of Elite Windows and Siding install Hardie Board siding on the entire house as well as the back deck. We had our covered back deck totally enclosed with sliding glass windows, highlighted with the angled glass that matched the angle of the roof line. The job included a new front entry, new door to the deck and a door on the back of the deck. Mr. Harris painted the house with Sherwin Williams emerald paint that has a Lifetime limited warranty. Also new windows around the house. It has made our house look incredible!

It has been two years and our siding windows and front porch soffit and lights are still terrific Thank you Elite!

Work looks great. Price was good. Got siding, fascia, soffets, gutters, downspouts and replaced a door with a window. Crews were polite. Pretty happy with my experience. Would recommend.

Harris and the group installed windows, a new double entry door, painted, and did a nice deck project for me. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid when the job was completed, even though some things were a little rougher when they got into the project itself, they still honored the quote. The deck job turned out better than I had envisioned and I cannot wait for this spring. Thanks Elite.

Elite Windows and Siding did an incredible job on our house! The siding is the sturdy James Hardy siding and the windows are much better than the builders grade windows we have had on our house forever. The attention to detail was incredible and the end result is absolutely stunning. The skilled craftsmen were wonderful and the office was always available to answer any questions we may have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect and upgrade their home.

Elite did a full replacement job of old, dried out and cracked wood siding with Hardie Board. They repaired, replaced, or covered all trim, soffets, and fascias. They then painted to colors of our choice unlike other companies that only do stock Hardie Board colors.

Their crews were great -- courteous, clean, and professional.

Harris and Kosta delivered, and the work has transformed the outside of our home.

Their price was very competitive and a great deal for the depth and quality of the work.

We fully recommend this company.

Recently we signed a contract with ELITE WINDOWS AND SIDING. Major renovations will take place, owner of the company, Mr Harris came personally to my house and he explained everything to me and my wife exterior job including windows and and front main door we’re very happy and he explained everything in detail about my house project to me and my wife, hope Mr Harris is crew will start my house project soon still waiting for the windows he promised me as soon as the windows come s everything will be completed in a timely manner, owner of the company Mr Harris and his son they’re great people.

I have never been more pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and outcome of a hired project.
They pay attention to detail and do everything necessary to please us.
I have only good things to say about the office and the crew.
Every day they pick up after themselves and they work with a smile on their face.

This company is amazing! Mr. Harris is knowledgeable, professional and a super nice human being. His crew is exceptional and does amazing work. They were in and out and I barely knew they were here. Cleaned up after themselves and they work they did was top notch. I can't recommend this place enough. Hands down the envy of my neighborhood now. Can't wait to have them back to replace my aged deck.

Elite installed new James Hardie siding on our house. It looks fantastic! We took our time and got bids from 5 reputable installers. Harris was by far the most knowledgable person we spoke with. He made recommendations based on our home's needs and quoted a good price right away. Every employee was professional and courteous.
Every other contractor had a higher price with the promise of less work. Every other contractor was eventually willing to lower their bid, but did not offer to perform the same amount of work. We could not be happier.

Every time we pull into the driveway we are so proud of our new home it is stunning and so sharp looking we think we are at the wrong house

Mr. Harris is the absolute best, no question. He is a brilliant big picture as well as small/minute details man AND does renovation work. Normally you would have to pay someone for the design and separately pay someone for renovations, but he is a 2-for-1 guy. I also found him to be extremely honest. He took extra time, always, to go over the pros and cons of each of our projects and what we may need. I couldn't be more satisfied with our beautiful new deck & railing, electricity to our barn, beautiful brand new front door, walls & ceiling paint job, and other various projects he did. He has earned our business for all our short & long term projects. Lastly.... if you didn't get anything else from my review, he has a really wonderful sense of humor. I enjoyed working with him. Elite replaced two entry doors, added three storm doors and replaced four windows. Beautiful quality and airtight, unlike the old drafty ones. They painted the trim work perfectly. I will definitely use them again to replace the rest of the windows and fix some of my siding. Thank you Elite Windows and Siding.

we also had the siding on the house replaced and the house painted. the house looks beautiful. therre is great attention to details. there were delays, but nothing that was unusual during this pandemic. the cost was significantly less than their competitors. we would definitely use the again.

We had new windows, siding, garage and front door, gutters, bedroom flooring, and paint, a whole master bath remodel, which included tile floor, granite shower, marble sink, toilet, closet, trim and paint. Everyone was so nice and professional. They are a small company, so you felt like you got to know them somewhat. When we moved in we had the ugly house in the neighborhood, now we are the talk of the neighborhood for being one of the nicest houses. Thank you so much for making my home beautiful!! I definitely recommend Elite Siding and Windows to everyone I talk to, and will use them again in the future for my kitchen.

Elite did a great job on remodeling our Master Bathroom, new Roof, new Gutters, new downstairs ceilings in 2019. The quality was better then I had hoped for, done on time. Thanks goes out to your wonderful staff Mr. Harris. Now they are remodeling the whole 2nd floor, and I'm sure it will impress me again.

Had Elite update our siding, replace all windows and doors and paint exterior. Couldn't be more pleased. Very easy to work with Harrison and his family.

I Love my new windows! Especially the ones in the kitchen area I feel like I am sitting in my backyard it is so visible now.

I really enjoyed all the workers as they were very kind and respectable.

Elite Windows and Siding has met, and in many cases exceeded our expectations. We have had siding, paint, several windows and doors, a retaining wall, decks and aluminum railings, and a three season porch completed to our satisfaction. Our experience has been that they do excellent work.

A big shout out to this company. We had vinyl siding installed and our house looks new. Their crews are the best and very professional. Even with the weather conditions finished in less than 10 days. One huge difference before they left the job , every day they cleaned up and it looked like nobody had even been here. We would highly recommend this company because of their professional workmanship, honest people, did exactly what they said they would do. They treat your house as if it was their own house.

We had Elite Windows and siding install a screen room which included a new deck, gamble roof, electrical outlets, ceiling fan screening, door and gutters. They worked with the city to obtain all of the necessary permits and worked with the city inspectors throughout the process. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the owner, office staff and the installing crew! They were all very professional and we would highly recommend Elite windows and siding without any reservations. We always get complements on our room from strangers and neighbors!

5/2021 - Update: we've had near constant problems with plumbing and sewer, water leaks, ground water, and now getting mold because of it.

Original posting giving details DELETED per letter from their attorney as I was apparently lying about it all. Believe me, you can't make this stuff up... Any statements here are my opinion and do not constitute facts.

They did some good work, they did quite a bit of mediocre work, and they did a lot of extra work when we ran into glitches. They took way, WAY too long to do it, and ultimately left us with an unfinished job as the extra work apparently means they don't have to finish it.

We had storm windows installed on our lake house, and we have absolutely no leaks or drafts...in fact we can hardly hear outside sounds. This was the best window installation we’ve ever had. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have deleted and updated my post for this company. They start out really nice and do a few nice things and then they don't finish their work I have several projects they did not complete. Now the paint on my shutters is starting to feel I have contacted them many times about this and they do not follow through. I'm disabled and I think they're taking advantage of me. I do not appreciate it Mr Harris you promised me so many things and things have not been taken care of I talked to your office manager and she says they will get it taken care of in about 10 days well that's been about 2 years ago. I am sorry to slam you but I'm sorry that you're taking advantage of me do not use this company if you don't want things finished

I had Mr. Harris come out to give me a quote on a double-casement window that needed to be replaced due to wood rot. He said that it would cost me $1,200. I asked him to send me a quote, which he never did. When I called Elite to ask for the quote a few days later, I was told that the price quoted was good "only for that appointment." I was never told that at the time of my appointment and would never agree to any window installation without a professional, written quote, which Mr. Harris never provided. It was the old "bait and switch" where I was quoted a low price and when I asked for it in writing, I was told the discount was not longer valid. This is NOT professional and very unethical. Elite e-lied to me and I would not recommend them.

Very efficient and knowledgeable! Mr. Harris and his son make a great team:-) I can't imagine having anyone that can do everything Mr Harris goes way past what he says he could do he's the most respectable person his son is just as Mr Harris raised him thank you for that

Elite Windows & Siding put a new: Roof, Bathroom, Carpet, Tile, Doors, Storm Doors, Sump Pump, Hot Water Heater, Pantry, Fans, Light Fixtures. All looks great, Right Price, on budget, Thanks Elite staff for a job well done...

Seemed responsive at first. Came out and looked at windows we wanted replaced. Never could get a quote from them however after over 4 weeks passing... Called them 3 times to get said quote and was told "We'll email you that right now. Give me 5 minutes" each and every time. Even made sure they had my phone number and email address correct. The reliability of a simple response made me question why I'd go with them. They were always nice and courteous, just couldn't communicate.

We had our whole house sided and all windows and doors replaced! Love love love our house! Like a total new home!

Great people to work with, we had our whole house exterior renovated, Roof, Siding, Windows, Doors, Garage Doors and then some. Already thinking of renovating inside the house as well, Mr. Harris is wonderful person as well as his son, His while crew was amazing. Job was done right in timely manners.

These people took great care of us in replacing our windows and doors. Their products are high quality, and they were very quick and considerate in the installation process. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend Elite for all your needs, They installed 7 new windows on my condo and did an amazing job! The staff is professional, and the work that was done is amazing. Im very pleased with the quality and will be using Elite for any of my needs from now on. This company puts "Pella" to shame!

Elite Windows and Siding answered our call and solved our problem fast. We had two stacked sliding glass doors (one on our deck and one on our patio below) that were leaking into our house. When we ordered our new windows, we could get upgraded features like in-window blinds because of the great price. Our doors were installed, sealed, and painted in the same week. The crew who came to do the work were respectful of our house and cleaned up like they were never there. The crew didn't leave until we were satisfied with the job and the salesman called afterwards to make sure everything went as discussed.

**UPDATE**
We had Elite Windows and Siding remodel what seemed like our entire house! The remodel consisted of the laundry room (they redesigned the plan to include a small mud-room nook), the basement (which included full tile in the living area and bedroom, baseboards, and paint), and a bathroom (which had custom cabinetry, shower and glass shower doors). Upstairs in addition to replacing all moldings, painting, and carpeting, they remodeled two additional bathrooms (which also had custom cabinetry, custom nooks, tile, and glass shower doors), they even redesigned the master closet (the design was a European style custom cabinet with his and hers sides). Mr. Harris was very easy to work with. He knew what I wanted and was in contact with me at every decision point and kept me in the loop about who would be at the house and what they would be doing. The vision of the design upgrades he had for the work was incredible. The subtle changes they did in the bathrooms (like cabinet height and width) made such a huge difference to the overall feeling. The space feels open; it doesn't feel small anymore! We honestly did not think anything could be done with our master closet and were blown away by what they created. Our house is NEW. The updated colors and materials have given us a new found appreciation for our house and we owe it all to Elite!! Again, the crew was very professional and the craftsmanship was wonderful!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very competitive rates, professional, tidy, and knowledgeable. The siding and gutters were gorgeous! Exceeded our expectations.
