Elite Roof Pro’s LLC

I found Mr. Rife when looking online for someone who could repair/replace our roof after some significant wind damage. My husband and I had already contacted 2 other companies who never returned my calls or followed up, despite the fact that we had informed them that we an actively leaking roof which had already resulted in damage to the interior of the home in several places.

I found Mr. Rife’s website and, after reading about the business and all the positive customer reviews, I filled out the online form describing my issue and requesting for someone to contact me. It was only about 15 minutes before I had received a response that he would be there to look at the roof that day. I was extremely impressed!

Within an hour or so, he and another gentleman were at the house examining the roof and the interior damage. He was very thorough in his inspection and identification of what repairs would be necessary. Not only did I appreciate the fact that they showed up the day I contacted them, they also performed some temporary repair/patch work so that the roof wouldn’t leak any more until it could be replaced.

We now have a beautiful new roof which was completed last week. The workers were diligent and worked hard to complete the project before the predicted rain. The interior repairs will begin soon and throughout this whole process Mr. Rife has handled everything with our insurance company. This has definitely made the whole process much less stressful for us.

In the future, if I ever have a need for a contractor, I will be calling Mr. Rife. He & his crew are efficient, produce very high quality work, and they have kept our property clean throughout the whole process. Mr. Rife’s professional dealings with our insurance adjuster and communications with us about the process were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Mr. Rife & Elite Roof Pros!
