What a pleasure to work with Elite Roofing. It has been a wonder experience to work with Elijah Plemmons and his crew. We had a new roof and gutters placed, and they did go above and beyond our expectations. Elijah educated and was into in choreographing everything, and we are happy we chose Elite. The warranty, product, and helpfulness made the projects feel perfect.

Neil came out and was very sweet and knowledgeable. He made sure to check every nook and cranny before leaving to be 100% positive about the results. Thank you!!

Elijah at Elite Roofing came out quickly to assess a roof on a home we were looking to purchase. He communicated well, was open to answering any questions and checked in on the progress. Ultimately, we decided not to get the home so did not purchase a roof, but customer service seemed great!

Elite Solar & Elijah Plemmons deserve the highest rating possible. From the initial roof inspection with detailed product and process explanation all the way through job completion, it couldn't have been better. Great communication and professionalism from start to finish by all on-site workers, office staff, etc. The materials used were as good or better than all other companies considered, the workmanship warranty was twice of the other companies, and the price was less than the rest. If you are considering roof repair or replacement, do yourself a favor and compare what Elite has to offer.

A wonderful experience. Our house was one of many damaged during a spring hail storm. Every house in the neighborhood was damaged and storm chasing roofers descended afterwards like picnic ants. Everyone wanted the business but no one wanted to give you a detailed estimate and they wanted to work directly with Insurance. They viewed that as a “selling point”? Not for me! I wanted to know exactly what they were going to do and do what I asked to be done. I would pay them and they would not know how much the insurance was covering! Needless to say, not popular with the roofers! I did my research and found Elite based on many positive points (reviews & available work plans). I reached out and Elijah was assigned. When I met him the first time…I said this man is my man. Instant trust! He did an estimate for my neighbor several days later and they had the same thought expressed to me later! Quite a young man! If and when you meet him…you will know what I am saying!

The roofing estimate was more than fair for the work and Elijah suggested options with no pressure. Elijah provided an amazingly detailed estimate with a full product/material information package. I knew with no doubts what exactly they were going to do and what I was getting! That was not going to happen with the other storm chasers!

The actual roof replacement went great. Some minor collateral damage during shingle stripping but all part of the process and no surprises. All was taken care of before the end of the job. The crew was very skilled and knew their craft. Simply can’t go wrong selecting these folks!

So for two years, I've been having this roofing issue where it would leak. Had two different contractors to come out, and the leak. Paid both but to find out neither solved my problem. I called Elite roof to come out. Mr. Elijah was very professional and found the problem! Grateful!

Very pleased with the work. The two men that did the work were very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone having a roof and/or guttering installed.

The process was smooth and even though I was available during the install, the crew was able to complete the job in less than the estimated time. The Mrs and me love the new gutters and gutter guards.

I called this company because they were Veteran owned (I have several career veterans in my family). They returned my call and within a couple of hours had a roofer /inspector (Elijah T) come and temporarily fix my ridge cap that had ripped and blown off during the high winds on Sunday/Monday. Elijah will send me a quote to permanently fix this issue. I am very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner to my issue. I honestly recommend this company. We chose Elite Roofing (out of 6 companies) as a result of Elijah's professionalism in providing a complete and reasonable estimate. We did discover an area where wood rot had been cut out, but not left as we preferred (with a finished look). We requested a new proposal to finish this small area, although Elijah reported his team preferred not to finish. Elijah DID offer other resources to contact for finishing the area. Other than this small unfinished area, we are VERY pleased with Elijah & his team & would recommend home owners consider Elite for your roofing project.

Elite recently replaced my roof and gutters (through Lowe's) and I am very pleased with the results! Elijah was most professional and very well organized from the beginning. His professionalism was instrumental in my decision to chose Elite and their subcontractors, over the competitors. They were not the least expensive option, but I felt that the extra money that I was paying would be worth it, as the quality of their materials were better. Elijah was with me every step of the way in explaining what to expect during the process, and providing answers to each question that I had. My roof was a difficult one, but the crew was able to remove and replace it within one long day. The terrain of my yard isn't the easiest to deal with, so a few nails and screws were missed during cleanup, but the materials used were excellent and everything was done as they had promised. The gutter color that I had selected was being discontinued, but Elijah went above and beyond to locate enough to get my job done. I was beyond thrilled that he made that extra effort. The roofers and gutter crews were very polite, timely, and respectful of my property. I highly recommend and would use them again, if I ever needed a new roof or gutters.

Excellent service. They are professional and experienced. Elijah walked me through the process, material and installation and provided an estimate immediately after getting on the roof and inspecting it. The installers used tarps to protect the premises. The removal of the 26 year shingles and tar paper was handled very well along with the new GAF roofing system install. The installers did a spectacular job of disposing of material and cleaning up our landscape from any residual from this activity. Elijah stopped by on the day of the reroof. He also called me a couple times including after the work was completed to verify everything was progressing and meeting my expectations. I recommend Elite roof and solar. Elijah was a pleasure to work with and will be calling him when the time comes to replace my son’s roof.

i ultimately chose to use a different supplier, but i was incredibly impressed with Elijah, who inspected my home and provided a quote. he was extremely knowledgeable and explained in great detail everything he saw during his inspection. while certainly not required or requested, he replaced a vent boot to ensure no further water damage would occur. if Elijah’s work is indicative of Elite Roof and Solar, i have no doubt that they would provide excellent service.

I am grateful and like the professionalism he had. I like the time he took to explain my issue with my roof and took care of it very quick.
I definitely will contact them back if we need anything done. I highly recommend this company.

Elijah came out to do the quote when I called for one and was very thorough. He explained everything to me and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. First place to be as thorough as they were.
While changing the roof they explained to me what they were doing if I came out and asked and they did an excellent job. My roof looks wonderful. If you’re looking for a professional company who does the job done right give them a call.

Elite Roof &Solar of Winston Salem came out to replace my roof, and let me just say they did a phenomenal job. They replaced some roof decking that the last roofers were supposed to 11 months ago. They also installed the vent pipe flanges in the correct orientation, which the other co had installed backwards. Everyone was from the office to the roofers were so get to work with! Thank you all !!!

Elite Roof and Solar really raised the bar. I needed a new roof, had talked to a couple of other contractors. None of them delivered like Justin Seay from Elite Roof. Justin spent time with me, heard me, understood the level I expected. He delivered. Elite Roof runs a very solid company, their contractors are top notch. I am very impressed. I give them my highest rating and would welcome the opportunity to speak for them anytime. Stop looking. Engage Elite, they are the very best.

Do not hire this company. Amateurs at best. They installed a new roof a little over a year ago and in the process, covered the existing hole where a new vent hood was to be replaced (which they knew about). They were called back to install it directly over the hole I cut in my kitchen ceiling. Instead, they cut a hole in the roof where they had patched and covered the old hole. But they didn't even cut a round hole in it to accept proper vent ducts. So I fixed that myself. Over time, the ceiling paint and drywall began to peel and have obvious signs of moisture. One technician came out and said he didn't know enough to repair it. After finally getting another technician out to look at it, he claimed he fixed it (without even inspecting inside the attic). Now, two to three months later the water damaged spot is worse. Thirty minutes after a strong rain(today), water started pouring down my backsplash and back of the cabinet. Now there is water damage to my ceiling, cabinets and walls. The roof is supposed to be under warranty and I have contacted them and left a message. We will see if they send a professional or another hack job to do the fix. I'm also still cleaning up rusty roof nails from their job over one year ago and there are still dents in my gutters that they created. I suggest another company for any roofing needs.

UPDATE: They called today after seeing my review and asked to make it right, but I had already moved on to another company.

I contacted this company last Monday, June 26 and spoke with a representative. They asked several questions and took down all the details and information concerning a roof leak. I was told someone from my area would call to schedule an inspection. As of today, July 6, I have not heard a word.

Elite replaced my roof last year and I was very pleased with the overall job. Ryann Jones was very easy to work with, professional, always responsive, and provided all the information I needed to make decisions about type and color of shingle, etc.
Recently I decided to replace some gutter with a larger capacity size and Elite and Ryann took care of that as well. Always nice to work with someone who is responsive and does what they say they will do when they say they will do it for the price they quoted up front.

We were really interested in a solar roof, but unfortunately it just didn't work out for our situation, so we had a traditional shingle roof installed. The process went smoothly, and the finished product looks great. My compliments to the work crew. They did a good job with the installation, and the clean up as well.

I was referred Elite Roofing from a family member and told they are the best. Called Jason Harris, he handled everything just as we asked and more! We had a new roof installed on our home and carport, along with new 6” gutters.

Jason was very helpful and was easy to talk with during the process. The roofers were there first thing in the morning, respectful, and worked quickly to get our roof and gutters replaced.

We needed some decking and facia (rake) boards replaced and they were able to complete that job with no problem! They also made the 6” gutters on-site.

Elite did a great job replacing our roof. We were contacted promptly with installation date and material delivery. They did a great clean up job once completed.

Elite Roofing responded quickly to help with roof damage due to a storm. After having a front-row seat watching Elite Roofing replace a neighbor's roof, we chose Elite Roofing to replace ours.
