Purchased my 12x30 shed from Michelle’s Bull Pen in Perry Fl. Excellent people to work with, so friendly and helpful when planning the building I wanted. We were able to upgrade the roof trusses to 2x6 with extra bracing to support solar panels on the roof. The building was delivered today and I am so impressed with the two men that did the deliver and install. They brought this large building down a narrow, winding, sandy drive and put it exactly where I wanted it. They worked so well together and everything went so smoothly. They were kind, respectful, and consulted with me to make sure the building was in the exact location I wanted and even the height I wanted. I think it took them two hours to do the entire job. I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Buildings!

Great company to work with. Fair priced. Quick delivery. Very nice installation process. two pieces of metal on the eve of one of the buildings we bought( we bought a screen room and a greenhouse) got bent on the way to our property. The installers took photos and the material was ordered. We didn't have to call once they came out and repaired it. Totally satisfied with this company, and the buildings are excellent quality

I tried to purchase a building from ELITE OUTDOOR building. But I was told they weren't able to get a permit approval in Clay County. I was told to contact the office in Live Oak to receive a full refund (per John). I did that and I received the refund. Minus-2 1/2% for using my bank card. And if I wanted to pursue it with the County they emailed me the plans to do so. I did go through the planning process and the County requirements were revised to a new code. When I called for the revised plans I was informed that I had to resubmit a down-payment for the barn as well as a $100 for the revised plans. AND STILL HAVE NO GARANTY OF APPROVAL. Meaning I could potentially lose more money if not approved. Will try someplace else not taking advantage of people.

Love our barn ! Tyler did an outstanding job helping us with design. Hurricane Idalia threw us a delay, but as soon as we cleared the area, the barn was up quickly.
