Well to begin with my experience with Kim was amazing she is very professional and will answer questions on the spot, She’s a asset to this company for her people skills, I called her the day of the install and she had a positive attitude about the questions I asked !!! Omar the gentleman that was in charge of the project and installing the building was very helpful and polite to me and my wife,From start to finish they did a great job I would recommend them to anyone and since then my neighbors are going to have one installed, Thanks Kim so very much appreciate your integrity

I highly recommend Elite Metal Manufacturing. They are customer driven and their level of communication is exemplary. If you are looking for a metal building or a carport, this is the company to hire. You won be disappointed.

I purchased two large buildings from them. A leak was discovered in one of the buildings during heavy rain after the warranty expired (still only a two-year old building). I asked to buy a piece of matching trim to repair the leak. Kim kept deferring this for months because she said they had other customers waiting and they were always “busy,” as if after purchasing two buildings I didn’t qualify as a “customer.” Disappointed. Wouldn’t use them again for reasons described above. I used Nelson’s Buildings in Gainesville as an intermediary and they, too, after reaching out to Elite, confirmed that Elite couldn’t commit to provide the trim even after Elite tried invoicing me for the piece of metal.

The decision to hired Elite Metal Manufacturing to build my new shop turned out to be a great choice and an awesome experience! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated every phase of the project with me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The installers were equally engaged during the build. I watched them meticulous wipe down the shop during the build and when they left my property there was no trash anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend using Elite Metals for your next metal build.

Called to see if they had a sheer or could refer someone with a sheer. Kim refused to refer or to even have a conversation with me about who could possibly cut a piece of stainless for me. The lack of customer service and the unwillingness from her was baffling. Will not refer anyone to them. The other woman I spoke with completely understood the lack of and apologized.

Great communication from order to arrival ! Crew arrived promptly and the Installation was quick. Would do buisness with this company again in the future.

These guys are great communicators from start to finish. The crew that came out and set it up were professional, on time and very friendly. They were happy to answer any questions we had about the setup. I received two calls and an email afterward making sure that everything was okay. I am the service manager of a big copier company, and I recognize great service when I see it!

We were looking for a solid custom designed metal shed installed on our property. Elite Metal did just that and upgraded it to withstand winds of 180 MPH for a small amount. The installation was flawless despite a challenge with the concrete pour. Great local company and product. Thanks so much!

From the time my project started to the completion was nothing but easy.
Communication was excellent not only before but also after the job was done.
There installers are dedicated and top notch. They left my place clean and ran a magnet around to pick up any loose screws even!
I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a metal building.

Elite metal made this part of the building process a breeze. We were able to totally customize every part of the build and the staff were extremely helpful.

Javier and his crew did an outstanding job! They were very professional, very hardworking, very polite, and made sure everything was done correctly. Javier also made sure we liked the location of all the windows and doors before installing. He took the time to make sure we were happy with everything, he cared which is rare when it comes to contractors. We have nothing but great things to say about Javier and his crew. They turned our vision into a reality and a place we get to call home.

elite did a wonderful job putting my new shop up for me. Kim was very good and nice to work with. very customer friendly. sent Donald out to make some adjustments on the doors. and also was very customer friendly and got them fixed. I did not enjoy working with Chris the salesman I think he could have done a much better job of explaining and selling us what we wanted.
You have an empolyee at the front desk which is a big asset to your company by the name of Kim she went over and above to make us happy. Keep up the good work. Jim

Fantastic experience getting a framed structure setup for in front of our greenhouse. We had the ground leveled, shell put down, and then Elite Metal Manufacturing stepped up and providing a fast turn-around. The results were as good as we hoped!
We're extremely satisfied with this process start to finish.

I purchased a 24'x25' vertical roof carport from Elite Metals and I couldn't be happier, the quality of the components are topnotch and more importantly was the quality of the installation. Javier and his crew were extremely polite, fast, knowledgeable and very meticulous! No regrets at all, actually it was more than I expected. Thank you very much Javier and Elite Metals.

We actually had a very good experience with the whole crew from the sales department to the office staff getting the details correct . To the scheduling. Now let me tell you our project was not normal and took the installers off road on dirt roads for 12 miles these guys went there and did an amazing job. We were blessed to have found such a company our family thanks everyone for their work on our project and to our installers …

Called office lady said they sold materials to Public gave me pricing I drove 100 miles to office then they said i had to talk to Tyler. His price doubled from week before. So i called office back and now she said they wont sell materials to me. Not very reliable business can not believe what they say.

My dad wanted a structure to place over his RV to protect it from the elements. We shopped around and chose Elite. The sales person Chris was very helpful and explained things to us. We ordered the building and were surprised to find out it wouldn't take eight plus weeks as we were quoted in other places. Elite kept in contact with us and the structure was installed today. The building crew was fast and professional. They cleaned up nicely when done. I would highly recommend this company!
