They always either called or came out during the whole process. The work done was of the most excellent quality and most efficiently managed and conducted. Tim and his crew were great! They did a bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be happier. They were courteous, professional, and extremely competent. Also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend and plan on using them again in the near future.

Fantastic work!! Elite Maintenance & Construction installed our quartz countertops & fixed an issue with our island. They did not hesitate to anchor the island down even though they were only contracted to install the countertops. Very happy with the quality of work Elite did for us. Would hire them again in an instant!!

Bust! Came to our house for estimate/discussion. Said this project was in their wheelhouse. Weeks later I asked about the quote. They said I’d have it by next week because “they were finishing up a really big project..” Months later still nothing. Must not have been a big enough job! They should have been honest upfront! Glad I moved on to a more reliable remodeling team!

Update 9/18/2020: The team came out to also install a new fence, it looks fantastic! Great team, reasonably priced and beautiful results!

Original Post:Tim and Jennifer, along with their employees, Dan and Tyler, all are great to work with. They're reasonably priced, professional, and will follow up when they say they will to make sure you're updated on when your project will begin and how long it will take, especially if you have to order products like we did with the onyx shower.

They installed a champagne color onyx shower and cubby, and a low profile pure white base with a sliding shower door, as well as a new vanity and lighting. They installed new dry wall and baseboard and repainted the room as well. See the attached before and after photos.

Elite Construction was great to work with. They did a bathroom remodel for us. Tim & Jennifer listened to our wants, made suggestions and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. Their crew was friendly, prompt and did a super job of cleaning up each day so we could live in the space while the remodel was happening. I would highly recommend this company for any remodeling needs!

Tim, Jen and the crew are all good people! Like one big happy family. Elite crew went above and beyond and did both a complete bath and kitchen remodel.

Since we only had one bathroom, they went out of the way to make sure we had a sink, toilet and tub every day. They did an outstanding job!

The kitchen remodel was similar although they did make sure we had a sink every day. We did eat out of storage containers or out quite a bit. They would have had the project done on time or before, but we ordered the countertops from Home Depot and it took 5 weeks to get them and have them installed. The kitchen turned out amazing.

They do epoxy floors and we had both bath and kitchen floors done, again, unique and amazing. They go out of their way to take care of the customer. Also had one of the lower bids we had taken.

Best maintenance company in Manhattan hands down. Tim and Jen and the whole crew are super friendly and great to work with. Great price for the beautiful and quality work they do. Tim is always up front and honest with any changes to the estimate they might find after being the work. Cant thank them enough for the beautiful remodel of my home they performed in a very timely manner.
