We just had windows installed February 2024 by elite exteriors and they went above and beyond to nake sure they were installed correctly and that we were happy. We love our windows

In 2010 we had Elite Exteriors of Wahoo Nebraska vinyl side our farm house that had been added onto four different times through the years. The spring of 2023 brought hail damage to our home. We called Elite and they replaced our entire roof, gutters, and many windows in our sun room including two sky lights and two large patio doors. Rich Davidson, his sons Richie and Vanis, and his crew did a fantastic job.. Replacing everything was done correctly and looked flawless when completed. Thy were all respectful of our home and the yard was cleaned up at the end of each day. The best thing about Rich, the owner, is that he knows the construction end extremely well and was a great teacher in helping us to understand what all was being done. He took time to talk with us and listen to our concerns. He worked with the insurance company and helped us deal with them. We give Rich and Elite Exteriors the highest marks and recommend him with no reservations

We replaced 30 year old wood siding with James Hardie. Elite Exteriors did a great job pointing out all pros and cons with market options. They were patient with us and stayed in communication with us through the whole project. The installers did a fabulous job, and left our yard very clean. I would recommend them time and time again.

Rich and Vanis at Elite Exteriors are a great father and son team and were great to work with on our insurance claim. After Omaha's hailstorm in June of 2022, we had vinyl siding damage to a family member's house. Rich and Vanis were very knowledgeable and informative about what repairs should be included in the claim and they helped me get every repair I needed to get the job done right. Vanis was patient with the long process drawn out by the insurance company. The house looks great now! I feel confident that it is done the correct way without worry that I will be on the hook for future repairs. (Short-life fixes were being suggested by the insurance company.) I needed only a very small portion of nearly impossible to obtain siding, so as a last resort I called Elite. As a competitor I was unsure if they would sell to me but all of the local distributors have omitted this particular brand from their stock and couldn’t help me…. Jared Salvary was awesome from the start! He was very attentive and was able to get the product within a couple of weeks so I could finish up the project! Elite showed up, put the siding back where it should be and showed me how to do it if it ever happened again. Very personable and this company will always be my go-to for exterior repair.

Called Elite Exteriors that installed out siding 21yrs ago. The next day(today) they had Vanis come out to make a small repair at no charge! I have used them for everything from siding and our windows. I will not use anyone else! They are GREAT! and Vanis did a small repair on the roof chimney with a smile on his face. Great service!

Good luck getting a sales person to visit your home, they are only available till 3pm. We need to work to pay for windows, offer later appointment times like your competitors. They also don't show up when promised. My wife left a voice message at the number they provided to confirm the date and time. she also received a text message confirming the date and time. But no one showed up. She called the same number and spoke to the salesman who claimed to be at the office who stated he did not check that voice mail box so did not get the confirmation. My wife and I both took off work to meet him, and he didn't even apologize for his incompetency. If they can't be bothered to show up for an appointment why would we bother giving them money to perform any work. My opinion, go with one of the 20+ companies in town, I am.

We had this company put windows in two of the floors in our house over fifteen years ago. Worst mistake we made on home improvements. The top of the double pane windows are all foggy and have moisture in them. The bottom of half the windows don't drain correctly and dirt collects. The north side of our house is freezing in the winter because the windows are so cold. When I originally called I was told the service fee was $110 even though we supposedly had a lifetime warranty. We didn't read the fine print. I would never buy from this company. Our windows from Omaha Door and Window, which are older, are great. No problems at all. We should have spent more and gotten a higher quality window.

I called to have an estimate, which was done by 2-24-2021. I waited a week and called to see if the quote was completed, I was told that I would receive it soon. I then called on 3-10-2021 and explained that I was still waiting for a bid. Still no response so I called again on 3-12 and finally on 3-15.

I should have bailed on them when they failed to respond the first time I contacted them. However, now I have to time out again to meet another siding company, which I was hoping to avoid.

We have used Elite Exteriors, for both windows and doors, as well as replacing our roof. These guys are top notch and very professional. On time and went above and beyond with out expectations.

Unfortunately I went with Elite based on the online reviews. Hoping for a great experience. That was far from the case. My gutter floods over from the top of my roof directly on the front stairs to my porch. When it rains, my family get soaking wet so we have to use the garage to enter. I've called 3 times and had an Elite installer come back out to look at the problem only to be told, "it's a design error & we can't fix it." It didn't flood over with my previous gutters. Very disappointed with Elite's product and lack of customer service.

After a early mix up, I got my quote and everyone has been super professional. Staff is not pushy and willing to work with me. Excellent !!!

They replaced my gutters, facia, and soffits, and did some minor shingle repair. They were quick to start and finish the work, and had a very reasonable price. The crew was courteous and professional and did a good job of cleanup when they were done.

I was ordering siding from Elite and worked with Gabby. At first Gabby did great, provided an estimate for the siding order quickly for me (within a few days) I told her I would let her know when I was ready to order. When I was ready to place the order, I asked her to update the original estimate to include additional trim. I originally requested this update on October 24th, followed up with a couple of emails and phone calls. During one such phone call, I asked her when she could get this to me that I am ready to purchase as soon as I get the updated estimate. I even offered to speak to her management to help get the updated estimate. Her response to me was "this isn't something we normally do, so I haven't gotten to it, but will try to get it to you." Her statement basically said to me the sale wasn't important to her. After a couple of additional follow up emails and phone calls, I get an email from Gabby on November 18th telling me that due to a recent change they are no longer able to be me the siding. So, during the 3 weeks I waited for an updated estimate so I could make a purchase, they quit offering the siding I was ordering. Not only was the customer service poor by not working quickly and keeping me updated appropriately, but then Gabby wasted 3 weeks of time where I could have had the siding ordered and delivered in that time frame. I very low respect for this company based on the way this all went down. Will not use them again.

UPDATE: In response to the owners response to my original post, yes you offered options, but this was after, first, willingly providing an estimate - which you shouldn't have if you weren't going to sell it to me, and second, wasting 3 weeks of my time, before telling me you wouldn't sell it to me. Had you been professional you would have advised me from the beginning that you only sell materials on rare occasions and that you were not interested in selling it to me, we could have avoided wasted time and contacted someone else. The reason we chose you is because you were listed as a distributor. And FYI - you still are listed as a distributor on the Mitten website....I would suggest getting that updated immediately.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Elite Exteriors. We had windows, vinyl siding and gutters installed. From our initial contact with the salesman and the owner of the company, the window, siding and gutter crews were all very professional, courteous, clean and thoughtful. All of our questions about the jobs were answered and the company representatives were easy to contact at any stage of the project. The final results of the project turned out to our complete satisfaction and we highly recommend Elite Exteriors for this type of work.

Elite seems very professional, from the folks answering the phone to the people coming to your house. I called on a Monday and was able to schedule a Tuesday morning estimate for a small ceiling water spot. The guy who came out mentioned the large snow and ice melt has caused more issues than normal for this time of year.

He diagnosed the problem, and was very honest in informing me that it's a problem I could probably fix myself with around 100 dollars in parts.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they have a $500 minimum to perform services. So they either would've overcharged or made me do the work myself. I paid another company 85 bucks to fix it with a 5 year warranty.

Elite Exteriors is the best. They have put new siding on my house, new roofing, a new patio door, a large kitchen window, and new gutters. I worked with Gordon on most of these jobs, and he was great. They have an awesome response time and are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are great for the product and workmanship value. If I need any work done that is a service provided by Elite Exteriors, I will always use them.

We had Elite Exteriors install 11 new windows, 2 sliding patio doors and a front door on our house. The experience was great all the way from the initial quote through completion. Elite has earned customers for life and we will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing window work completed on their house. A few ways they went above and beyond:

1. The owner Rich was part of the entire process including the initial quote and stopped by numerous times to check on progress and talk us through the process.
2. My wife was home on maternity leave with our daughter throughout the install. The crew was respectful and scheduled their work to maximize her privacy. This was done without us asking.
3. We had multiple issues due to some shoddy craftsmanship by the previous owner. Elite offered solutions that were inexpensive (mostly free!) and correct. They didn't seem discouraged or frustrated about having to come out additional days, in fact they seemed happy to help us solve the issues.
4. During the quote Rich pointed out an obvious flaw with our back door that would solve our problem and save us from having to replace it. This saved me a bunch of money as I was able to fix it in about 30 seconds.

I don't want to make this review much longer so I'll summarize by saying that if you need new windows, you should go with Elite Exteriors. You will be thoroughly happy with the experience.

Requested a quote for windows & siding. A time was setup to measure. That time was moved 20 min prior to when the person was supposed to arrive because the office didn't schedule him correctly. He came the next morning and said I would have an estimate by Friday, this was on Wednesday. It is 2.5 weeks later and I still don't have an estimate, even after calling the office to follow up on it. No response back. Clearly they didn't need my business.

We had them come out to inspect for siding damage and he was very honest and didn’t try to sell us on anything that wasn’t necessary. We ended up not needing any work done, but based on how professional and honest he was we will refer this company to anyone needing this type of work done.

They did a great job on the house. The workmanship was as good as I hoped. Siding-great, caulking - great, painting-great. The neighbors have even complimented the work. A couple small glitches unrelated to the house but nothing that couldn't have happened with anyone else. I would recommend them. I don't give 5 stars to anyone so they get 4+.

Be aware! We didn't have a good experience with Elite. They say they are 'family oriented', that the owner is a Veteran, etc, but they don't really care and the sales person harassed us with overbearing communication.

If you look at the reviews, the owner always has a snappy reply...very unprofessional.

Really enjoyed the free estimate. They representative was nice and very socialable. We did not get a number estimate in home, the rep said he would get it to us soon. A week later I emailed and they said the would follow up. Found out two weeks later they had an employee quit and he started slacking before he left. The owner came about and did another estimate. Got it to us the same day. The owner explained the situation and apologized. Was very kind. We decided a week later to go with elite. We look forward to working with them.

I noticed a small spot on my kitchen ceiling on a Friday afternoon. I called Elite Exteriors to schedule a time for someone to check it out. A person answered the phone right away and immediately scheduled a time for someone to come to my home on the very next business day. Gordon arrived and first looked at the spot on the kitchen ceiling and then climbed on the roof to look for the problem area. He showed me pictures of the roof and a couple of other areas that needed sealed, both before he did the work and after. He was very polite and explained everything that he did and other things I will need to watch for in the future. I am very happy with the work that Gordon with Elite Exteriors did on my roof. Seeing the photos of the problem areas gave me peace of mind that the issues were resolved. I will definitely call Elite Exteriors in the future if I have any other related problems with my home.

I recently had 13 windows replaced by Elite. The experience was great from beginning to end. Robert Ringer provided the first contact with me and gave me the quote and then Troy and his helper did the installation in a very professional manner. Can't say too much good about this company. However, I've made 3 calls to them since to ask for a "non-profit" assistance to another problem I've had. Yes, we'll get back to you each time but no return calls in any of the incidents. Shows where their motives are.

Had the best experience with Elite Exteriors! The General Manager went out of his way to make sure the job was done on time and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend!!

I received Ray's name at Elite Exteriors through a friend following the Summer hail storm of 2017. Ray came to the house quickly after my call, and walked me through the entire process. Ray met with the Insurance Adjustor on my behalf, and made sure the Adjustor included all necessary costs in the estimate. I really appreciated having someone knowledgable with the process taking care of the insurance work. The crew that replaced the roof was courteous of the property and cleaned up after themselves, and the crew that replaced the gutters/downspouts made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

I believe one of the most important things about a company is whether or not they stand behind their work. No matter how good the company or the product, not every job can go perfect every time. Gordon Koehler, an employee for elite exteriors did an excellent job in correcting an initial installation problem. I would recommend this company and this individual to anyone considering new windows or siding.

Called to have someone come out and look at replacing the siding on my house. After being pushed with a huge sells pitch. I feel sorry for older people or people that get bullied easy.

The guy showed up saying how this was a family business and how he has worked there since high school. How hard working everyone is, but when I asked about the workers ( so they are white and speak English like you? He said no) So ya not a family owned business then.

And when he first gave me a price it was like 3300 and I was talking about how I was calling around. He was down to 2650 by the time he left.

Gordon from Elite Exteriors was a tremendous help he came out for an issue after a storm, he was very friendly and professional he took a quick look at our issues and knew what it was and our issue was quickly resolved... if you have any roof or exterior issues I would highly recommend Elite Exteriors their entire team is great!!!!

Had Elite roofers come out for an estimate, He said insurance is not needed and fixed a problem for me on the spot. Made a believer out of me.

We needed to replace our old patio door that was leaking. We shopped around for a new patio door and ended up deciding to go with an Amerimax New Horizon Patio Door from Elite Exteriors. When Robert came to our house to provide an estimate, he performed a very thorough inspection and pointed out some things that we didn't think about. We knew that the subfloor under the door itself was probably deteriorated and needed to be replaced along with the piece of siding below the patio door.

When the installers removed the old door, the subfloor did indeed need to be replaced. After removing the piece of siding that was below the patio door, we discovered that the 1/2" plywood that the builder used was also in need of replacement. After removing the plywood, we discovered that the 1.5" x 10" x 6' rim joist was heavily damaged by water. They allowed me to run to the lumber yard and pickup a new rim joist and replace it before they installed the new patio door. We already had the siding and 1/2" plywood since we figured that it would need to be replaced. We felt a lot better since all of the damaged wood was replaced.

The over all product installed on my home I am very happy with, and the two guys who performed the installation did a terrific job. Getting to the point of installation was not as easy or enjoyable. I paid the required 50% down and waited for a phone call to schedule the installation. I finally called in to ask about scheduling and I was told that with the hail storm that had came through things were a little backed up and they would reach out to me when they were ready to schedule installation. I wasn't expecting instillation the next day or shortly after, but would have like to at least had the appointment made so I could scheduled accordingly. I recently spoke to the owner, Rich, about my frustrations and he did not seem to understand or try with the empathy. He did apologize a couple of times through out the phone call, but always followed it up with a 'but' and I felt as if he was trying to play it off as me being impatient. All I wanted to do was schedule my instillation after paying, a very reasonable, deposit. Love my gutters, but will not be a repeat customer.

They did a decent job on installation but they also told me they would fix a piece of broken siding for free since it was in the first 12 months but it turns out it was just a sales tactic. Good siding but disappointed in the follow up customer service. The installation crew was really nice but did not speak English so it was difficult to ask questions. The owner could learn a thing or two from his workers as he was rude.

Elite did a great job siding our two story home. I think we had a pretty big project. Gordon did an outstanding job explaining exactly how the process would work and assured us he would be overseeing the job, and he did just that.

Raul and his crew showed up on time and finished before the scheduled completion time (these men work hard). They we were very professional and cleaned up every day. I sure felt like they cared about the result and took pride in their work. We were comfortable with them being at our home. We have had other contractors do work over the years and I must say this is the best experience I've had. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

To top it off Gordon pointed out a few other minor things needing some attention and took care of some extras for us. Can't say enough good things about this company and our experience with them, especially the personal touch from Gordon.

From meeting at our house through the finishing work, everything went smooth and quickly. They were a big help in the office where they answered all our questions and provided more information of how things will be done. We were able to take color products home to study in outdoor lighting. Siding went up quickly, ending early Saturday, and we asked about when the gutters would be installed. We were told it could be a little while for it to be scheduled. But the following Monday the gutters were installed. As we stated earlier, smooth and quickly.

Elite Exteriors lives up to their name. Fantastic attention to detail on our siding job. Great pricing and very upfront about the process. We highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for siding, especially the special 28-foot kind they have for the seamless look. Way to go guys!

UPDATE:
Following the review, I got a call with the explanation posted by Rich below. Elite Exteriors sent two sets of people on the day of and the day following to assess and patch the leak. The blame is currently being placed on parts that they did not work on because those parts were not listed in the insurance estimate. So this is basically bad luck on my part.

I'm glad the review got a response from the company, which does show that they do value customer reviews.

Elite Exteriors replaced my roof 3 years ago when we got hit with the hail storm and it seemed to have gone well. Today there are significant rains and I wake up to a leak emanating from the chimney. I would expect that a customer focused company would at least come out to assess the issue, but I was informed that my warranty was 1 year and I would have to pay a $100 service call for them to come to the property.

That was quite vexing, but perfectly within their rights. I called a different roofer and explained what was going on and they actually laughed at the response I got from Elite Exteriors. They will send someone out to assess the leak for free.

Rich was very informative and helpful in selecting our options. We replaced several windows and siding. Crew did a great job and completed work ahead of schedule. Received compliments from the neighbors.

First and foremost as a customer you want exceptional service, this is what you get with Elite Exteriors. My wife and I both work, we couldn't make it to their showroom during normal hours, so they stayed open late just for us. They then followed this action up by accommodating us on a Sunday. There Hayfield windows are an excellent product and Rich (the owner) is very straight forward. He gave us all the information we wanted, never attempted to upsell us, and most importantly helped give us things to think about towards the future. We got our installation completed today (3-14-16) and the crew was stellar. They were personable, explained everything they were doing, and even accommodated a last minute change. Elite Exteriors has won my business with excellent customer service, stellar workmanship and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Rich, not only did he beat the competitors price by 6k but he also informed us on the product we were receiving and why/how it was better quality. We replaced 9 window in our home. Took about 4 weeks for our windows to come in and a day to install (about 7 hours). They did a great job cleaning up and leaving everything as it was found. Our 10 month old son napped threw installation in the next room. And the end walk threw ensured everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations they went above and beyond.

I hired Elite Exteriors after another roofer I hired destroyed our gutters. The Elite guys were very responsive and did a great job on the house. As someone who works in the commercial contracting world I can say from experience their craftsmanship was top-notch. I appreciated their attention to detail and when I had questions they were more than happy to take the time to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Gordon from Elite came over and said our bathroom water damage was from the slipped piece of siding off our chimney base + 7 inches of rain we have had in the past 4 days. He put it back on and then saved us a couple hundred dollars by telling us other maintenance suggestions!!! He put our siding back on for free! They were awesome and will use them in future.

I contacted Robert with Elite Exteriors when I first considered filling a claim for hail and wind damage on our roof and was looking to interview contractors in the Omaha area. At the time, my husband was out of town for a couple of months and out of all the contractors that came out to meet me, I felt the most comfortable with Robert. I sincerely felt like he had my best interest at heart, and never once felt like he was taking advantage of the opportunity. He was upfront and honest, and even agreed to meet the claims adjuster when he came out to do his inspection on our roof.

Once our claim for roof replacement was approved, Robert and the team at Elite Exteriors got to working on our roof almost immediately. The process was seamless, and Robert made sure that all the proper coding requirements were included on our claim adjuster's notes to ensure that our roof was installed correctly and up to code. The Elite Exteriors team removed our old roof and replaced it in ONE DAY. They even worked through rain showers and did an excellent job cleaning up debris and nails from the yard when they were done.

When I had a question about our finished roof, Robert made it a point to come out to the house and walk me through the finished job, tying up a few lose ends during the process.

I would work time and time again with Elite Exteriors and Robert. They are an honest, hard working and fair organization with excellent customer service and customer appreciation. I recommend them without hesitation!

We enjoyed working withe Elite.They are very professional and easy to contact with any questions. We also found that they are Veteran friendly company. It was like working with family.

I gave Elite a 5-star because overall, I had a great experience with them. My only complaint is that the clean-up could be a little better. After completion of the project, we found (and are still finding), nails, screws, and small remnants of siding in our landscape and on our roof. In particular, we found very large nails left on our roof. With a pool and pet, these definitely were a hazard. I expect that there would be a few nails here & there, but what was left on the roof, in my opinion, could've been prevented. That being said, Robert was wonderful to deal with and easily accessible if I had any questions and/or concerns. With previously having a bad experience with a different contractor, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with my choices, and was happy with the outcome of the job. I thank him for exercising great patience with my long list of questions and expectations!!! The work crew were also fantastic! They arrived on time daily and worked hard to transform my home and I appreciate it very much! Raul, the project manager, was incredible and he was here most every day to work, supervise and ensure all the t's were crossed and i's were dotted! As I said, overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Elite to any of my friends! The house looks gorgeous; I get lots of compliments on it, and I have Elite Exteiors to thank for that!!!!

Our house was in desperate need of siding. I did not have a clue on who to call. After googling siding companies in Omaha and reading the reviews, being pleased with what I read, I decided to call Elite Exteriors. Because I was referred to them by a review, I felt obligated to leave a review with my experience.
After calling Elite Exteriors, Bob Brennan came right out within a couple of days. He accommodated my busy schedule and made an appointment that worked for me (early evening after I was off work). After getting a full explanation of what all the options were my wife and I decided to have new siding and a back sliding door installed. Bob was very informative of the options and not pushy to get the sale. Was very impressed.
The crew that arrived to install the new siding and doors were nothing short than superb. They were very cautious of our plant material around the house and respected the property as if it was their own. Grant, Chase, Joe and Chris did a fantastic job of installing the new siding and door. They went above and beyond the call of duty, they even installed new lighting fixtures, and new numbers on the house, that we had purchased. Coming from a guy who is very picky and extremely concerned with the minor details, I could not of been more pleased!! Even the neighbors on each side of us have contacted Bob with Elite because of how impressed they were with the professionalism of the crew and this company.

Elite exteriors did a fantastic Job on the siding on my house. My house looks fantastic. The staff was always professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Elite Exteriors has made me love my house again and I will definitely use them in the future!

I had hail damage to my house so I called Elite Exteriors and Rich came right out. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. He explained everything they would do in detail along with the timeline and made sure I was ok with it. After Rich and Sue helped me with the siding color, not only did I decide to have Elite put the new siding up on my house, I had them do the window, door and roof work also. They replaced my entire roof and extended my soffits out on the front of my house (due to some ridiculous design from the original builder). This really cleaned up the contours and gave the house a new curb appeal as did the ridge vent that Rich recommended. The siding looks fantastic! The windows and doors match. I bought all new exterior lighting, which they installed for me along with the siding. My house turned out great! I am really happy that I went with Elite. Thanks Rich, Sue and to everyone else at Elite Exteriors. I'd recommend you guys to anyone.

Elite Exteriors installed windows and a sliding glass door for us recently. Bob Brennan and crew were fantastic. Quality product with professional installation at a fair price.

I bought windows, patio doors and a bay window from Bob Brennan. Bob gave me the estimate on the windows and noticed that the gutters needed replaced due to their age, and leaks. The window crew was personable, professional, and explained the work they where performing. Elite replaced 8 windows 1 bay window and 2 patio doors. Each day there was multiple crews working and showed up on time. The service team was refreshing as I was not sure never doing this before what to expect.
Dealing with Bob Angle Gordon and Rich, was a perfect experience.
All other companies I got estimates from wanted to put these pocket window thingees in. Elite actually replaced the entire windows. Now after seeing the work I can see the difference why they do it the way they did it.

I called a few companies to get estimates on fixing a leak over my porch. Elite Exteriors was the only company to call me back the same day to set up a time to come and look at it. They were even willing to come out on a Saturday morning! While up on the roof, they saw that there was an issue with the flashing. They also noticed that the builders did not caulk around the turtle vents. They caulked the flashing and also caulked around the turtle vents at no charge. I was glad to have the issue taken care of the same day, and that they were willing to correct another issue that I didn't even know about at no charge. I will definitely use them again for any needs I have in the future!

I noticed a small leak originating from my furnace exhaust pipe. I requested estimates with several companies.Troy, one of the technicians from elite exteriors, came out the very next day. The rest of the companies never contacted me.The fix was simple and they took care of it for me on site. Very professional. Not only will I recommend them to friends and family, but they will be the first company I call next time I need anything done on my roof.

Elite Exteriors installed our windows in 2013 and one of them stopped working, it would not stay up when raised. We called Elite and they responded with same day service and they fixed the problem on the first visit.

Last Fall I was looking to replace all the windows in my house and called several companies to come out for estimates. After meeting Bob Brennan from Elite I knew Elite was my company. Bob listened to what I wanted and gave me a common sense approach to saving me money, on my bills. We ended up deciding to replace the windows in stages! That made me super happy!! because with 30 windows in my house, it was going to be a big investment all at once. Bob was patient with me, and unlike other estimates I got the "salesman" wanted a check and a decision that day.
During the installation, the installer Angel explained and reviewed all that he was doing before beginning work. Angel covered the interior and exterior in plastic, and that was a clean efficient way of keeping the amount of debris at a minimal. thank you for THAT I'm a clean freak!!!

Last but not least I called Bob back to tell him about my gutter issues. Bob showed me a few leaf guard options that day. Bob measured what I decided to go with went back to the shop picked up the material and installed it that day. My trees where getting ready to shed the leafs all at once like they do every year.

GREAT RESPONSE, I NEEDED A TECHNICIAN FOR A DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW PROBLEM & WITHIN A LITTLE MORE THAN AN HOUR FROM MY INITIAL CALL, THE TECH WAS AT MY HOME AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM THANKS GORDON AND ELITE EXTERIORS FOR THAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I knew the roof on my house was getting pretty old and wanted to get estimates from a few contractors to understand the ballpark of what really needed to be done and the cost for the work. One company scheduled a time with me in advance, showed up on time, but only told me how much it would be to re-shingle the roof without thought of additional work. Another company stopped by at a random time without anyone home, but was kind enough to let me know that there were some deeper issues with my roof other than just shingles.

Bob Brennan from Elite Exteriors was able to come perform an estimate at the appointed time, and gave me the opportunity to be an active part of the roof inspection while describing the work that needed to be done to make sure that the end result would last for as long as Nebraska weather would allow. The estimate cost was comparable to other estimates given to me. Based on the experience at the end of the estimate appointment alone, my wife and I knew we had a winner with Bob and Elite Exteriors.

A few weeks after confirming the roofing project, I figured I would ask Bob about new gutters with a leaf guard system installed onto them and he was more than happy to stop by at a moments notice to do the measuring and go over different options of products and his recommendations.

On each project day, the work crews were respectful, efficient, did a fantastic job both on the house and on the clean up work, and any mistake made through communication errors was caught and fixed immediately at no extra cost to me. At the end of both projects, Bob and I inspected the work again with a fine tooth comb and everything came out above expectations.

Two weeks after completion of my roof and gutter system I am extremely satisfied with the work done. I have already recommended Bob Brennan and his team from Elite Exteriors to my family and would extend the recommendation to anyone that is looking to repair/replace their roof or gutters from this experience.

We have used Elite since 2010/2011 with separate batches of having all our windows replaced each year - Spring and/or Fall season. Angel and his crew is the absolute best! We had them replace ALL old wood trim and even the stoops around each window because our house is 46 years old and had all original stuff still there. We also just replaced a sliding door this May, which required extensive work - more than usual and Angel did an amazing job as I knew he would. Rich, the owner and even his wife stopped by on a Saturday after it was installed because it just needed a few tweaks/final details taken care of. It meant the world to me that they took time out of their Saturday to do so on their way home, so we could be done with it at last. My husband and I have gone round and round each year / season when we gear up to tackle the next batch, because he strongly felt we could get a better deal on the pricing; but I vehemently stood my ground each time insisting that no one other than Elite and Angel would do our work! I'm very particular about details and quality of workmanship... We still have our front door, roofing and siding to go, and while it may be a year or so before we can tackle the next one of them, you can trust it will be Elite we turn to.
