I recently had the siding, entry door, and windows replaced on my detached garage. Brant Campbell was the rep that I worked with on this project. Brant is a very impressive sales rep. He is knowledgeable on the product, persuasive, and provides excellent customer service. This is the kind of guy you want overseeing your project.

I purchased my home in 2023 and the detached garage was in terrible shape. I finally got around to renovating it so that it blended with the rest of my property. The finished product was magnificent. I’ve attached before and after pictures.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share how impressed I am with Culture Construction. Patrick and Brian Harris were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They really went to bat for me with the insurance company and got my roof approved—something I was honestly dreading. I’m not sure how it would’ve gone without them advocating for me. They made a stressful process so much easier.

They also guided me through replacing my old cedar shake roof with a Da Vinci roof, and I’m so glad I listened. It looks amazing! Beyond the appearance, it’s built to last and gives me real peace of mind thanks to its durability.

Throughout the entire project, Patrick, Brian, and the team were professional, communicative, and respectful of my property. They answered all my questions, kept me informed at every step, finished on time, and left the place spotless.

Never using this company. They came knocking on our door MANY states away in WV after a hail storm offering roof inspections saying our local companies, "Don't understand the severity of the storm that hit"...somehow some random company out of the blue would know how bad we got hit versus the locals that went through it?? They offered, "Second, even third opinions," to check over our house after we told them a local company had already inspected our roof "guaranteeing they would find problems the locals couldn't" the guy Zac Collett was way too eager and pushy to find nonexistent damage for us

Mr Orfanos was incredibly helpful, although we chose a different contractor for our project, they were friendly even after learning of our decision. Great People especially Mr Orfanos.

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with literally every phase of the recent roof replacement of our home in Palos Park.
The roof replacement was dead in the water with regards to the hail damage negotiations with the insurance company and a different roofing entity, when Billy Giotakis took over as the project manager. He was relentless in his pursuit of getting us a reasonable settlement with which he was ultimately successful. Once negotiated it was literally no time before he had scheduled and began the actual roof installation. The installation took ONLY THREE DAYS, with a fabulous high-quality crew putting in 13-hour workdays. My heart goes out to all of them as it seems that they overextend themselves. The installation was PERFECT (and this is from someone who as part of my work duties was to inspect commercial roof installations). I and my parents are extremely thankful to Culture Construction and especially Mr. Giotakis for providing us with such a beautiful final product.

From the first moment until the last, this was a great company to work with. We had an alarming amount of damage from a storm and they got our insurance company to cover ALL of it. Culture is who you want in your corner when dealing with insurance companies. Not only, but they do fantastic work. I had my roof, facia, and gutters replaced in June 2024 by Culture Construction after hail damage. From the beginning Raul (Project Supervisor) came out to do the initial inspection and assist providing samples. I really was pleased with the customer service and communication from Culture Construction and Raul. Initially I wasn’t happy with the quality of work with the installation of the window wraps and gutter fascia, I called Raul up who showed up the next day, and he was more displeased than me. Raul quickly worked to send materials a new crew out to re-do everything.
In the end I am 100% satisfied with the way everything turned out and how my house looks and would recommend Culture Construction to my friends and family. They take pride in their work which is a rarity with companies today.

Our home had hail damage, we were approached by Dennis to evaluate a potential insurance claim. The process was seamless throughout. A real professional result with no hidden cost.

Last fall Culture replaced our roof, siding and gutters. We were satisfied with the work, however, our only complaint at the time was lack of communication as to when workers would arrive. During roof repair the crew broke our Sunsetter awning and since it was late fall we agreed to wait till spring for a replacement. We were told to hold X dollars till the awning was replaced. Culture called in late March re who to call for a quote. The quote was made and submitted 1st week of April. End of April having heard nothing I called Sunsetter, the awning was never ordered. Calling Culture was told quote was 2x what we held back. It took 2 more month of them jerking us around to finally place the order. I truly believe they were hoping we would get fed up and just keep the hold back money and end the issue. Needless, we did not. The awning was finally replaced on 7/24/25, “only” 4 months of hassle. They then wanted the hold back money immediately! I told their rep. the money was in a money market and I would have it in ~ a week. To which they agreed. Over the next 4 business days I received 3 texts requesting payment! “GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE, RIGHT!” If you go with Culture and any damage is done during construction make sure final payment is not paid till all repairs are completed to your satisfaction!!!!!!

They did an excellent job, working well with the insurance company to get the approvals, did the roof quickly and, and cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks great, I recommend them.

They came out the same day I called and made the repairs to the damaged shingles. They also checked the remaining areas on the roof and replace one other shingle that needed it. As the next door neighbor of a person who used this contractor, I really don't appreciate their job site hygiene and overall behavior. Two weeks ago they finished their job and I'm still picking up scraps and shards of house wrap embedded in the dirt on the side of my yard and that blew over the fence in the back of my yard, as well as in the front gardens. I also picked up many nails and screws sticking out of the ground. When they were working on the side of his house, they used the side yard of my house to set their belongings, rest supplies on my air conditioning unit, leave things in my garden, and set their heavy boxes of siding on my grass so they could work quickly. My grass on the side is now gone from them doing so, instead of putting the boxes on the driveway as they should have done. The cigarette smell from the workers was constant. The person who must have been the project manager came by once, sat in his van for an hour and loudly talked on the phone for the whole hour, blocked my driveway with van, and then got out and took pictures before leaving. They also left soliciting materials at my front door, despite the large "No Soliciting" sign. If I didn't call you, don't come. Based on these reasons, I wouldn't hire them. Not very professional.

I own a 3800 square-foot residential single-family home in Glenview Illinois. A large storm came through and tore up my roof!?I reached out to Marc over at culture construction. He was there the next day patching up the roof stopping my leaks. In a matter of days he had a full crew on site completely replacing my roof. I’ve never been happier. The entire company was professional, worked diligently, and my new roof looks amazing. I highly recommended them.
