HSA our home warranty Sent Elite Contracting out to do work on our roof due to wind damage. After hanging up with HSA Elite called me within 30 mins to get me scheduled. Robert came out first thing the next morning to check out the job. BY 5pm the same night I got a call from Robert saying he would be there the following day to fix what needed repaired. By 8:05 am Robert and Mike were there and ready to work! Not only did they repair what they were sent there to fix, Robert also took the time to help me move a large item he seen me trying to move myself. I Definitely will be using this company in the future!

Robert came and performed Attic venting in our home. Did a good job but forgot to connect one piece of pipe. I called him and he came out the next day and fixed the issue. Stated on the phone the day before that he would refund $100 due to this error if he came out and would get a receipt to us. When he arrived the $100 refund wasn’t provided neither was a receipt but he stated he would get that to us via email contact. We waited a week and then contacted him twice after not hearing back. He sent a receipt but not the $100 refund as stated. No explanation as to why he never contacted us or sent a refund. I won’t do business again since his word wasn’t kept. Very disappointed in our experience.

After Robert insisted on making everything right, we agreed before he would come back that he would refund $100 for his oversight. Robert agreed to fix any issue and clear up confusion with his work. He fixed his error and apologized several times for it. Most professional and reasonable contractors are expected to make corrections to their oversights. We’ve been waiting over a month for our $100 refund which he hasn’t returned. All that we ask is to honor your agreement Robert and be professional.

I was given Elite contracting through my Home Warranty company. After googling them I was a bit nervous. Some of the reviews are quite harsh. But I really had nothing to worry about. Mike and Gregory did an amazing job on my roof replacement. They were kind and respectful they cleaned up everything. They even went above and beyond to kill a large bees nest under my deck. Robert and his team got the work done when he said it would be. I am very happy with this company.

Robert & his crew were awesome!! They were on time everyday & did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything & I have gotten many compliments on the roof. I would highly recommend Elite Contracting.

Just had Robert stopped by today. He's great!! Elite company was originally assigned by our home warranty company. However, my home warranty rejected to pay for the claim (you know those home warranty companies...). Anyway, after checking with other companies, Elite offers the best price. Due to my budget concern, I still chose to go with them. They are pretty responsive, and are punctual as we scheduled. They fixed the problem pretty fast and offered a one year warranty. Given the negative comments from other Google users, I really have nothing at all to complain from my experience. Definitely keep them in mind in future projects!!

I had an appointment scheduled with a 4 hour window on my one day of the week i have off. They never showed up and never called me. Save yourself time and frustration. Clearly they are an irresponsible company.

EDIT FOR REPLY: Now you can see the company flat out lie on the internet. I sat by my phone for 5 hours and never received a call. I have service and my phone functions properly. My brother and friend can attest as well. About an hour after the appointment time was missed i called the company and asked why nobody was here yet. The rep that answered said "oh we arent sending anybody out because of the weather". The weather was not that bad and even if that were true i still never received a phone call. Then i asked the rep why nobody called and he said "oh im not sure". Again, entirely disrespectful, dishonest and irresponsible company.

Elite contracting was so timely and efficient! They did such a great job! I will always go to them for my needs! You won’t go wrong with this company!

Elite has come out and fixed my roof a couple of times. They showed up when I was told they would and did a great job! They are knowledgeable in finding out what is wrong and how and hiw to fix it! Would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Was given this place from my home warranty to come to see about my roof. That was almost 2 months ago and the only thing i have gotten from them was a text to set up 3 times to call. I am still waiting for a call. You would think they would help with home warranties seeing how they are a guaranteed pay check. Would give minus stars if possible

Elite was assigned to us through the HSA. It can take a while to get a response sometimes, but they did fix the issue, and explain what was wrong. I had to follow up a few times, but they did eventually completely fix my roof issue. The first two contractors I called when the roof started leaking never returned my messages at all.

Steve and his team may take a while to respond at time, but they will fix your issue, especially if you follow up.

We ended up with elite thru our home warranty company. It took multiple phones to get the report of what they found. Then I had to track them down to actually fix the roof. Steve said they would call me when the roof was done which they didn’t. There was debris from the roof in my yard and my clogging my gutters including nails. I had to call multiple times to get an invoice for their work and to find out what the warranty was. The invoice they sent me didn’t even have the right house pictures so how confident should we be in their work? They don’t return phone calls... and what type of roofer only warranties their work for 12 months? Everyone else I have ever dealt with is 10-15 years. We do not recommend using this company. I made sure to call my warranty company back and complain.

My HSA warrenty sent Elite Contracting to my home 3 weeks ago for a roof leak. They came out to inspect the leak and told me they would submit to the warrenty company for the needed repairs. Since then, they have not returned any of my phone calls or called to schedule the repair. I currently have water pouring in my kitchen ceiling and a section of it is about to fall in. This is totally unacceptable and was avoidable had they fixed the problem in a timely manner. Home warrenty may not be their top priority, however, when I am ready to replace my roof in a couple years I will remember who responds in a timely and professional manner.

Updated: after my review you had Steve call me in less than 30 minutes, but, you couldn't respond to the four messages that I left over the last 3 weeks. You didn't have the decency to pick up the phone and let me know what was going on. THEN, Steve promised me a call back by Robert by 1 PM today . It is now 4 PM and I am still waiting for that call. HSA doesnt know what I am talking about when I call so not sure who you claim to be talking to..

My HSA warranty made me deal with them for my leaking roof. They came out weeks ago and warranty company still has not received any information from them. Strongly recommend that if your warranty company says that they are having them do anything for you, request a different contractor . My leaking roof has done nothing but get worse while waiting on any response from them . They would get zero stars if it was possible

Update to owner response. Actually HSA just called and said it was not denied. It was in fact approved. It just took 2 and a half weeks for elite to get them any info on it. Now the ceiling is worse and and so are my walls due all this time going by . Work was approved, but I already have someone fixing it. Thanks, but it's a hard pass from me on having you guys back out to my house. The guys that came to my house, my dad said, we're very respectful and that's great, but 2 1/2 weeks for a quote to fix a leaking roof is way to long. Side note, my voicemail is empty. I don't keep voicemails, so it's never full . Thanks anyways and have a happy holiday.

This review has one star - but really I'm giving them 0. They don't deserve any stars. I have a roof leak and water is coming in to my 1 year old daughters bedroom! Do they care to come fix the problem, NOPE! Instead they dodge phone calls for two months, then tell our home warranty company that they were never able to fix our roof. NEWS TO US! You could've told us that two months ago and I would've found a ROOF CONTRACTOR that actually wants to do work. Awesome people ... awesome business ... #SARCASM.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Steve? from Elite contracting came to our house for an estimate on roof repairs (set up by home warranty company). Then proceeded to give us the run around and not answer phone calls for over 2 months. If you want a scam artist these are your guys!

I wish I could give negative stars for this company. Similar to all of the other posts, I was assigned Elite Contracting through my HSA to fix a leaking roof. I have been trying to schedule him to come out since Sept. 13. He is very hard to get ahold of on the phone and I'm currently being stood up for an appointment he rescheduled. If your HSA assigns him to you, REFUSE!!

I have been waiting for them to show up for my appointment for 4 hours and have received no communication that my appointment was cancelled. I guess they don't care since they were already paid. No motivation to actually finish the job. This is after trying to contact them for weeks. They never respond after leaving multiple messages. The only was I got ahold of them was by calling my warranty company to complain. This also happened to my friend whose leaks keep getting worse. Terrible company.

Referred to this company through my HSA home warranty. They never showed up or called to cancel on the day of my appointment. They are also impossible to reach on the phone, I haven’t had one phone call answered or returned. If your home warranty assigns this company to you, I would refuse and insist on a different contractor!

I used this vendor because they were assigned to me via HSA. 2x now someone has been scheduled to repair my roof, which was approved by HSA, and no one has showed up. I didn't receive a call, text, etc to note that they would not be available.

Edit: Today marks the THIRD TIME I was stood up. Unbelievable. HSA reassigned my account. Thanks, Elite, my home has been taking damage for a month now. Care to pay for any internal damage that my home has taken?

I went down the list of roofers on the internet and Elite was the third I called. Wish I had called them first. The first two Never even called me back. Elite responded within minutes of my leaving a message.The young man was there first thing the following morning,was very polite and repaired my roof right away. A company that has the decency to return your call says a lot in my world. Thank you.

Managed to see me within 24 hours to repair wind damage. Installers were professional, thorough and took the time to explain everything upfront. Can't say enough good things about this company.
