Was very pleased with the crew, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. We have used them in the past, and plan on using them again in the future!

Edit: I have never tried to scam the insurance company. Or threaten him. His upcoming post just proves why you should never work with him. Give him a bad review and he will bad mouth you and make up lies about you. You've been warned, STAY AWAY!!
(Edit again: he edited his post now "wishing me luck with my scam". This is still what I am talking about. I'm not scamming anyone. He's just salty he is getting a bad review.)

Really needed work done. My front door wouldn't lock and needed replaced. Was dealing with an insurance company due to damages Rent-a-center did moving a refrigerator. I needed a typed out quote for the insurance company. All of this is typical and common from what I have heard. He told me Tuesday he would send me the quote Wednesday. Nothing. Thursday I message him telling him I didn't receive anything. I hear nothing back. I call him today, Saturday. He tells me he sent it Wednesday. I never received anything, or any texts back. He says he is driving but will pull over soon and send it. That was at 11am. At 1pm, I told him I hadnt received the email yet. He ignored me. It's now 2pm and I haven't received it. I message him telling that I give up and he finally replies, his excuse was that he was still driving. This was via text. He can ignore all of my text until I say I'm done with his service. I have no doubt in my mind that he lied about ever sending me the quote. If he sent it, why didn't he say something when I asked about it Thursday. I couldn't even get him to send me a quote. I couldn't imagine what it would of been like actually working with him.

We have a signed contract for installation of a new electric furnace. Upon completion of the project we made calls to the owner of Giuseppe Handyman Repair, LLC, Luciano Deforst to get the paperwork, warranty card, to no avail. We recorded the model and serial number and contacted Lennox Corporation to record purchase and warranty. Lennox informed us that this unit was previously warranted back in 2000. Our new electric furnace is 24 years old and is not Energy Efficient.
We have called, sent text messages and used Messenger to contact Luciano Deforest, the owner and all have gone unanswered. We would like a new unit installed as contracted or our money returned. We are a retired couple, I am 69 and my wife is 70 and are on a limited income.
