We could not be happier with Andew's service. In the middle of a home purchase with a tight deadline, Andrew was able to come out quickly after we reached out to perform a structural inspection of our potential first home purchase. He found a major structural flaw in the foundation and was able to measure and quantify the settling that happened in the home due to poor construction. Without his service and professionalism we may have ended buying a home that had no resale value and found ourselves in a legal battle with the HOA. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I am not one who likes to leave negative reviews but this is a special case. I found Andrew through Yelp, there were a lot of good reviews and his website showed he had been in business for some time. I tried calling him and his voicemail said his preferred form of communication was text…this should have been my first warning. (During the process I needed to speak with him regarding specifics and his email said to text him first to tell him I would be calling so that he would answer the phone. Again this is a major red flag). I decided to send him an email requesting a land survey and plot plan, he replied back that he could do it and his cost along with the promise of getting it completed in 10 days (that was April 24th). 10 days came and went, I had to reach out to him to see what the status was on May 10th he said he was aiming for the end of the week. I emailed him Friday the 14th in the afternoon asking for an update, no answer. We decided to drive by the property on the 17th and saw that the markers from the land survey were there. I sent him a text that day asking when to expect the plot plan and he replied on Wednesday…so I text him on the Wednesday the 19th, no answer. Then I get an email on the 20th that he is 75% done and asked for the house placement on the property and for 75% of the payment. So I send him the info he needs along with payment….May 28th we use the ‘plot plan’ but the measurements look wrong, he has our property line showing starting at the wrong point even though the markers from the land survey show that the property is where the accessors map shows it is. I ask him about this and he says that he is out of state and will send someone to check it out, this was on May 28th. June 9th we have not heard anything June 15th we ask for another update, he says his field guy is sick and he is still out of state. I am getting pretty fed up because our entire project is waiting on this plot plan! I decide to Google what a plot plan looks like and it looks nothing like what he sent us. No measurements and my contractor even said this is wrong. Our latest attempt to get something done was yesterday 6/29, my boyfriend sent him a text and email with no answer. I sent him a text and he said that the plot plan was correct (it is not, I have already talked to another civil engineer who is going to create a correct plot plan for us). I text him again today 6/30, asking for a plot plan with measurements…no answer. So I text him again asking if I could at least get the CAD files, he answered and said he just emailed them. This whole transaction has been completely unprofessional. I am glad I only paid the 75% but even at that it was a waste of money because the land survey has never been correct. I should have gone with someone else I am so mad at myself at this point. I plan on seeing what complaint I can put in against his civil engineers license. So do yourself a favor and find someone else that is more reliable. I am having a hard time understanding where any of these good reviews on Yelp and Google came from but if you look at the names listed of who submitted the review they only have 1 review submitted under that name which makes me think they are fake. Don’t waste your time or money on this guy!

We reached out to Andrew with a structural question regarding a residential renovation project. He was able to quickly review the change and confirm the design, giving us the confidence to move forward with our planned improvements. He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Andrew was prompt and had a friendly and a inviting demeanor, he was direct and did not waste my time. My report was professional and everything I had asked for was within the report.
