Steve was great to get my pickup in very quickly. Took care of the problem and got us going again.

Friendly people at a very nice dealership. In and out in less than 45 minutes for an oil change and service.

Phenomenal experience buying a used vehicle from this place. No pushy sales people. No lies or omissions to get you in the door. Honest and straightforward across the board. Made the process really easy. Antonio is a rock star.

I forgot my appt, so they gave me a call and still told me to come in. They got me in for a my oil change and service personnel were awesome!

My vehicles check engine light and FCW light came on over the weekend. So we opted to not drive it. Our warranty company works with Brookings Auto Mall, so we ended up getting it towed there. The problem ended up being a wear and tear issue, some spark plugs needing to be replaced due to an engine misfire. Not covered under warranty. They ended up fixing it that night and the vehicle runs smoothly, which is great. However, neither my husband or I got a phone call from anyone there to let us know that the service needing to be done was not covered by warranty and we were not asked if we wanted the service done since it wasn't covered. If we would have known the issue with it, we would have taken it to hometown tire here in town as they have my trust when it comes to working on my vehicle and their pricing is always fair. What would have been less than $300 somewhere else cost us almost double due to lack of communication, not to mention that it's not legal to work on a vehicle without talking to the owner about diagnostics and cost prior to anyways.

Nick our salesman was awesome, no pressure made us feel welcome and committed to each question we had prior to purchasing. The overall experience was wonderful and I will be highly recommending Brookings Auto Mall.

Took my Honda Civic in to get an oil change. They said it would get worked in that afternoon. I asked what oil they used, I prefer Mobil one. Brookings Auto Mall uses GM synthetic oil. I got a call in two hours that it was complete. Went to pay, asked if they offer any SDSU Student or Military discounts (it is Memorial Day weekend). No discounts. I pulled out a credit card to pay the $79.55. He stated that they charge an extra 3 percent (or an extra $2.40) to use the card.
Don't even let me start on the used car prices on the lot. Yikes!

Last time I go there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They fixed my vehicle issue and did some necessary maintenance. The bill was less than I expected and they drove me home after I dropped my vehicle off in the morning.

Brookings Auto Mall was very quick to get me in to service and they were very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable to my needs on getting my 2025 Sierra AT4 fix and back on the road! 5 stars to them!! Thank You

Thought I found a reliable, trustworthy used car company but I am beyond disappointed. Purchased a 2019 Jeep back in February 2025, here we are in May 2025 and my car has stopped working. What pisses me off even more is these car places hide behind the "As-Is" label to be able to sell you a lemon. I tested drove this car on the country road, wide open road, it ran smooth as hell. I feel like a fool but lesson has been learned and to think I was going to send my husband to them to get a truck.
5/21/25: After posting this review above I immediately received a call from my salesperson. He said he understood why i would be upset and apologized. He said he would speak to his manager. A few mins later I see the owner responded to my review (as you can see below). I waited for a callback from someone on 5/20, never received that call. This morning I called the salesman back, twice, no response. Than I called the dealership directly, asked to speak to the salesman and I was told "he was in a meeting." I left a message explaining that I did see the response from my review and I'm calling back because clearly whoever made the post did not know I spoke with someone already, or maybe they did. I waited a few more hours, called back and was told salesman will call me back when he return from lunch. I am not naming the salesman because he just works there and he handled this with respect but his employer had him do their dirty work. They told him to tell me, since I did not call them before posting my review they are unable to help me. I am not surprised, I actually laughed because this shows just how much they care. How are you mad because I'm mad about my car no longer starting, I have every right to be upset because there's no reason why my car is not starting up less than 6mos of buying it. I am not the first and probably wont be the last but one thing I know for sure when you have good intentions you will do right by people. A review can be deleted your poor reputation CANNOT. So good luck and enjoy that money you got, let's see how far it gets you. Do not purchase from Brookings Auto Mall, they'll sell you shit and take your money. Do right by people, period.

Brookings Auto Mall helped us out when our son's car stalled on the interstate. They set up a towing service to pick it up and take it to Brookings Auto Mall. They very quickly got his vehicle in to see what was wrong and it was fixed in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend Brookings Auto Mall to anybody looking for fast and efficient service.

What a nice find! May 11, 2025 (4:30 on a Saturday)my son and I were driving south on I29 when we experienced some mechanical problems. Ended up having our pickup towed to the Auto Mall in Brookings. I was pleasantly surprised the fix was thousands of dollars less than I was expecting. John in the service department did a great job of communicating and keeping me updated.

"Burke" made the whole experience of buying a car very easy. I've been through the wringer before at dealerships but Brookings Auto Mall has made this a great experience thus far. Timely, accommodating and reliable. The shuttle service to and from work when I drop off my vehicle for routine maintenance is the best. Takes all the hassle out of any car maintenance.

My experience was fantastic. Wanted a very specific truck with specific upgrades and The Automall found me exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time.

The customer service is excellent and they do quality work. I have yet to have a bad experience at Brookings Auto Mall.

Called to make an appt and Corey was very helpful. Greeted me when I got there. Quick service. He noticed I had a coupon and offered to apply it. He explained that there were no issues. Everything looked good. Great service. Thanks Corey
