Mr. Gutierrez and his team were very courteous and professional throughout the process. Even though we initially asked for a full chimney sweep because it had been several years since the last one, he saved us money and his team time by explaining it was not necessary and even showed us the video of our already clean chimney. They also thoroughly cleaned the gas logs and cleared the line, which was clogged and full of air from disuse. He also explained that it would be easier to leave the gas line on during the season in order to quickly light it and to prevent further air in the line. Overall, Mr. Gutierrez and his team provided excellent service and we will definitely be working with them for any other servicing or replacement to our fireplace.

Outstanding! Mathew throughly cleaned every nook and cranny of the pellet stove. Earvin personally showed up to facilitate as the unit was giving me fits for months. Diagnosed my problem and solved it. Mathew was also quite knowledgeable, friendly and diligent with full attention to detail. Will have y’all back if my basement stove up.

Update. Earvin is back over to clean the inset and stand alone stoves for the winter. Stellar job as usual. Our furnace is broken, we’re going to try to, tough it out. Glass is as clean as I’ve seen it. He offered possible cheap replacements for the extremely loud blower. Happy customer.

No joy on the blower, but Earvin soothed it a little with WD40 and tweaked the basement stove to make it juuust right. Burrrr.

Follow up: After discussions with Ervin and reviewing pictures it appears that the work was done. We came to a resolution and I value Ervin’s professionalism. With communication and reviewing pictures the day of service this could have been avoided.

Let me start by stating Ervin did not do the service this year. He did a great job in years past with the cleaning and would then test the stove before leaving. That did not happen yesterday. We had two pellet stoves cleaned and one there is still dust around the frame which makes me wonder if it was pulled out and cleaned properly. The second stove he only spent about 10 minutes on it vacuuming and did not go on the roof to check the vent. Very dissatisfied this time, especially for the price on each stove I expected Ervin’s quality of cleaning.

I can’t say enough good about Ervin and his crew. The attention to detail and respect for your property is as if it were their own. His communication pertaining to their work is professional and friendly. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

My stove has been problematic. 20+ years old now. The efforts to fix my stove have been focused and great. While only the 2nd time it failed, the effort needed to figure out the issues was detailed and thorough.

The tried to get my appt as soon as possible. My schedule however made me have to wait a few days. They let me know the Tech was on his way. Matthew was professional and courteous. He got right to work, fixed the issue quickly and guided me about future service

I called EG pellet/ Wood stoves for an inspection of my wood stove and ensure that it was installed properly and everything was good to go. They were really responsive and came out quickly. Upon the first visit the guy told me that our stove was “solid” and it was good to go other than missing a cap outside which i was told wasnt that big of a deal. That night my husband and I tried to get it going and it ended up smoking out our basement. Thinking it was operator error, I called them back out to order the cap and show them what happened and they told me that everything needed to be replaced. They even had an invoice ready to go upon arrival even though a few days prior the installation was “solid”. After a second opinion, come to find out the stove was poorly installed , missing a required piece on the piping and not up to fire code. To say I am very disappointed in the thoroughness is an understatement.

We moved into our house about a year ago and it had a pellet stove in place. We did not attempt to use it until this year when it got cold out. Our first use was ok, but the flame was weaker than I felt it should have been. When trying to use it a second time smoke was coming into the house which obviously is not a good thing. That's where E.G. came in! Despite his busy schedule this time of year and the long commute to our house he was able to check out our stove quickly, on a Sunday no less! He was able to get our pellet stove working like new within about 2 hours. He went above and beyond by not only cleaning/servicing the stove but by also being able to clear what we assume was years of debris out of our stove's chimney. E.G. is a true expert in his field and I highly suggest him for all of your pellet stove needs.

Great service and whereas the local fireplace store recommended replacing my pellet stove for around $4k-$5k, EG came out and simply cleaned it and repaired it for $325 and it is working like a charm! Already scheduled him to come clean out another pellet stove and hook it up at a rental property!

No one else was available and just when I was about to give up hope I found Irving. He went out of his way to coordinate his other clients to squeeze me in. But squeeze me in didn’t mean he didn’t give me and my pellet stove all the attention we needed. He was polite and professional and very knowledgeable.
