Efficient Roofing & Restoration did a wonderful job on my mother’s roof. Jose has been easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. The team showed up when they said they would, and they cleaned up afterwards. Since then, the roof has stood up well in several intense storms, including a hurricane. We’ll definitely use them again.

I moved out of state about 10 years ago and rented out my house to a friend. After 10 years, he decided it was time to move on and I was faced with the unfortunate prospect of either trying to manage a property or remodel one from about 2000 miles away.

I was referred to Jose and his team by a local contractor friend of mine. I could not be happier with not only the quality of the work, but the timeliness, professionalism, and ease with which it was all accomplished. Jose's willingness to take on any task, no matter how small was invaluable. His prices were competitive and his crews took great care of my property and showed a real enthusiasm for being the best at what they do.

Having a background in construction, I am well aware of how much can go wrong in a remodel, especially one that you aren't super present for. I was able to travel to GA about once a month during the remodel. Jose and his team were there every step of the way, not only being my hands, but also my eyes and ears. This project could not have been better executed.

There are a lot of contractors out there who will take shortcuts, take excessive amounts of time, do the bare minimum, and change order you to death- that's not these guys. Efficient Roofing & Restoration does top of the line excellent work! We recently had our roof replaced and it only took one day. Although I didn’t realize how much debris there would be, Jose was very reassuring and explained the entire process putting our minds at ease. Once the installation was complete the clean up crew made it look like they were never even here! The roof is top quality and beautiful to behold! Our next big project will be to get our siding on our house done! We also want to remodel our screened in patio! We have complete trust and confidence in Efficient Roofing & Restoration! I have used Jose and his team for a number of projects and have been so satisfied I wouldn't go anywhere else. First project was a brand new kitchen, upgrade to fire place and bathroom. They even built me a huge brand new pantry. Next project they did was upgrade to my master bath and closet. If you are looking for a great company with a great owner and team, I highly recommend them, hands down. They will always be my first call if I want any work done!! Call them, you won't regret it!!

Jose fixed a leak in our roof today. We just bought our house and found the leak, so as you can imagine we were pretty bummed. Jose came to our rescue though. He came out to inspect the roof within one week and fixed us up in the next week. The price on the labor and parts was more than fair, and Jose went above and beyond with his clean up. Our roof looks so fresh and clean thanks to his hard work today. Jose also identified and fixed a few other places that had potential to leak. He did that just because he is a good guy! 100% recommend for your roofing/gutters/painting needs.

So... I had my deck done by someone who did a good job. But not 100% proficient. My deck would not pass inspection. I was recommended to efficient roofing. And restoration by my cousin, who was also having work done on her house. And I seen the immaculate work. He did there so I wanted my work done by them as well. Low and behold, they did a phenomenal job quickly. I was able to get my deck inspection passed for the addition to my home, at a fair and reasonable price. i would recommend them any day, hands down.

I highly recommend Jose and his crew! After having a large tree fall on our house causing damage to the roof, windows, decking, gutters and structure, we were having a terrible time getting it fixed. Once we were put in touch with Jose the repairs began almost immediately. Jose was thorough and actually did more than what was expected, to include coming to our home on Christmas Eve to close up a section of the house that had been neglected by the first “contractor”. The repair of the windows was difficult due to the current windows being custom and no longer available. Jose worked with us to make sure that we were happy with the replacements. During the initial evaluation of our home it was found that the roof had been poorly installed initially. Jose repaired the damage due to the previous poor craftsmanship and then provided us with a beautiful new roof. Repairs to the decking were done and all efforts were made to make sure that the job looked seamless. I highly recommend this company. Jose was very fair and honest and I was glad to have someone I could trust while going through such major repairs of my home!

We cannot say enough great things about Jose and his team! We had six 2-story windows replaced in our home, as well as removing, replacing & extending of a bay window.
Both projects required replacing all exterior exterior brick for those walls and rebuilding the interior walls including crown molding, trim, etc. Those areas made the rest of our home look & feel like it was all new construction!

He worked with us to set deadlines and was very accommodating with some small tweaks we had along the way, ultimately finishing everything by the deadlines we had chosen.

Aside from quality of work, we were most impressed with his & his team's attention to detail during each stage (demo, the rebuild, and the clean-up at the end)!

We're so happy to have found such a reliable & knowledgeable builder and plan to use them again for any future projects!

TJ’s did a full makeover on my home. I needed so many things done. My favorite alteration was converting two small bedrooms into one master suite with a walk in closet. The second was the bathroom overhaul. They closed off a very short hallway and extended the bathroom, removed the standard tub and gave me a walk in shower. That was inside…Outside, they gave all new siding, all new windows, installed French doors leading to the backyard and a brand new front door. All for an amazing price!!! I was considering selling my home but with the changes they made I fell in love with the space all over again. They were flexible and worked with my schedule. I will use them again when I add a sunroom.

I would just like to say Jose was the man when it came to painting my whole house and replacing my Gutters. I typically never take the time to leave a review but great work deserves it. It was extremely difficult deciding which company to hire. However, after a really good friend of mine told me about Tj's Roofing I decided to look at his previous work and let them do it. I had to have the siding on my home replaced for updated insurance coverage purposes. This company replaced the old particle board with up to insulation/wrapping and hardiplank. They painted and disposed of the waste. They also gave me a great price I could pass up after multiple estimates from other contractors.
