Working with this company was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch, and they were available around the clock to answer any questions. Our new roof looks flawless, and they made the entire process stress-free by coordinating directly with our insurance company. Highly recommended!

Wil and his team were wonderful to work with. Called for an estimate for new siding and they were there the next day to measure… got a quote the next day & the team was available when we have them the word we were ready. (New construction home). The crew were very professional and very skilled. Will use them in the future for any needs that arise & I have already recommended to others who ask for referrals. We had vertical and board & batten vinyl siding placed on the home & could not be any happier with the quality of work.

Very professional and honest company! After coating our sunroom to stop leaks we still had leaks even though they had stopped most of them. They sent a team back out and the leaks still continued. After troubleshooting and sending another team to recoat the roof another time, they finally got all the leaks stopped at no extra cost to us! They don't give up and they are very friendly and responsive to concerns. A+

Being on the road for work all the time, this company did pretty much all of the foot work and the collaboration with the insurance company, kept me up to date with phone calls and photos and allowed my adult child, who is not the property owner, to speak on my behalf when I was unable. We were in need of new skylights and after trying to get several contractors to give us a quote. I got in touch with Ecoshield and Nathan came out within a few days and gave us a quote. It took a bit for our skylights to come in but Josh was in touch and letting us know how it was going. The installers came out and worked till after dark to get the job done. My wife and I used this company. They did a horrible job and the communication was terrible. They left trash all over our property, didn’t listen to a thing we said about our siding and placed new siding over the old crumbling siding. They scammed us out of thousands of dollars and have been nothing but a hassle for us. I would never recommend them.

If you want a kid that doesn’t listen at all to what you want done to your roof and siding, a company that leaves trash EVERYWHERE on your property and then the owner to say that that they came twice to clean up and it’s “enough”, or if you want to get scammed out of thousands of dollars because of how they write the contract to where you need a lawyer to make sure it’s what you want, then sure! Hire this company! Worst mistake of my life going with such unprofessional and uncaring individuals that don’t care at all what you want as a client. We had a tree fall on our house and Wil and his company EcoShield Roofing came to our rescue. Wil was quick replacing the roof and worked well with the insurance adjuster, handling all the back and forth.Wil was able to get us a fair settlement. If needed we would use Wil's company again.

Wow is all I can say. Nate came out within a day of me calling to give us a quote on replacing our roof, wrapping our facia boards and installing new gutters. We got several quotes and they by far were the most reasonable. Nate and Will were in constant contact through the process. Their crews were on time and did a fantastic job. They covered our mature landscape and cleaned up every day before they left. There were a few items that needed adjustments and they came back and fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about the company, their crews and Nate.

These guys were awesome!!! We had a small leak in our siding that was showing up in our ceiling. We though it was going to be a much worse issue but they found the problem quickly and gave us pics of were they found it. They gave different options on what they could do to fix and gave us time to decide, no pressure sales. Great experience and they had it repaired in great time thanks to all you guys!!

I have only good things to say about EchoShield. They scheduled the work around my preferred date. They showed up early ready to work. They finished my entire roof in one day. The cleanup was excellent. Very professional. From start to finish, they kept me informed. There were no surprises after the job was done. I dealt primarily with Will Sessions. So nice and personable. After the job was done, Will hand delivered my warranty information and came prepared to make sure I understood it. I highly recommend EchoShield.

EcoShield Roofing did a great job replacing not only the roof on my home, but the roof on my shed as well. Not long after our home roof project got underway, a large limb came crashing down and damaged the roof to our shed. The guys at EcoShield were very knowledgeable about homeowner insurance policies and suggested I try to get that project bundled under my initial claim. The suggestion paid off by saving me from spending another $2,000 for a separate claim deductible. EcoShield replaced both roofs and they look great.

Wil and his team at Ecoshield have got this down pat. If insurance is involved then they will handle that for you, less to worry about and their team does solid work as well. They clean up well, they work quickly and their work looks great too. Appreciate the effort from everyone over there at Ecoshield!

Our roof started leaking the week before Christmas. Will Session from EcoShield Roofing was recommended to me by my insurance agent. Will had his Estimator Nathan Royal come over to my house and assess the damage. Nathan put a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage.
The day my insurance adjuster came to the house Nathan was here and walked him through his findings. This stressful situation couldn't have been made any easier.
Everything was processed quickly and our new roof has been installed and look fabulous. Most importantly it's done before Christmas.

We are very pleased with our new roof with 50 year GAF shingles, as well as the new gutters with cover system, and the shutters. We were kept advised of the timing of everything, and they were responsive to our questions.

Nathan was awesome. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of choosing the best options. He sent me an aerial view of the crew installing my roof and came by and called frequently to make sure things were going as they should. The crew was very professional and cleaned up well after they finished. All in all a very positive experience.

We loved them at first and the guy that came out was very nice! He did a roof inspection and was so helpful! It wasn't until we were told the insurance amount and they REFUSED to give an estimate before the amount was told to them. Then of course when the insurance amount was given, MAGICALLY it was the same amount they were charging...imagine that! When we looked at other estimates....(which is legal) we were told that was insurance fraud. Called our insurance and they SCOFFED and said we have a legal right to choose whoever we want! Finally, when we went to pay the worker for his inspection he told us it would be $750, showed up to our house to get the check and SOMEHOW it was then $900! DON'T do it, don't be bullied because you don't know the process. ALWAYS do what is best for you and make sure you price check and have multiple options for the best choice. Not a happy costumer and would not recommend to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with how quickly and helpful this company worked. Within a day of my talking to Nathan at the Home Show, he was at my home checking out my roof. He was a huge help in working with my insurance company in getting it covered. He was very personable, explained the procedure and assured me that all would be great. And it was! I was only out of pocket my deductible! The workers were fast and did a great job on the roof and left my yard exactly as they found it. No debris, nails or garbage left on my property. I would definitely recommend them for any work that needs doing on your home! Very happy customer!

He promised me a roof by Christmas 2022 (within a week) and the team delivered just in time before heavy rains and wind. Shawn's team did an outstanding job. He was very attentive to what I needed done for the replacement. Everything came on time. His team was in and out...not saying it was a rush job they really knew what they were doing. I had 2 other companies come out and give me a quote but they seem to be preoccupied with other issues. They didn't even inspect the roof..They gave me a presentation/ quote and where on their way.. Shawn on the other hand went on top of the roof, took photos, showed me where my trouble spots were and then sat down and went over the replacement plan. Then I picked out my roof and scheduled the appointment. The only disappointment was the roof I wanted was out of stock so Shawn came back out I picked out another color. I was so glad I did. Shawn Reger and Ecoshield made the process of getting my roof replaced (something I was absolutely dreading) a very painless process. I definitely found them to be the most thorough and honest of the candidates we were considering at the time. The roofing itself only took about 8 hours and the cleanup was quite thorough as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, really.

Beat place came out 10 mins latter told me everything that was going on we went over some paperwork they helped me talk to my Insurance Company and got me a new roof from my insurance company didn't have to pay nothing! Loved it!

Wil came out to do a consultation on our roof as that is an area I have been concerned about for a while now. He was kind and friendly, and immediately put me at ease. Not only was he kind and friendly, but he was also honest, as he told us that we likely have a few more years left in our current roof. I feel like anyone else would have come in and fed off my anxiety about the condition of my roof and done their best to sell me on a new one instead of going off of the true condition. So, while we aren’t in dire need of a roof just yet, Wil will be the one I call when we are.

Disappointed my steak meal did not come with the expected oinion rings. No explanation or apology offered. After eventually getting the attention of a waitress I was told they no oinion rings left (@ 7.30 on in the evening). This lack of oinion rings should have been advised and apologised for immediately and not only after questions were asked

Joe and Jesús came out on a Saturday evening with a great attitude, offered a problem solving approach, and ensured they would work to a further resolution. Rare to find a service provider who is already busy, that is understanding of an urgent call and makes time to help.
