My experience with eco Sheild was amazing. Kendra, Jordyn, and both Dans made the process super easy. Another great thing was how they negotiated with the insurance company to get as much as possible from my claim. Also they took care of the checks so I didn’t have to mail my check to my mortgage company every time I got a check from insurance. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone for any home claims or exterior work in general!

From the initial assessment, thru the multiple requests for documentation from the insurance company to installation of gutters, windows and roof repairs, EcoShield handled it all!. And, the final product looks wonderful!!!

From the first contact to the final documentation, the entire team were professional and respectful of my home, surroundings, me, and most of all, my neighbors. eco shield totally redid the exterior on my house. they replaced the roof, gutters soffit, facia, and siding. Jordyn was exceptional throughout the entire project. she managed everything from obtaining permits through completion of all the projects. communication was excellent. she kept me informed at every step of the project. Also, Dan the salesman was excellent. he explained everything in detail and educated me on the best products for my home. I will definitely use them in the future. EcoShield was phenomenal with working with us on our tight timeline. Their understanding of insurance claims and how to move quickly especially since we had solar removal alongside reinstall it was done within the time. EcoShield is absolutely amazing. We had a LONG process of getting everything approved by our insurance company. Almost 2 years and EcoShield was consistent and helpful. They directed us through the process and took over where they could to make sure it was a painless as possible. The work they completed looks amazing and our house feels brand new!

I had a good experience with EcoShield. They did $80k+ of work on my house repairing damage that was done by a hailstorm. My primary concern was getting a new roof on my house before winter showed up. Due to a national backorder on Class 3 shingles that was difficult, but they took steps to expedite my shingles order and got the roof installed before winter arrived, which I very much appreciated. EcoShield was professional and kept the communication going throughout the project, which was great.

Hail. If you live along the Front Range corridor, it's more a case of when than if. And when or if you get hit, you know a whole string of folks will come to your door and offer to check your roof. You need someone licensed and insured, with a strong local history. The folks at EcoShield Exteriors are the real deal, and they care. They listened to me, and they reached out to keep me informed throughout the process. They jumped through all the hoops to pull permits and get inspections, as well as coordinating with the insurance company. The level of service was outstanding, and well beyond expectations. Next time my house needs a helping hand, I'm calling this crew back.

I hired EcoSheild after we had some hail damage. I was really nervous about hiring anyone as it meant I would be filing my first home insurance claim. I didn’t know how all of that would work and had seen other people struggle with home insurance claims in the past.

The Rep we met with, Michael, was really personable, clear, and helpful. He explained the whole process and how EcoSheild manages the conversation with the insurance company - I get all the emails - but I don’t have to spend my time arguing with them about things that are not my expertise. He answered all the questions and was patient with me while I learned.

My Project Manager, Jordyn, was simply amazing!! She kept me undated all the way through the process and had all of my repairs completed quickly, a lot quicker than I expected. She supported me through the whole process and helped me understand all the options I had. I never felt pressured to make any certain choice, only supported with follow through on the choices I did make. Jordyn was so helpful throughout the whole process as well as being a fun and kind person to interact with.

I had my roof, gutters, and garage door replaced as well as some touch up to the siding paint. All the crews that came out to work on these projects were really great! They were all very knowledgeable, happy to answer any of my questions, and pleasant to work with. All the work was completed beautifully and my family and I are very happy with the results. I would definitely hire them again (but hopefully I won’t have to)!

Great communication. The process has been lengthy because of in stocks and insurance company issues. They have kept in contact with us and kept us posted on the process. Work was done great and the roof and gutters look amazing!

We used EcoShield Exteriors to repair the damage caused by hail to our home. They sent their own inspector who found damage beyond what our insurance mentioned. EcoShield advocated for us and ended up getting insurance to cover a new roof, new gutters, new garage doors (both main and side), and a new paint job. When the big hail storm hit June 2023 in Frederick our home suffered a great deal of damage. The skylights in our kitchen were damaged, the roof suffered damage,the siding in the front of the house and back of the house was damaged along with the the fencing in the backyard. EchoShield took care of all the damage.
The very next morning they had someone out to cover the skylights to prevent further damage to our interior. They handled all of the insurance and delt with all the permits for the town. We did not have to do anything. Their staff did everything and was professional and communicated very well.
I would highly recommend this company they have integrity and are honest in everything they do. The salesman who took our order, Zach told us what would happen and was honest.
All of the trades people who came to our home respected it and us. This company hires only skilled people.

To my surprise I received a card in the mail "Thanking" me for allowing this company to inspect my roof. I was out of town and didn't arrive back until September 22nd, this card was mailed out September 8th. If someone did inspect my roof, it was without my permission.
A rep eventually came to my house, the conversation was high pressure and I didn't appreciate it. Based on this I would not use this company.

We had EcoShield replace our roof in spring 2023 and had a great overall experience. Communication was very clear during the entire process, especially when there were rain delays on installation and rescheduling was needed. It can be challenging to get these things done with contractors and insurance companies arguing. We have been through the wringer previously. When adjustments needed to happen with the insurance company they supported us in doing it the whole way through. The end product was great and we are very pleased.

I had storm damage on my house, and Eco Shield worked as the prime contractor with my insurance company (All State), and they got the insurance company to pay for all the damage the storm had done. That included new windows, garage door, fence resurfacing, and roof replacement. They installed the upgraded roof tiles for no charge, which decreased my insurance by $100.00s.

Eddie and his team were great! Process was seamless, as they handled all aspects with the insurance company and were in constant communication on what the next steps were. Highly recommend EcoShield!

My insurance company like many do I’m sure tried to only cover part of my new roof. Rich advised me what my rights were for challenging their decision and how to use a Public Adjuster to do it. In the end they paid my full claim and I credit the guidance I received from Rich and his team throughout the process. They then installed my new roof which we are very happy with. EcoShield is the way to go if in need of a new roof and gutters! Starting with the personable support from Charlie having the roof assessed and making shingle color choices ( so happy with our red) to ending with having the claim processed and account closed. So smooth. The roofers were mindful of roof debris and worked so hard. Grateful for their talents. The insurance approval process would have been stressful if not for the knowledgeable staff managing the back and forth with our insurance company. Communication was clear and prompt. EcoShield services are truly a team approach!

My roof was damaged last summer from a hail storm and my father in law suggested I contact EcoShield Exteriors because they had recently installed a new roof for him and he was very happy with their work. I called EcoShield and spoke with Rich Bayne who was very professional and helpful. Rich met with me a few days later at my house to do a roof inspection and confirmed the roof was damaged. I agreed to have EcoShield do the work and Rich made the process very simple. The crew arrived when they were scheduled to complete the work, they were professional and completed the job sooner than estimated. Their clean up job was impeccable! I walked the front and back yards and did not find even one roofing nail, it was like they weren't even there. The job they did was exactly what I ordered and the installation was flawless. I would recommend Ecoshield for their great job on replacing our roof. Rich did a great job communicating with our insurance company and getting the job scheduled in a timely manner. Roof was torn down and replaced in one day. 5 stars!!

Just based off their telemarketing calls I would never use this business - the same telemarketer for them called me 4 times and as soon as I’d answer they hung up. Then the 5th time they called I asked them to take me off their call list and the person was so rude! If that’s your idea of trying to get customers you’re the dumbest company ever - based off your rude employees who call me to try and get my business I will never use you or recommend you to anyone else!

Update - after I told them to take me off their contact list and I explicitly told them to do not contact me - they then break that law and call anyways. Horrible business practice. Learn your consumers rights - once a consumer says do not contact - you CANNOT contact them again.

Grady Diefenbach was very helpful setting up my insurance claim for pretty bad hail damage in south Denver! The EcoShield team was very professional and adamant about checking in on the progress, quality control and customer satisfaction. Cleanup was CLEAN - I mean CLEAN & my roof looks fantastic.

Eddie and Zac are the best!!!! I had an issue with my roof vent hoods malfunctioning and banging loudly in the wind. It was so bad that I was literally losing sleep. When I contacted EcoShield, they were extraordinary; responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my issue the next day, and that was only because I still had snow on my roof. I'm a first time homeowner, and the thought of so quickly having to call a roofer was a tad nerve-wracking, but working with Zac and Eddie made it an absolute pleasure.
