Had to stop due to weather but wish we would have slept at a rest stop. Do not stay here unless you want to over pay for a disgusting room. We dont look for anything fancy but, this place was just gross. The towels were stained and worn. The sheets were dirty. We “slept” in our clothes on top of the sheets. I’d say you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere!

Be careful when you check in. Always book online, if not you will pay at least 10$’more for the room.

Book at the company site.

Really clean and safe.

Overnight stay. Found bedding to be clean and comfortable. Dated rooms, that could use in depth cleaning, but acceptable for an Econo Lodge. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Toilet used some kind of rocket-thruster-thing that will scare you at first. But, I'd imagine it wouldn't clog.
Yes, I will stay here again.

The plugs at the bed side tables don't have the updated outlets with usb-a or usb-c ports. Also the mirror is behind the TV when there's space to the left to hang the mirror. The room wasn't in too bad of shape. The AC unit made a vibrating noise because the cover is loose. Other than that the bathroom was good. The room was clean. No mold or stains. The bathroom has no ventilation for the steam.

It is an OK deal. Three items, and these are correctable. The WiFi was awful. I was not trying to stream or do anything that takes a lot of BW, but it was just slow and mostly unusable. Second, the sink drain leaked, a lot. That was nasty. Lastly, The floor in the room felt unclean. Correct those things and it's a five-star place.

Stopped for the night on way to Gatlinburg TN. The Young lady at the desk was very accommodating and friendly. Giving us a room in front and near the handicap parking spot. Room was very clean and we were missing a piece from the coffee pot and she brought us one immediately and was very nice. Her lil companion is adorable as well....

I got a room and they don't tell me it's hot water. I call the office the guy told me give him a few minutes. He never called me back I had to call back. Then him or someone else said the plumber working on it I said how long is it going to be. She Saud it's going to be a while but they have my money didn't offer me money back or a discount. I'm traveling at this time and can't take a shower it is after 2 am. She said the water was working when I came but she isn't telling the truth at all. I brought my stuff in the room plugged in my devices and got ready to take a shower and it's no hot water it's cold as ice. I will never come back here again people check the hot water before you pay. I told her I was the manager or owner to call me back let's see if I get a call. They just take people money at this location.

When I woke up it was warm/hot water. But I never got a call from the manager or owner.

Arrived at motel around 2pm 2/19/25
Was traveling back home from Gatlinburg Tennessee and decided to stay over in Marion for one night. Huge mistake!
We were very tired. We took a long nap only to wake up to roaches in our bed.
Started looking around room. Roaches behind fridge and under Heating unit. I have pictures to back it up. Called front desk. I didn't expect them to do anything about it but was told me must have brought them with us. They never had any issues with bugs.
Packed my stuff and went to office with a cup of roaches. Ask for my 100$ deposit we had paid.
Room was $90.00 and some change. I never ask for any money back but was insulted by the comment we had brought the bugs with us smh
Told the lady and young man they were liars and they were totally aware of a roach problem.
Tried to hand me $20
I said no thanks you must need it more. Treat yourselves to lunch.
My husband and myself
62 and 68 years old.
Left out in 16d weather
On icy road conditions.
Left with not so much as a Sorry from them.
I think they could offered half our money back but that's ok. I'm certainly not done with them.
We are almost back to Chester VA.
Business don't care about there customers anymore sure wish I had read some reviews before staying there. I pray I didn't bring any roaches back home with us.
Also sofa in room was stained really bad. Bed was broken down in center. I could have overlooked those things but not bugs in my bed

Clean rooms comfy beds. Great staff and out of the three options it by far the best. 5 out of 5 wouldn't go anywhere else ..

I rated this motel low because there's a set of railroad tracks behind the motel! And those tracks are used every couple of hours; and because there's a crossing close by, that train has to sound its LOUD hour, right?
The room was clean, but no breakfast in the morning. They use to, but then COVID. So you've got to hunt down a restaurant that's not close by. The rate for the room was halfway reasonable, so no complaints there.

We called at 8am to see if we could check in early around 11-11:30 and was told yes well we get there right at 11 and was told no we couldn’t check in early to come back later that evening so we had to take the kids and find something to do for a few hours even though we was already exhausted from driving a couple hours with kids but we figured it out well we came back about 2:30-2:45 and checked in for it too start raining as we just got in the room and not even 5 mins we was in the room it starts flooding in the room! The door, the air conditioner, the windows water was going all over the floor, we put several towels down to help keep the water away from the beds! We told the front desk and was told someone would come look at it but they never did, we didn’t get to change rooms half our money back or anything. Definitely not worth the $91 for 1 night. thankfully we only stayed one night! I 100% do not recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for a lower price do to doing a bunch of trips. Stayed one night|Pleasant surprise. ||Rooms were clean. They were about the size one would expect. They had everything find in other hotels - desk, fridge, microwave, etc. ||Looks like it had been renovated in the last few years. Furniture was on very good shape, new caulking in bathtub. |Surprising was a new wood style floor. No carpet. I liked it. It added a very nice touch. Think about this in terms of foot warmth.||The drapes were worn and the bed was basic. ||I would definitely use it again.

Clean, clean, clean. I always like being able to leave a positive review. The staff were friendly and helpful. I left a very expensive piece of medical equipment behind and the staff called before I was 5 miles away. What can I say it was a great stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Google kinda lied about the Continental breakfast cause there was just waffles and oatmeal to eat but normally when I go to a more sophisticated hotel with actual CB I shoot for the waffles anyway. It was just unfortunate there was no milk. But overall for a low budget hotel it’s definitely worth it. Would recommend.

We stopped at this location, on our way to see family in NC. The first room we were given, the mattresses were ripped along the sides, so my husband requested a different room. The new room seemed ok in the dark, as we arrived pretty late at night. We did notice that the safety chain was missing when we locked the door. When we got up the next morning is when we found everything pictured. Housekeeping obviously didn't clean the bathroom completely as there was a used bar of soap & empty shampoo bottle on the shelf already. The carpet felt sticky under our feet throughout the room. The mattresses need to be replaced, as the roll you to the middle, showing how worn out they are. I would have expected better, especially for 5he price we paid for the room. We stayed at a Holiday Inn the night before, spent less and had a way better experience. We will be avoiding this location from now on with our cross country trips to visit family!!

Staff was very friendly, and room was somewhat updated. Very few vending machines, and what was there was broken or empty, and nothing within walking distance. Breakfast extremely disappointing, only honey buns and oatmeal, and no juice or milk, only hot drinks which is not appealing on a hot August morning.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and will be much better once all the old carpeting is finally removed and replaced with the hard flooring throughout.
Unfortunately the ice machine was not working as it should.

We stayed at the Econo Lodge in Marion, Virginia for a couple of nights in July 2023. The hotel is dated, but well-maintained. Our King room was very clean. It had a couch, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. We were placed on the back-side of the building, which seems to be the non-smoking section. We didn’t hear any highway noise, but we did hear the freight trains roll by at around 5:30 AM every morning. The back side of the building faces the train tracks, which are only about 450 feet away. The hotel serves coffee and packaged honey buns in a small dining area adjoining the front desk. There are numerous fast food restaurants serving breakfast near the hotel. We recommend this Econo Lodge for its good value and clean accommodations.

This place is everything I need in a motel. A clean comfortable bed, a clean shower with decent water pressure and an HVAC unit that works properly. All at a fair price in todays market. Did not make use of the breakfast provided. Appeared to be sweet rolls and coffee. Not my thing but I don’t expect more than that from a budget motel. I must emphasize how clean the place is.

Accessible single queen room had adequate space but the bed was hard, the WiFi didn't connect to Internet and there was no receptacle in the bathroom near the sink and mirror - there was one outside the bathroom where there was a shallow counter and another mirror. During the night there was a plumbing leak upstairs and in the morning water was dripping from the ceiling onto our belongings on the counter and the floor was wet. I asked if they would comp the room charge for the night for all the problems we had with the water but they only refunded 50%.

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
