We hired Juan's Handyman Service to complete a couple of projects around our house. Juan scheduled the work right away and finished quickly. The results are beautiful. Juan and his crew treated our property with respect, cleaning the work site each evening. I plan to use Juan's Handyman Service for all my future home repairs and improvements. I recommend them without reservation.

Juan's Handyman Services crew did an amazing job on replacing my exterior siding and trim. They arrived on time and were very professional. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and the result of their work is amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about Juan and his work. Juan and his company removed a load bearing wall between my dining room and kitchen. Over the course of five days, they completely transformed the space. Because the wall was load bearing, Juan and his company had to put a steel beam in place, replace dry wall, paint, and change electric fixtures. They were so incredibly professional, respectful, and the work is beautiful. You will be lucky if you have work in your home done by this company!

Juan and his crew just practically rebuilt my rotting deck in one afternoon. My bottom handrails were loose, and I had 12 rotting joists under my Trex deck! They dismantled the deck and replaced the rotting boards, then reinstalled the Trex to save me money! On top of that, I mentioned I had a leaking gutter downspout above that deck, and they repaired it at no addition cost to me. The job site was spotless when they finished, and they put back all our heavy patio furniture and rehung our porch swing without being asked to do so. Do not hesitate to hire this company! They are totally professional and very reasonably priced. I will be calling them again, definitely!

As a decorator I have used many contractors over my 40+ yrs. and Juan’s Handiman Services far exceeded my expectations. His work is superior and his workers polite, kind cleaned up each day before leaving… showed up everyday 7:30 am and left 5-6 pm. Complete Reno of my shower and screened porch! They did all the work required to complete the job! 10 stars plus!

This company is top notch! They replaced all of my flooring along with several other projects. The workers are all very careful and talented. Juan even repaired some pre-existing issues in my house that were not in our agreement without me asking him to do so. Update just did a repair at another property. We had a condensation leak in the ceiling and they repaired the aftermath. They did such a good job texturing the ceiling to match. The paint I provided and is wet for context.

The team from Juan’s Handyman did a great job on repairs to our chimney!! The woodpeckers had been making holes for years before we bought our house. We repaired the entire outside of the chimney and it now looks like new!! We especially liked the safety precautions taken by the team. Juan did an excellent job with several projects (replacing trim on windows, fixing ceiling cracks and repainting & installing new attic stairs). I would highly recommend his services. I didn't know the process of hiring a contractor could be this smooth, fast and efficient. I emailed Juan on a Saturday asking whether he'd be willing to give me a quote on three projects (replacing railings on a short set of outdoor stairs, replacing stairs on a deck, and replacing some fascia on our roof), thinking he'd respond sometime the following week. He emailed back within 6 minutes and asked if I was around so he could stop by. He showed up in 30 minutes (this is partly luck--he was in the neighborhood), and had what he needed within an hour. I had a completely reasonable quote before the end of the day. We agreed to hire him on Monday, and he and his team let me know they would be there on Thursday. they worked from 8 to 5 and finished all three projects beautifully. (From first email contact to jobs done in 5 days!!) They went above and beyond with the deck stairs, in particular. Originally, the stairs just dumped you on a narrow bit of muddy ground. Juan's team built, without my asking them to, a lovely little stone landing area. Incredibly efficient, excellent work. Juan's Handyman will, from now on, be our go-to for any household project. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Juan came to my house and gave an estimate. Same day I agreed to price. He then proceeded to order the supplies. He did a complete removal of my siding and replaced with new. Also did replacement windows and installed air vent on the foundation. He installed new gutter and trimmed all the windows and doors. The weather, snow and ice, came the day he was to start. He reached out and kept me informed of when they would start. Two days was all they couldn’t work due to weather. My job was complete in a week!! My house looks amazing. Juan was so easy to work with and his work was amazing and right on time. I would highly recommend his services!

They took care to ensure everything was cleaned up along the way, and they were very careful about removing and restoring the glass. Juan gave me an estimate to do some repairs to my home and once finalized was quick to put me on his schedule to complete. Juan and his crew did a great job on a long list of general repairs to my In-laws house in Williamsburg. When I called him, there was a part of the garage roof shingles that had blown off in a wind storm. He and his crew were on-site in less than an hour, to fix it and completed all the repairs over the next few days.

Juan and his crew did a beautiful job replacing our wood deck boards and railings with maintenance free PVC and vinyl materials. They screened the deck, installed two dog doors, and built a deck extension. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. He and his crew worked hard and finished the project in two days. Juan and his crew were beyond AMAZING from start to finish and clearly exceeded all expectations! He and his crew removed a buckling ceiling, identified moisture/condensation that needed correction, and reinstalled a new tongue and groove ceiling in my daughter's bedroom...The craftsmanship is gorgeous and the paint added the perfect touch! I had been looking for months for a team to work on the exterior of my 1984 house. I feel lucky that I came across Juan's Handyman Services. Juan quicly replied to my inquiry and gave me a vary reasonable quote. To my surprise, he was able to start the work in a few days. He, and his team completed the work in record time. And their work was excellent! I will be hiring them again next spring to redo my very large, old, barn. I highly recommend Juan and his team.

We used Juan’s Handyman Service to redo our screened porch and some interior carpentry. They arrived at 7:30 a.m. and worked till 6:30 p.m. finishing the job in just one day. Another contractor said it would take 3 days and, on top of that, that contractor was more than $2000 higher. The crew was professional, courteous, and hardworking. We couldn’t be happier with the result—our dilapidated screen porch is now a polished place to relax. Also, the interior carpentry was very high quality. I just hired Juan for an interior remodeling of my home. Juan, and his team, did the framing, eletrical, flooring, drywall, painting, and finishing work on this project. They created two closets, finished a bedroom, and created a hallway to the new bedroom.

Juan has a ton of positive reviews on google but I cannot tell you enough how deserving he is of those positive reviews. Not only was Juan's work top notch but his communication was awesome. He would check in every day after his workers came to check on how i felt about the progress and design and was willing to modify the original design for a more functional one halfway through.

His pricing is competitive and he is extremely fair and reasonable to work with as unforseen issues arise.

Juan answered the phone immediately when I called. He came to my home the same day, in the rain, to look at my gutter concerns. Within a few days he came and fixed my concerns and did a wonderful job, to include replacing the rotted wood with pvc as well as flashing so the problem would not happen again. Juan’s put new siding on the front of our office building. They were very professional, neat, and did a great job! The price was reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone looking for handyman repairs.

Feb.8 and 9th-he was very responsive in helping with leak in the bedroom ceiling came immediately the next day. Work was of high standard and able to then fix outside roof trim boards the following day after ceiling repair. His team is of good quality workmanship. Juan and his crew did power washing, exterior painting, caulking, replacing some rotten wood, deck repair, gutter cleaning, installing a new drainage ditch for me. Juan is very responsive, prompt, professional, thoughtful, ethical and talented. He was a pleasure to work with and the work of his team was of the highest quality. I am looking forward to working with Juan again in the future. He is one of the best!
update October 3, 2023: I have used Juan's handyman for two other services since this review, and each time I have been completely pleased with the results. This last time they stained my dock and stairs and did some small plumbing repairs. Juan is always so responsive, dependable, and does great work.
