Highest recommendation for Phil at Reign Restoration. Living in an old house, we’ve had to call him 3 times (flooded basement, and burst pipes in attic and bathroom). He’s responded quickly, remediated the extensive water damage, explained and assisted us through the insurance process, and handled the renovation. Our last water damage occurred while we were out of the country. In our absence, Phil attended immediately, installed dehumidifiers and plastic barriers, and monitored for mold. We could not have been in better hands!

A roof leak happened to my property last year December, Reign Restoration came and stop the leak. Moreover, they charge much lower fee comparing to the other restoration company that I dealt with before. I will definitely recommend this company, hope more company can do business with profession and good faith, especially in this industry.

We were provided Phil’s name as a highly-regarded reference from a family member when our laundry room sink overflowed across multiple floors. His personal service was exceptional in every way. He was prompt, detail-oriented, personable and patiently explained his investigation and remediation steps. He installed a dehumidifier and industrial fan to dry out the area, and then came back to confirm everything was a-okay. Phil and his team would unequivocally be my first call in any such situation going forward, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were so lucky to have Phil Luhmert come to our assistance last Friday. It was late in the day yet he still offered to come to our home (an hour away) to attend to a mold problem we had in our en-suite. He cleaned it out using eco and environmentally friendly products, then set up a dehumidifier and we let in run for 3 days. Today, Phil came to pick up the machine, retested our en-suite and demonstrated that the mould problem was gone. Phil is very personable and pays a lot of attention to the details. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs them - and he would be the first person I would call if I had any further problems arise!

Phil’s knowledge of every facet of home construction and restoration is very apparent when he explains what needs to be done. Phil will only complete a job the right way. He is prompt, courteous and makes sure that the job is done to the satisfaction of his clients. He called and texted me personally to make sure that I was satisfied with the work of his crew.

Phil is a genuine person and really went the extra mile for me. Very responsive. Easy to deal with. Nobody is ready to deal with a major leak in their house and when you’re reaching out to find somebody to come help immediately, it’s not as easy as you think. Phil was on the ball, at my house and cleaning up the mess in no time at all. He has pretty good patience and is pretty tolerant in tough situations. Straight forward.

The work is almost done here and I can’t wait to see the finished product. So far pretty great with just the painting to go.
