Efrain did the gutters on my home a few years ago and I recently called him back to add gutters to my patio addition. He showed up on time, is professional and his prices are affordable. I highly recommend Efrain for all of your gutter needs.

Had an emergency with some of my old gutters in my home. Efrain came within a timely manner examined what needed repair and gave me a quote. Very reasonable prices for labor and supplies. You can tell this guy knows his craftsmanship he did not try to upsell my anything repaired exactly what was needed. Ended up calling him back to repair siding in my home and he did a great job. Will be recommending him to my family and friends.

EC Siding and Roofs, owner/ran by Efrain, is an excellent source for repairs. He noted reasonable repairs to my home after the hurricane tore the carport off one edge of the roof. Power wash, fascia, caulking, gutters, downspouts and trim. Wouldn't take any pre-payment. Responsive to phone calls and texts.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Efrain is the most conscientious worker I have ever met. His attention to detail is amazing. I missed some things other workers had done (or not done) with my roof or gutter spouts, and he pointed them out and even fixed them too! He is not an alarmist, but treated my house like it was his or his family. He was very fair with price, he is neat and tidy always cleaning up after each day. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I wish there were more people like him, it would make home projects less daunting. His attitude is friendly and eternally positive. Always looking to the possibility of a better future for all of us. We were soooo lucky to find him! His specialty is siding but he can almost any home improvement job and better than others who charge much more! I highly recommend Efrain and EC Siding.!

Efrain Cero helped restore my home after Hurricane Ian. He not only restored it, but made it more sound and more attractive with expert re-siding and rebuilding a deck railing for me. He also installed trellis work around the basement level of the house.
His work is meticulous; he is prompt with completing the work in a timely way; and any debris was thoroughly cleaned up and/or removed. He is a conscientious and honest person who provides excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend him.
