Our home sustained siding damage from a winter storm, and my wife met with Mike at Central Mass Roof Restorations. Mike was very responsive and designed a decorative siding accent, which repaired the damage and enclosed our outdated gable vents. He also installed new shutters and window boxes which tied in the color scheme of our recently renovated deck, giving our home a complete makeover. He and his team member Scott were professional from start to finish, finishing their work promptly, and expertly. Mike showed great attention to detail, his work is of the highest quality. Scott completely cleaned up our yard, meticulously checking for any old siding nails.We received many compliments from neighbors and passersby, immediately after Mike finished the project and we are so very happy with the charm that his design brought to our home. We simply couldn't be any happier!

Mike and his crew went far above and beyond the entire time they worked on my home. I had my roof replaced and rake overhang extensions put on and they knocked it out of the park. They were very professional and courteous and made sure to communicate with me almost hourly on the status of the project. If you want the absolute best quality work done at a reasonable price give them a call. They even leaf blowed my whole yard and garden beds to make sure all the nails and debris were picked up and nothing was left behind.

As a long time homeowner, it's easy to be become cynical and disillusioned with contractors and home improvement professionals. This time however, we found ourselves thoroughly impressed with the service, communication, and outcome of the experience. Our roof needed a LOT of work, something i knew from flying my own drone over the house a few times. During the work we received texts and pictures of the progress as well as an enlightening education on the process of maintaining antique roofs such as ours.

It's already a given this will be the company we deal with for as long as we own a home in the area. Can't recommend enough.

I highly recommend Central Mass Roof Restoration. Mike and his team were unbelievable! He works on your house like he would on his own. They did my roof with 30-year shingles and installed a metal roof on my front porch. Both look great. If that wasn't enough, I had a leak that was 3 years in the making from my siding which was leaking through my porch roof. He took apart the siding and found the leaking problem after many others couldn't find or fix it. He wrapped it up with all the proper materials and flashing to stop that issue immediately and put brand new siding on the front of my house the correct way. Now it looks great and there is no more leaking, effectively ending a stressful situation for my family. I can't say enough about Mike, he went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. Also, he was very affordable and cost effective to what others would charge. Look no further everyone. If you want it done right, at an affordable cost, go to Mike. You will be very happy you did. Extremely professional crew that leaves job site as clean as when they arrived. There was a sense of urgency to repair my roof leak and he understood the importance of the repair to my family and I. Mike was more than timely with his communication and scheduling of my services. Mike was on time for the estimate, and took the time to explain his findings to us. He took photos to document these findings. Cost was amongst the most reasonable we were able to find in the area, and not at the expense of quality by any means. Mike talked through the various options for shingle providers and the benefits of each. The day of installation went extremely smooth/easy. The property was actually in a more clean state when the team finished cleanup/left than the property was before their arrival. Mike also provided photo documentation/ updates on real time of how the installation was going. Lastly it was comforting to hear at the end of installation that if we have any issue at all that he is only a call away. We cant say enough about Mike and his team. They were right on point for quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and most of all communication. We found Mike on Angi, he responded same day and saw us same day. We were thrilled as our prior contractor was non-existent with communication and kept putting us off. Mike addressed what was asked plus more, suggested great minor changes that made a big difference in look and future performance. We had communications throughout planning, throughout doing the job and afterwards. Believe me, we valued that tremendously. There were pictures throughout the process and a beautiful job done. Mike and his team are awesome. When I initially met with him, he was honest and told me the roof only needed repair. I decided to do a total replacement, no one could have done a better job. Our Condo Association had a roof that was 36 years old, so we decided that it was time to replace it. After getting several quotes, we decided to go with Central Mass Roofing. This was the first quote that we received, and Mike encouraged us to get more quotes and do some research before making a decision. The proposal he gave us was very thorough and included everything that would be done, information about permits and insurance, as well as warranties. On top of the manufacturers warranty, they also offer a ten year workmanship warranty. They were very helpful with answering any questions that we had and with trying to help us keep the budget down, without sacrificing the quality of the work. In order to get the work done quickly for us, they even worked on the weekend. He estimated that it would be a two day job, but heard that it may rain on the second day, so he brought in a second crew to get the job done on time. While they were here, they were very careful about moving and covering things to protect our property and they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. While they were on the roof, they sent us pictures of what they were doing and the progress that they were making to show that they actually do everything that they promise to do. On top of that they even cleaned our gutters and attached them better than they were,
as well as other little extras at no additional charge. They want everything that is touching the roof to be perfect. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I'm sure that I forgot to include some of the reasons why they were so wonderful in this review. Unfortunately, I don't know how to add any of the pictures.

Michael explained everything thoroughly and listened intently. He closely monitored the work. Adam and Kevin did a super job on repairing and rebuilding my chimney, fixing some slate and painting a dormer. And the price was right. In addition, because of the professionalism of the first job, I rehired them to line a flue in the chimney. Mike gave me a price well within my budget and in an acceptable time frame. And in spite of unexpected costs and a rainy beginning, they charged no extra and finished right on time. CMRR is simply the best.

We have a 200 year home. They Took down and patched a venting chimney that was clogged on a very high (3 story)slate roof. Guys were great, professional and personable! Every bit of debris (and there was a lot) was picked up, raked and swept clean. At one point I even heard Mike say “watch out it’s landing in their flower pots”… never have I heard that level of concern from a contractor! I highly recommend when choosing a roofing company! You won’t be disappointed!

Mike and his crew are great. My house needed a lot of work. Mike’s team replaced the roof, fixed all the damage caused by years of water leaking from an improperly sealed chimney, and replaced all the trim boards on the corners of the house. The work was very professional. We had quotes from a few contractors, and Central Mass had the best quote and the best work timeline. The work was completed on schedule and even came in slightly under the quoted price. I highly recommend Central Mass roof restorations. They are much more that just a roofing company.

We hired CMRR to replace our roof. We were so impressed by the professionalism, communication, and workmanship, we hired them to replace our vinyl siding. (They do it all) Being an old house, there were lots of surprises hiding under the old siding. But Mike and crew tackled the tough job on time, on budget, and it came out great! Michael and his crew repaired and replaced the siding in my house. Then powerwashed the complete house. They did an excellent job. Very professional but with a personal attitude., friendly attitude.
