Just saw the 2 star review as I was looking up their number to get another building from them. We have a shed and really like it AND the whole transaction was handled professionally as was the setup.

They don’t seem to like you paying your lease off early. I purchased a building and paid it off in 10 months. When I called to get the pay off the lady’s reaction on the phone was quite funny. An awkward silence, then slight stuttering, followed by our Finance Person needs to call you back. Two days later I got the call. Apparently she had time to compose herself before calling me as she was very friendly. In short they don’t seem to do well with early. pay offs. But the initial call was hilarious.
