I was heading home to NY when I thought one of my tensioner belts were shot. Called up their Emporia location since they were close to see if they could take a look. They were super busy and only had one mechanic in the shop, but they made time to look at it anyway. Thankfully it was just my A/C belt causing the problem, so they took it off without any issues or charges. 10/10 service. They really care about people there.

To whom it may concern, I recently went into your Leete Tire location in Emporia VA. I had recommended this shop to my daughter because of one of your service writers, David Pennington. He is an asset to your company. However, Michelle Pluta is a piece of work. We went in on June 5th (I believe) to purchase brand new tires. I walked to the counter, she never greeted me, just looked up at me like I was bothering her. I said we're here for the 10am appointment, Rodriguez. She sharply said "KEYS"! and held her hand out. My daughter handed her the keys she never said thank you, it will be however long, you can't have a seat. NOTHING.
My daughter also needed an alignment, which couldn't be done that day due to a tech being out. So we were rescheduled by David for the following Thursday June 13th. My boyfriend went with her this time, same thing happened. No speaking, just demanded keys. He even questioned me if she was that rude to me. Yes, she was.
She has absolutely no business in customer service. We spent 1000.00 with this particular Leete tire. I personally had gotten a quote from David on a set of 4 new tires for my vehicle. Another 1000.00. BUT we will take our business elsewhere. I do not need that kind of treatment when going in to purchase anything. We drove an hour to spend the money with that Leete because of David. But will never recommend it again because of the treatment Michelle gave. We will take our business elsewhere. Seriously think about who you have in position for your customer service. She's not it.

David! hands down one of the most personable service writers I've had the pleasure of meeting. I didn't catch the tech's name who was helping us try to find a replacement tire for a broken belt on one of mine. Spectacular service! over and above the call of duty and helped me locate a shop that had the tire I needed to get back on the road!

The worst place to go. I had an appointment at 4pm today. Waited until 5 still didn’t get to me and then I asked how much longer and was told we are not going to be able to get to you today their guy was not staying late. I informed them I was coming from Midlothian, Virginia. I got I’m sorry he’s not going to do it today. The worst!!!!

Quick scheduling of appointment- good follow through in the diagnosing and handling of my tire issue - will definitely be a repeat customer-

I stopped in for a tire issue on my sons car. They were super helpful! They didn’t have the tire so they found it at another location and changed the bad one to a spare so we could go get it. I highly recommend them!!

I dropped off before appt time and was called within a few hours it was ready. Staff was friendly. Dissapointed they couldn't program my new valve stems to my truck. But I was told ahead of time it may not be possible.

Was traveling from carolina to virginia and got a flat tire. I found Leetes and they took care of me and got me back on the road in about 30minutes. Thank you so much for saving the day! -Tanasha

The staff were very concerned that I had a total of 6 nails in my tires. Since I was traveling from out of town, they took my vehicle in very quickly to replace 1 tire & repair 2 tires. Everyone was very pleasant even though their a/c was broken. Highly recommend this garage!

Needed an inspection. I don't have time to wait in line for 3 hours so I made an appointment for that same day. They get your vehicle right in the inspection area. Don't have to stand around and wait because the waiting area is large with television, a/C. Even a cup of coffee if you want it! I recommend this shop!
