I got to know the crew at EA construction very well over the course of a six month remodel and addition to my Folly beach cottage. From framing and finishing to windows and siding, their team was always fast and efficient while putting a high level of finish and attention to detail. I have referred them to several friends for other projects, large and small.

EA Construction began renovating my 1965 era home in November 2023. They began by replacing a deck, painting exterior of entire house, and moved inside last August. They have completely remodeled two bathrooms, upgraded the master bedroom, living room, dining room, entry hall and den thus far. Their work is beyond exceptional. But what has impressed me even more is their honesty, courtesy, dependability. I can truly say we haven't disagreed on anything, communication is outstanding, I mention it one time and it happens, and I trust the entire crew. If I had not met Eric, I would not be taking on this project. Eric and Mel and his entire team have made this project a wonderful experience. Margaret W.

Eric, his brother Mel, and their team have provided excellent work on several projects for me. The most recent was the removal of vinyl siding and residing with concrete board. Their pricing has been very fair and competitive. I have been impressed with the quality of their work and the communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend giving these guys an opportunity on your next project.
