I had this great pleasure to have Dworak Construction replace my house and garage roof today. Kris and his team are the best! Extremely professional, reliable, accountable, friendly and flexible! I was a little picky and demanding client…but it is not a problem for Kris. He was very patient, understanding, flexible and agreeable to all my requests and last minute changes. His patience stood up for me very much and made me feel comfortable. His communication is also something which brought up my attention. Very responding to all massages within minutes.
Kris came personally before work began to assure everyone and everything is ok. His team is very neat, clean and organized. Upon returning home from work, roof was finished (as planned) and there was no sign of mess. I couldn’t even find one debris around the house or garage. Even my next door neighbor complimented their workers as far as noise and cleanliness.
I HIGHLY recommend Dworak Construction! You will not be disappointed! We have the most beautiful roof in my neighborhood!

As life would have it, our insurance did not cover roof replacement. Dworak Construction was 4th company that we got a quote from. And it was the best! Best price for the shingles we wanted, lots of great advice what's worth the money and what isn't. They were here a week within us signing the contract and did it in one day. The weather has been challenging, but they caught a window of no rain, sent in extra crew, and got it done. They finished with very thorough cleaning of all the debris. I had a great experience with DWORAK Construction. Chris and his team were extremely professional and prompt. Chris went above and beyond! He first inspected our existing roof, and he was present when insurance adjusters showed up and helped with the claim process. He explained everything thoroughly about the process and made very reasonable recommendations for a replacement so we wouldn’t bump into any unexpected surprises. The roof replacement was completed in the time frame he said it would be done. They cleaned all the area and disposed of all the debris before they left. Thank you very much Chris! He arrived, checked out the roof, he seemed honest, explained all the details, recommended some repairs like bathroom vents fixed, clean the gutters. They arrived, did the work fast and clean.
