Where to start, first, I am not one for sales people. However, 5/26/25 I was greeted by Jose Morono, he was polite and was very personable. Again, I am not for sales people, however, he spoke about D&V as a superior company and boy was correct. The entire process from start to finish only took 1.5 weeks. I am talking from the estimate, to the inspection with both insurance adjuster and D&V inspector. Insurance sent D&V the claim and they worked out a start date. D&V even paid my $500 deducible. I literally paid NOTHING!!!! Sure I've paid my fair share of insurance so I feel as though I was due, but when I tell you from initiating, to planning, to execution to closing!!! A++++ Did I forget to mention Jose and his team were available to answer any questions I had and arranged for my 52 solar panels to be removed and reinstalled - again at no charge to me!!! Honestly, I am still pinching myself because this was too good to be true. EVERYTHING JOSE said was his word! I have already recommended D&V to 3 people. Lastly, the installers were a well oiled machine - it was like watching an orchestra, except their tools were nail guns and good ole hard work. They showed up at 5:30am and finished by 2pm and cleaned up EVERYTHING!!! I am OCD when it comes to service and labor and these guys work!!! Hands down, this was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. When your dealing with 30K plus worth of work, you want it to be right!! The roof was perfect and actually made my house look polished. Kudos to Jose, the install team, and everyone at D&V - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The in-office staff was very helpful with interacting with me and my insurance company which relieved me of a lot of stress. The roofing professionals were just that--professionals and very qualified. My new roof looks beautiful and I'm very satisfied with it. D&V Roofing. My roof sustained significant damage from a strong hailstorm, so they replaced the entire thing. I decided to give them a call after reading some of their reviews because I didn't know who to call. They are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with, so I'm very glad I did. I was never left in the dark as David and his team took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. walked me through the process of filing an insurance claim, answering all of my questions. About two years later, during another severe storm, a tree from my neighbor's yard fell onto my roof. The D&V team, including David, Eric, and the others, were working hard on my behalf and exceeding my expectations once more. This is the one company you need to call if you need roof work or repairs! I had a great experience working with D and V Roofing. They were very professional and thoughtful of my gardens. They suspended tarps from the roof edge that extended beyond the edge of the flower beds, thus,, protecting them. I truly appreciated that. A former headmaster of mine always said that one could judge the quality of a construction crew by how clean they maintained there site. This they did. I’m very pleased with my new roof and I would highly recommend them without reservation!

Five attempts from salesmen at my door in one day, even after telling the first I was not interested. Also harassed a guest of mine that was getting out of their car in my driveway not even two minutes after telling them I was not interested. Will never use this company

D&V installed exterior shutters for me and did a fabulous job; they look great. They quoted a very reasonable price and came in on budget. They arrived on time, were courteous and finished up quickly. No drama! The office staff was excellent too -- quick to respond to my inquiries, knowledgeable and nice to deal with. I plan on hiring them again for a few other projects I've been putting off. Glad I found D&V!

This is the best roofing company, the people are freindly and punctual. I have had issues with my roof for a while. They came through showed me the issues and completely corrected them. They were fast, clean and did an excellent job. I recommend them, they are awesome an I couldn't be happier.

Had them fix the back half of my leaky roof and inner ceiling. They did a great and quick job on both parts! My only problem is how long it took to get the crew out. It took 6 months from the original request for them to come out and fix everything because they wanted my insurance company to clear the front of my roof for replacement as well when it was still in good condition. The insurance company denied them 3 times and I said 3 times to just do the job that they paid for but we were continuously ignored. Would of given 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

I feel very Blessed to have had the experience of dealing with D&V Roofing. Everything from appraisal, to job completion, and payment, went very smoothly. I was very pleased with everything that everyone did. They handled everything, and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Plans, dates, times, information that I needed to know prior to the work crew coming to do the work. They worked all day in the extreme heat and did a Beautiful Job on my roof!! It looks amazing!!!!!! Zulmi was always very pleasant on the phone. No matter when I called she was always very sweet and helpful. My calls were answered in mins. I honestly thought that I was a pain, but she remained calm and sweet, always!! The roofing crew was very nice as well. Hard workers, they worked well into the evening in the horrible heat, over 12 hours, and everything was finished and my entire yard cleaned!! Amazing work, Amazing Staff and Amazing Company!!

the company was very easy to deal with and Steven was able to walk through everything with me and my insurance company. they were able to get my roof done and also repair the interior where the ceiling was starting to fall down. i would definitely use them again.

The office staff are somewhat difficult to deal with and made several mistakes during the process but the crew manager and his crew were excellent , kept the project focused, and honestly, I could not find a reason the day after the roof was replaced to flunk them… not even a single stray nail in the yard… The roof crew and manager were top notch and made the entire experience bearable and I can’t say enough good things about the crew that replaced my roof.

D&V Roofing is a superb company. The rep was very professional and clearly presented our roof repair options and provided really helpful information on dealing with our insurance company. The workers who came out were prompt, very hard working and courteous. The company went beyond our expectations by replacing several pieces of plywood and some edge boards that most companies probably would have left in place. Great experience!

This company is amazing!! Marcus and David’s team is unmatched and they make the insurance process simple. They were able to get my families roof replaced and also all the plywood underneath fully covered by insurance and my aunts deductible was only 500$.

Those guys they are really professional, I had storm damage and only I had to pay was deductible, they did guide me with my insurance company even when they denied my claim.
