We live in a world today when people are not honest and fair in their business dealings. They don’t do what they say they are going to do.but, God has people with a mind to do right in his sight and I believe by my personal experience with the owner of Dunlap roofing that he and his company is one that desires to do so. He gave me the lowest bid on the job and done a great job. His crew was very knowledgeable of what they were doing. They done a wonderful job of cleaning up after the job. Dunlap Roofing came out and gave me a quote on replacing my old metal roof. My old roof was installed wrong by the previous owners. Dunlap came out and replaced my roof and the wood decking underneath as well. Very happy with my new roof and piece of mind that it was installed by a professional.

I hired Dunlop Roofing to replace my roof and wile they was doing the roof, they damaged multiple things on my house.
My yard and landscaping
Drip edge on my roof
Dented my gutter and downspouts
Installed flashing over my stone work crooked.
Screwed holes in my awnings
Left screws and nails and trash in my yard.

They replaced one piece of gutter and a downspout and repaired the damage in my yard and did not repair any of the other damage they did and Joey said they were not going to repair the other things they damaged.

I’ve never done business with a company that expects the customer to pay for damages they caused.
Would not recommend Dunlop Roofing to anyone.

It started off very well with Dunlap Roofing, Inc. Everyone is really pleasant and eager to want to help. Dunlap came out to our house to check a leak on our roof, and they were not sure where the leak was coming from, they made mention to check the windows and to throw some water to see if that was the problem. Our house is extremely tall, and we don't have a long enough hose to get water out there. I called them to see if they could come out to see if they could help us with it. I was told they could and they did not know when as they are extremely busy at the moment. I totally understand how it is and told them to let me know when they could. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them, I had to continue to follow-up with phone calls. Finally, I had an appointment for today at 11:00 a.m. My husband took off of work and there was a no-call/no-show. I called and spoke to the gentleman that was supposed to be the one out there and it was like it was no big deal to him. I am extremely upset and had an unpleasant experience.

We were very pleased with the overall experience. They showed up on time and did a great job for a great price. They cleaned up everything before they left as well.

We learned about Dunlap Roofing via recommendations in our community’s listserve. We had a challenging & persistent roof leak on a 50+ year-old home. Dunlap Roofing figured out the source of the leak and resolved it. What most impressed us was Dunlap Roofing actually standing by its work. When the first repair didn’t resolve the entire issue, Dunlap Roofing returned until the leak didn’t.

Dunlap Roofing seemed organized and professional when providing an estimate. However, they took many shortcuts on our roofs and did not meet all the terms of our written contract. We will not use or recommend Dunlap in the future; we will be hiring someone else to fix shoddy, incomplete workmanship they left behind. Very disappointed.

Trence is a roofing pro. His craftsmanship trickles down to the crew as well. Top notch roofing company who knows how to install and knows what it should look like.
