We called many roofing/construction companies, and Beristain were prompt in calling us back. Due to the damage on our roof and inside damage, as soon as the rain let up, their people were here to tarp our roof, preventing further damage. This company is professional and I received many calls throughout the process. They were very patient with working with our insurance funds timing. Their crew did an excellent, professional job on our roof and it looks amazing! They cleaned up all the debris and came back days later to reinspect and ensure there were no issues. Awesome company and would recommend highly!!!

I worked with both Germain and Jacob in replacing our back deck, covering with new roof, replacing all gutters and replacing our front porch beams. I secured multiple bids and Beristain Roofing was awarded the job. They were quick to secure the materials and get started on the job. Very responsive to questions during the project and follow up after completion of project. We are completely thrilled with the work done and how it turned out. Had some roof damage after recent tornados in Clarksville TN. Called Beristain and a couple other roofing companies. Beristain gave the best estimate and did a great job with my roof. They were also prompt getting the job scheduled and complete.

I had Beristain Roofing replace the roof decking and shingles on my house and garage. They did a quality job in one day! Jacob was easy to work with on the deal.

Germain and his staff are amazing!! I compared some quotes around and they were cheaper than most, which had me hesitant about the quality of their work, but they were absolutely great. We are loving our new siding. Totally recommend them.

Germain and the staff at Beristain Roofing invested an extensive amount of time assisting me through a self-contracted home build; it’s never easy when you are working for an individual, that also owns the home - Germain was up for the task and helped me through the entire process.

Follow on contractors pointed out several missing steps, such as missing flashing for the siding, missing nailers in the celling for drywall and loose screws in the roof.

In addition an architectural overhang was not built on the south side of the house, even though it was clearly shown in t he plans.

After a few months one of the floor joists in the second floor started to bow and twist because it was not constrained properly.

Also, the roof has started to leak pretty severely because a piece of flashing was installed incorrectly in a roof valley.

I have called and texted the owners and salesman repeatedly about these problems. Two people have been out to look at the problems, but no one will come out to fix them even though they say someone will come out.

Currently the salesman will not answer my calls, or return my texts.
