It was my fault, I took the word of the company replacing my furnace when using this company. I paid double what my neighbors did and I still had to remove and replace all the vent covers (which apparently should have been incouded in the $600 fee to clean a 1400sq ft townhome). Plus both techs used my bathroom, which happens just seemed odd to not ask prior .
