We had such a great experience with DS 60. We needed the cap replaced on our roof. Not only did they provide a timely quote, they also gave us an idea of our roofs' current condition, how much longer it should last, and how much to budget to replace. We also had them look at a couple skylights that we thought might need replacing. They told us "they are in great shape, just the roof around has to be adjusted and some caulking." I so appreciated their honesty. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently and cleaned up everything afterwards. I cannot tell you how fantastic our experience was! Highly recommend.

Had no choice but to use this company because we are in a condo.The sliding doors and screen do not fit properly.Screen doesn’t close properly and according to the installers the doors are warped and do not seal.Getting cold in here! After repeated attempts through our property management he has contacted Dennis but still no one comes out.! Please beware and don’t use this company! I guess we will have to hire someone to come out and fix their mess and the property management is no help either!!

The skylight seal broke and cause roofing damage so I call this company to replace my roof. After the job was done two different place started leaking the side I called them which took them forever to fix and I had to go to there office and treaten legal action they came, then the back started leaking now they refuse to fix it. Worst roofing company in the area. They lied and took my that the water that is coming from the roof is a result of a missing dry vent cover on the side of my house. They are fools and think me as a customer is fool. I am advising you not to use this company. They refuse to fix my roof or the damages

Just replace my flat roof less than one year ago with cost over 12 Grand, the warranty and the conditions were amazing, and from the first rain, We had accumulating water in top of my roof and the water waves were captured just right after the installation, the leak in my office was only in couple spots but thanks for the DS 60, they mad my office full of rain and buckets are everywhere with every rain, they gave me all kind of excuses , one time they said the leak is coming from the HVAC unit, but and they requested $250 to visit us and check it , I prove them when we use the garden hose all over the roof without touching the HVAC unit and show them the leaks inside the office, and the second time there management send me a letter claiming the leak is coming from the attached building and somehow it finds itis way to the middle of my office. We have contacted the company for more one hundred times to fix the roof as it is still leaking, this company may know something but for sure the know nothing about roofing. Just stay away, stay away, stay away, if you require any more inf. Please contact me to show you all documents.

On time???? I've never gotten up after contractors arrived!! I came downstairs and they were already there and I said "you're early". They just chuckled and said "not today". There were three young men on my roof - on the hottest days so far - who were more than professional. They were very quiet - don't get me wrong, they were having conversations and laughs - but it seemed they were cognisant of their surroundings and things were kept low key. I've had roofers where I've got complaints from neighbours about language etc. Not these guys at all. My property is surrounded by a ton of foliage and these guys had so much extra to do - no bin - and you didn't hear a peep. I offered neck towels, 'no thanks ma'am, we're fine'. I never even realized when they left for breaks/lunch until I heard a hammer hit. When Frank came to quote, I threw a few things at him that I couldn't do and he and the guys took care of them - no questions asked. I even got my tree trimmed!!! Compliments from the neighbours starting coming the day they finished - that in and of itself should say a lot. Thanks guys - This is one contact I am not losing.

PS - Robert, the flashing on both levels looks awesome.

They returned my call within two hours [on a weekend no less] very nice to deal with but the lead time to do the simple shingle repair was a little long for me, but the replacement quote was reasonable.

Just wanted to post one of the worst experiences of my life. This has nothing to do with Allan, he does very good work. Had to have the crew back after installation, they "forgot" to install the trim work. Then my roof started to leak after 14 months, had to make multiple attempts before someone got back to me. They sent a crew out to fix it, they did a repair but it didn't fix the problem....the roof still leaks. I then made multiple attempts to contact, most of which generally went ignored. I was finally told that the repair was "to the manufacturer specifications ", but my roof is still leaking. I have since tried to call Dennis multiple times, he still hasn't returned my phone calls and my roof is still leaking. I just want to make people aware of this, do yourself a favor and find another company to help you.

Called me right away for a quote to do my roof. Sounded very nice on the telephone. Haven't called them back yet because of my situation but ,when I am able to get things together they will be my first choice . 5 stars for quick response and pleasant voice .

I Asked them to replace the eavesthrough of my house. Frank was here in 2 3 three days after I called him to give me a quote. he explained what need to be done as they needed to cut the extended fascia board. they start working on them two three days after I sign the contract with them. The work by itself took a day and half It took less than two weeks after the first call.

I required a small repair to my roof - replacing the ridge caps on 3 dormers and replacing the shingles on the hips of part of the roof. I called DS60 and was given a promise of an inspection and quote on the next business day. As promised, Tom came and inspected my roof using a drone. He was polite and professional. We discussed what I needed to be done, and the general condition of my roof. Tom assured me that DS60 could make the repair and sent me a written quote right away. I called to accept the quote, and was surprised to learn that the work could be scheduled the next day. As promised, a DS60 technician, Aaron, arrived and began work in the morning. He was polite and professional, and we discussed what needed to be done before he began to work. He took the initiative to solve an unforeseen problem to our mutual satisfaction. He was careful not to damage plants in our garden as he worked, and took away all the old shingles. Aaron repaired my roof expertly. Lynn from the office sent me an accurate invoice the next day. DS60 offered several payment methods, and Lynn processed my payment and sent me a receipt. At a time when so many have frustrating experiences, my experience with DS60, from my initial inquiry to payment, was excellent. Thank you to all at DS60!

They will collect deposit, won’t tell when they will do the job and they won’t come in probably 2 months. After paying the deposit, they showed up 2 months plus after, located where the leak was coming from, They promised to come back and never did till today. The job wasn’t completed till date. Horribly unreliable

Hired them to do my gutterguards. They did a great job and the employees were very nice and personable people. Gutterguards are doing their job so I couldn't ask for more.

No response to complaints. Last job they did for me was a disgusting mess. Sent text to supervisor & email to owner ,no reply from either one of them. The job was not done the way the supervisor explained to me. $ 3000.00 for a sub standard attempt at roofing..

Watched this company on 2 jobs in the neighbourhood. If you wanted a project completed in a reasonable period of time, I would not recommend this company. 31/2 weeks to replace a roof and over a month siding a house and the job is still not completed. Crew works no longer than 6 hours and spends most of the time sitting in their truck..Nice job but extremely slow.

From Frank's visit and accurate estimate to the finished service, our siding job was perfect . We strongly recommend the services of this company; fast, friendly, well priced and efficient. 5 stars plus.

Best roofing company I've ever came across. The 2 owners Dennis and Bonnie are the very respectful and reliable. I would suggest this company to anyone looking for an exceptional roof with responsible owners.

The team at DS60 was awesome! I had the unfortunate experience of hiring a roofing company last year to replace my entire roof, only to find out the job was done EXTREMELY poorly and without care which resulted in leaks in my roof. One year later, I have had the roof ripped off and redone by DS60 and the work has been great. Quick turnaround on the job, excellent clean up afterward and no leaking roof. While a frustrating experience with the previous company - it's been refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in their work and holds customer service in a high regard. Definitely recommend Frank and the DS60 team.

If I could I would set it at no stars. They have some great people working for them, however the female owner I spoke to was super unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was asked to pay for a deposit before the work even started. After that it was hard to reach them or getting anything started. Without making this a long story. They never came to do anything and fake tarped my roof in the mean time. I had to hire someone else to do the work and they did more work for the same price. Just be clear afrom this company. They take money and never do the work!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
We were promised one day service, good clean up and a 'large crew' and none of these promises were kept. Our garden was trashed and two weeks later were still cleaning the mess up! The 'large crew' was a crew of 3 workers who were so ignorant and left their lunch garbage and cigarette butts everywhere! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, even if its the lowest bid for prices it is not worth the headache dealing with them!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

We hired DS60 to replace our aging low slope roof and to also repair a leaking/dripping soffit. Met with Lowell Overton (Residential Estimator) who was very timely and professional. Lowell explained exactly what they would do with a written estimate (very reasonable) and the best products for our roof that would last for years to come. The work was done in a timely manner as well as the clean up. We are extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend them!...Thank You DS60, job well done!...peace of mind achieved

Due to all the recent storms, a leak developed in the roof gable. I had several estimates completed, what an eye opener. They ranged from 5-14 K. Gabe came out, inspected the ceiling in the house and actually went up on the roof to inspect it (the others hadn’t). He provided an estimate immediately and when he gave it to me, I said, “that’s it?” Tim and his partner Tim made the repairs. They were very professional, friendly and took extra care with safety and clean up. Two days later another crazy storm and it’s as dry as a bone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Frank took the time to come over and explain everything to me. He was on time, extremely helpful and honest. I am very impressed. You guys are definitely getting referrals from me. Great Job!

I hired DS60 to re-shingle my roof fall of 2018. They did an excellent job! They explained everything thoroughly and completed the work in a timely manner. Their pricing was very reasonable.

Everyone I dealt with from Tim to the office staff was courteous and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris after the work. I would absolutely recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

I had a small roof repair that required quick service. Upon calling DS60 Roofing and Siding I spoke with the owner, Bonnie, who was more than happy to set up an appointment to have the roof repaired. They even did a drive by first to analyze the problem. Within a week, Bonnie, had scheduled a time and date and the gentlemen arrived and willingly took care of the problem and reassured me that the problem had been taken care of. The workmen were very nice and answered all my questions.

I definitely would recommend DS60 Roofing & Siding for any future repairs and if and when I require a new roof I would call them for sure.
