Thomas was incredibly helpful from the start over the phone in explaining their services and costs, and was punctual in coming out to test for mold levels in our basement. The lab reports came back in a timely fashion, and luckily we did not find issues with our levels. Would definitely recommend them for work in the future!

We had an unexpected flooding of our basement recently. Ofcourse it happened in a weekend. We called Dry space restoration from the web. We did not know who to call. Thomas responded RIGHT AWAY! He came in a weekend sat with us and literally held our hands throughout the whole process. So patient and was so clear in explaining the whole process. He is an incredible guy!
Mark who came to do the work had some unexpected challenges to face. Did not wink an eye! Came at 7 am and worked till 7 pm ( yes! Very hard to find such guys anymore)

All I can say is that I am so GRATEFUL for Tom and Dry Space Property Restoration. On Tuesday (5/9) we turned on the hose for the first time and it must have froze & cracked over winter because the pipe burst and started pouring into our finished basement. We did not realize the leak for about 3 hours so there was a good amount of water in the basement and unfortunately in the only space in basement that had fairly new carpet.

I immediately called DrySpace, remembering them from a friend using them, and Tom was out in less than 1 hour with fans, extractor and got straight to work. His quick reaction and availability was key in being able to keep the damage to a minimum. We were able to save the carpet, and dry the drywall. Because of his quick reaction I was able to avoid making an insurance claim and keeping the overall repairs to a minimum. The pipe in our basement got clogged and the drain backed up which caused a big flood. We called DRY and they showed up immediately. Thomas and team did a great job with my basement water mitigation! My basement flooded the day after Thanksgiving so I had a hard time finding a company that would answer the phone let alone show up the day after a holiday. Dry Space came and set up all their equipment the same day. Thomas and Gus were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Thomas came out he same day I called. He explained the remediation process and I received the estimate the next morning. His crew was out the next day and the mold remediation was completed in three days.

Gus and his crew were great. We had a sewer line backup in the bathroom of our commercial building that caused some flooding. Gus from DRI was able to get a licensed plumber out to snake the pipe as well as having his team clean the water that was left over after the plumber left. They made sure everything was dry and sanitized before they left! I would definitely recommend them!

We needed a large amount of junk removed from our old office space and this company was amazing! They dropped off a very large dumpster at our building the night before and were scheduled to arrive the next day at 9:00AM. They were there at 8:55AM waiting to begin! What a breath of fresh air to see a company that actually arrives on time or in this case early! Their crew was strong, clean and efficient. They had to carry a bunch of large items from our basement and they didn't even break a sweat doing it. I was expecting it was going to take all day for them to get it done but they got it done in only 3 hours! The owner called us while his crew was still on the job and asked if we were satisfied with the work done before he released them from the job. We of course were and he said the dumpster would be removed from our parking lot by the end of the day. To our surprise after we came back from lunch it was already gone. Expectations were met and exceeded from start to finish! We will definitely use them again!

The sump pump at my parents home wasn’t working for at least 2 months before anyone noticed. The water build-up throughout the basement became like muck and sewage. Luckily we called Thomas from DRI. These guys really saved me when I listed my house for sale and mold was found in the attic upon inspection. This was a total shock to us.
