Citywide completed my kitchen remodel.
The owner (Brett) dealt with the insurance company, providing them with all necessary documentation to support my claim. All areas of the Installation went extremely well. The Project Manager Chris is an excellent communicator, and strategist, and the crew was attentive and punctual.
I appreciate the beautiful job that was done by City Wide.

Emergency:
Flood in my city, 3'6'' water and sewage in my basement. Citywide Restoration's response was professional and immediate. The job consisted of accomplished teams of specialists to demolish, design, remodel, rebuild and repair the damaged basement - including mitigation of asbestos under floor tile.

Due to Citywide Restoration's creative vision and excellent personnel the basement is once more a usable and a favorite space in the house! I give this business my highest recommendation!

We have utilized City Wide’s services when we had an electrical fire and when we experienced a flood in the lower level of our home. Both experiences initially felt overwhelming and devastating. When we contacted City Wide, it felt like we called a disaster concierge - in both instances they arrived immediately, creating an indoor/outdoor room in my kitchen where the fire began and spread, so we could still have a functional kitchen and not have to moved out. Their crews worked in a timely, professional, clean manner taking care of every aspect beautifully!! The contractors were kind, reliable, punctual and showed excellent craftsmanship. With the flood, same experience - within hours we had commercial fans and equipment to begin resolve and from the floors to the ceiling, we were so pleased with every aspect. We are grateful for City Wide during an especially stressful time - making it as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!

We have used Citywide Restoration several times over the year’s beginning in 2014. We had major flooding in the lower level of our home due to a sewer back up. They responded quickly, cleaned, sanitized, & removed all the contents. They also removed all contaminated construction materials and prepared the lower level for reconstruction. They are quick to respond, on the job until it’s done and follow up as necessary. They are excellent to work with, and we highly recommend their services. We would only use Citywide!.

Brett/Citywide are extremely diligent and professional. The project was performed being considerate of the Tenant’s hours and customers. The job site was cleaned every night, and the project was completed within the given budget and on time. In addition, I am kept up to date throughout each project. They make my life easier on any project they are involved in.

We had a plumbing line rupture and flood our office. Citywide responded very quickly and got the mess cleaned up. They took every precaution in the clean up and restoration.

I have used Citywide a couple of times now to get water out of my basement. Both times they showed up quickly with equipment and guys to start the drying process and remove what needed to be removed. Chris and Brett came back several times to check on the drying process, and once that was complete they promptly started putting things back together. They were prompt, professional and fully cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
