Dry Source Property Restoration

Very responsive and easy to work with! Our mattress was leaking fiberglass all over our room and they were able to help us out. They were very patient with me even though I changed my mind on what I wanted/needed help with about 2 or 3 times . They made a very stressful situation less stressful, and I’m very grateful for that. I would recommend them!

Quick to come out and get the job started before to much damage could be done. They were quick and efficient.

Terrance and Brandon came out the SAME day we called for a sewer that backed up. This is actually the second time we called them-which speaks volumes to their work. Both Terrance and Brandon were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The clean-up was sanitized and we were back up and running. Can't thank Dry Source and their crew enough!

The company makes the process of removing black mold easy for the home owner. They take care of everything in regard to this process and haul everything away th a t is contaminated. We are so pleased with the job they did for us.

We had a flood from a broken toilet intake that had run all night. It flooded both our upstairs and downstairs .Eli, Brandon and Terrance were very thorough, professional and helpful. They did an amazing job. It took 5 days of heat and dryers to get all the water out but they did it! Living in Deerfield, DS was there within 30 minutes.

We bought a home that had some known mold issues. Dry Source was able to come in and quickly get to work so we could move in on time. Steven, Eli, and Brandon were super knowledgeable in how to find the source of the mold so they know the correct amount of flooring and cabinets to remove to prevent the mold from continuing to grow. We feel at ease knowing they did the job, and it was done 110% to protect us from the issue returning. We'd recommend them!

Eli and Brandon came on a Sunday afternoon on short notice to help with sewer clean-up and removal of drywall. They have been back daily since to mitigate the damage. Only praise and thanks for their ongoing service!

Steven was amazing to work with, he answered every question I had, and he worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the coverage that was required. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable and let me know exactly what they doing, when they were doing it and why. A tree fell on my roof during a storm and left a dozen leaky holes. I called up Steven and he scheduled Eli and Brandon to come out the morning after I called. They took moisture readings, then set up industrial dehumidifiers to dry out my attic insulation and carpet and walls. They sucked all the insulation out of the attic and cleaned up the work site. Eli was my daily contact on-site and was fantastic, but everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. I highly recommend!

When the city sewer liner clogged, we got raw sewage into our basement-floor family room. After a plumber (Leslie from 1 Tom) tried to clear the pipes, and had to call the city so they would clear the actual sewer line, he called Dry Source for clean-up. Brandon and Terrence showed up within two hours and immediately got to work. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was a pleasure having them remove our sodden carpet and spray disinfectant. They had our rooms cleared the same afternoon. Their fans blew for three days to dry out our space and Brandon and Eli returned to check for moisture. We could not be happier with the service they supplied. Excellent crew, excellent service. Three weeks after previous review we had more work done by Dry Source. Today Peter came by and replaced the baseboards that had been contaminated/removed by Brandon and his crew. Again, the work done was excellent, Peter was friendly and informative, and everything looks great. All that's left is to get the new carpet and we're set. Thanks Dry Source -- excellent service!

Brandon and Eli were awesome. With experiencing water damage due to a leaky refrigerator for the first time, they were very responsive the minute we called, as they were out here within a few hours to diagnose the extent of the water damage and start the process of dehumidifying the damaged areas by removing the damaged flooring and setting up dehumidifiers.

Jesse and “B” did outstanding for the duration of this 120 unit four month abatement project. They met timelines, were flexible with working conditions, coached and guided other (myself included) on work aspects of the abatement and were punctual and efficient. An entirely and completely positive experience top to bottom.

We had a water loss affecting 4 rooms. The communication and work quality of the water loss mitigation was absolutely 5 star, A++. Very friendly and professional staff to work with. There was some issues with the build back that was not due to DrySource, yet DrySource kept up communication with me and resolved everything they could as quickly and professionally as they could! Wanted to give Brandon and Eli another shoutout for their great work! We had a flooded basement, and they were out prompt the next morning to start the drying process. They came out daily to check and adjust the fans, and talked through everything they were doing, and where we were at.

Once they were done, we went down to start taking inventory of the damage, and were amazed that they put everything back, and even made up the bed in the bedroom we have down there!

Steve and his company were in our house overnight. They quickly removed all the mold-infested insulation and drywall, treated everything, and dried it all out over a few days. They dealt directly w/ insurance and were very fair with us (on a few things our insurance didn't cover). A++ Would very much recommend!

I don’t typically leave reviews but want other homeowners aware of the negative experience with Dry Source. Their employees were unprofessional not showing up twice for scheduled service and showing 2+ hours late for another. They attempted to charge my deductible twice and denied repairs that were visibly needed due to water damage. I waited weeks between communications and they did not follow through with temporary repairs ordered by my insurance company. Employees were under the influence of marijuana when they arrived for service and additional items in home were damaged by employees due to dropping items as well as leaning materials against garage items. I would not recommend working with this company.

The team over at DrySource were a breath of fresh air! From handling the flooding of our vacation home to getting everything repaired, they have been extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!
