Signature Exteriors & Roofing

We had hail damage on our roof and needed replaced. Chad and his team at Signature Exterior and Roofing made this process easy. They thoroughly explained the process of roof replacement, provided options in roof types and clarity around that. They worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after. We are very pleased with our new roof (and new gutters, downspouts etc)! I would highly recommend signature exteriors and roofing to anyone needing work done.

Chad, owner/operator of Signature Roofing and exteriors has been nothing short of amazing through the recent replacement of my roof, gutters and downspouts from a recent hail storm. He was thorough, professional, pleasant and helped me navigate the insurance company through this process. He is honorable, ethical and completely forthright in his knowledge and commitment of navigating an otherwise difficult, complicated insurance replacement process. I highly recommend this company as well as Chad, personally and would use him in the future for any roofing needs that arises. He even offered to inspect three of our rentals, two of which did NOT need replacing and one that did (which were still navigating through!) Just had a metal roof installation here in Belton, the company was great but when you’re investing 30k in a roof you want a second set of eyes to make sure everything is up to standard. I was able to get in contact with the installer with the information/pictures provided and get the areas of interest taken care of. Overall amazing service and I will be using them in the future for my home improvement needs.

I don't know anything about roofs so it's a relief to not only have these guys stop by and do a roof inspection, but then be there to assist with the whole insurance claim process, which can really be a pain. Recommend Greg and the rest of the team strongly. They have been a pleasure to communicate with.
