Your guy wasn't a man of his word so he has no integrity.
We have yet to hear from them... two weeks has been more than a reasonable amount of time.
Left materials scattered across front lawn, I personally picked up over 100 nails.

I received some poor communication. I arranged for an estimate at 3PM to install roof vents. When I did not hear back by 3:15 I called the contact. He indicated he was busy and it would be another 30 minutes. When I had not heard back by 4:30 I called and canceled.

They come out quickly after a storm. They were very professional and handled the situation very well. I would say they went above and beyond the scope of work that I expected. Honest friendly and at a fair price. If I have any other roofing issues, they will be my first call.

They were doing a roof right by Davidson funeral home. Wow very unprofessional worked late. I’m bilingual so i was sitting on my front porch and then i hear all this profanity It was nothing but cuss words I understand you gotta joke on the job but just cuss words and loud Mexican music they’re playing I thought it was the fiesta Mexicana. I would not suggest this company. I’m not sure what’s going on.

Your guy wasnt a man of his word so he has no integrity. And after 5 months of his Excuses the family member we referred you with has interior damage because HE didn't make them a priority. They took out a lone for this!! And with no new roof has to make payments still! What is Dove tails problem! We will never never refer again.

Fernando and crew were excellent! They did a fantastic job on both roof and seamless guttering. The crew was very respectful and hard working. They protected my plants and when completely done, the clean up was so good you could hardly tell they had been here.

I live in colonial park townhomes in Topeka, Kansas. Dovetail roofing did the roofing job for them. They unfortunately knocked a hole in the roof where it entered into my bedroom closet, my husband and I was left to clean their mess up in our closet which ruined our clothes. They were made aware of the situation by management and we have yet to hear from them which was two weeks ago. In my opinion two weeks has been more than a reasonable amount of time for then to reach out to us.

Left materials scattered across front lawn, I personally picked up over 100 nails and continue to find them. After replacing roof I now have bats due to large gaps being left along the underside of the gutters. Waiting for repairs. Also quoted repairs without mention of needing chimney removed but wouldn't warranty work without additional work being done.

When they came out to determine my problem, found it and put in a temporary fix till they could completely replace the rotten wood and insulation! Quick to return and fix our leak and Very affordable!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. John and crew at Dovetail roofing put a roof on my house. They were fast, (1 day). Neat (not 1 nail in the yard).
John drove by my house 2 months after he put on the roof and cleaned out the gutters.

THANKS DOVETAIL!!!!
